-Theft of property from Highway 303, Shelby. Stolen was an I-Phone 3GS valued at $750.

April 7

-Theft of property 2nd from the 4600 block of Heatherbrooke Drive, Birmingham. Stolen were two vacuum cleaners valued at $100, various kitchen utensils valued at $300, a bowling ball valued at $100, two fleece blankets valued at $15, various school textbooks valued at $300, various novels valued at $50 and a kitchen blender valued at $25.

-Criminal mischief from the 3500 block of Chippenham Drive, Birmingham. Damage valued at $250 was done to an iron post mailbox.

-Harassment – communications and theft of property from the 2000 block of Smokey Road, Alabaster. Stolen was 14K gold with one 3.5K diamond, a black E.P.C. and a red Polaroid digital camera, all of unlisted value.

-Unlawful breaking and entering of a vehicle from the 2500 block of Forest Lakes Lane, Sterrett. Stolen were DVDs and thumb drives.

-Domestic violence 2nd (assault) and discharging firearm from the 0-100 block of Morris Estates, Wilsonville.

-Discharging firearm from the 0-100 block of Morris Estates, Wilsonville.

-Theft of property 3rd from the 0-100 block of Hill Street, Wilsonville. Stolen was early 1990s model dirt bike valued at $200.

-Domestic investigation from the 0 block of Nelson Circle, Montevallo.

-Criminal mischief and theft of property from the 100 block of Heatherbrooke Park, Birmingham. Damaged were two fuel hoses for two separate GMC Savana vans. Stolen was an unknown amount of gasoline.

Stolen was a Surefire LED flashlight valued at $175, a pocket knife valued at $200, a Nikon camera with three lenses valued at $3,250, a Tamrac backpack containing two batteries, a charger, two flashcards and a remote valued at $300, Leitz rubber coated binoculars valued at $1,500 and a Rolex sumbariner silver watch valued at $7,000.

-Unlawful possession of marijuana 2nd and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia from the boat launch on County Road 400, Shelby. Recovered was a silver canister containing approximately 1.2 grams of marijuana and a brown and white metal pipe used to smoke marijuana.

-Identity theft from the 2000 block of Willowbrook Circle, Birmingham. A Social Security number was stolen.

-Property damage from the 6600 block of Cahaba Valley Road (highway, street), Birmingham. Damaged was the hood of a 2009 Honda Fit.

-Robbery from River Place Apartments on Caldwell Mill Road, Birmingham. Stolen were six $20 bills ($120 total) in U.S. currency.

-Theft of property and burglary from the 3500 block of Inverness Cliffs, Birmingham. Stolen was $1,000 in U.S. currency.

-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance from the 7600 block of Highway 280, Chelsea. Methamphetamine was recovered.

-Unlawful breaking and entering of a motor vehicle from the 2000 block of Eagle Ridge Drive, Birmingham. Stolen was a backpack valued at $100, teal and pink colored Adidas wrestling shoes valued at $400 and black shorts of unknown value.

-Fraudulent use of a debit card from the 4500 block of Old Tavern Road, Birmingham. Funds totaling more than $109.96 were taken from a checking account.

-Burglary and theft of property from the 3500 block of Petal Fall Drive, Birmingham. Stolen was an Xbox valued at $250 and pink change tube full of change (10 years worth) valued at $500.

-Possession of a controlled substance and possession of marijuana 1st from the 2000 block of County Road 61, Columbiana. Marijuana and pills were recovered.

-Theft of property from the 200 block of Billy Wayen Acres, Columbiana. Stolen was an Alabama license plate valued at $25.

-Theft of property from the 1000 block of Highway 440, Chelsea. Stolen was an inoperable tractor valued at $600.

-Civil dispute from the 6700 block of Rock School Road, Harpersville.

April 20

-Criminal mischief and theft of property from Chelsea Game Reserve. Stolen were hydraulics and parts to a Globe trailer valued at $1,000, bucking toms valued at $750, a 200-foot chain valued at $200, two excavator batteries valued at $200, and an excavator radiator valued at $150. Damaged was a track excavator valued at $10,000 and a Globe Lowboy type trailer valued at $3,000.

-Domestic violence (menacing), Maylene.

-Criminal mischief from the 3000 block of Old Highway 280, Westover. Damage of $400 was done to a car window.

-Property damage from Highland Lakes Drive and Highway 280. Damage valued at $10,000 was done to a 1999 GMC C1500.

-Failure to pay for gasoline from the 16000 block of Highway 280, Chelsea. Stolen was $47.72 in regular gasoline.

-Harassment from 5251 Valleydale Road (Inverness Elementary School), Birmingham.

-Domestic investigation from the 100 block of Austin Circle, Birmingham.

-Possession of marijuana from County Road 47 and Nelson Walker Road, Columbiana. Recovered was a baggie of marijuana.

-Criminal mischief from Oakdale Drive, Montevallo. Damage valued at $1,000 was done to approximately 12-foot long sections of copper pipe used for air conditioning.

-Criminal mischief from the 500 block of Highway 315, Columbiana. Damaged was a vehicle window.
