-Damage to property from the 2600 block of Tahiti Terrace (residence, home). Damaged was a fence in the amount of $100 and a shed in the amount of $900.

-Theft of property from the 3000 block of Highway 31 South (supermarket). Stolen and recovered were two packs of Bryan lunch meat valued at $6.37.

-Theft of property from 13th Avenue Southeast (residence, home). Stolen were a black wallet, $300 in U.S. currency, an Alabama identification card, a health care card and miscellaneous papers.

-Found property from the 600 block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (department store). Recovered was a brown wallet.

-Theft of property from the 200 block of South Colonial Drive (department store). Stolen were Nintendo Wii controllers valued at $79.98.

-Domestic dispute from the 900 block of Burnt Pine Drive (residence, home).

-Assault from the 1500 block of Mission Hills Road (residence, home).

-Criminal mischief from the 700 block of Sixth Avenue Southwest (other, unknown). Damaged were a mirror and wall mount in the amount of $250, a bathroom partition in the amount of $250, a urinal in the amount of $250, a aluminum garbage can in the amount of $150 and a water fountain in the amount of $100.

-Criminal mischief from the 1100 block of Fulton Springs Road (other, unknown). Damaged was a window in the amount of $200.

-Criminal mischief and theft of property from the 500 block of Warrior Drive (other, unknown). Damaged was a locking mechanism in the amount of $20 and stolen were four plastic handicap signs valued at $80.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle and theft of property from the 1700 block of King James Drive (residence, home). Stolen were a Garmin GPS valued at $240, a car charger for an iPhone valued at $40 and an adapter cord for iPhone valued at $40.

-Burglary and theft of property from the 500 block of Horizon Street (residence, home). Stolen was a GE dishwasher valued at $300.

-Harassing communications from the 200 block of 13th Street Southwest (residence, home).

-Burglary and theft of property from the 100 block of Wellington Manor Court (commercial). Stolen was a red snap-on toolbox with assorted tools valued at $2,500.

-Fraudulent use of a credit card from the Internet (department store).

-Damage to property from the 600 block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (department store). Damaged was a 2006 Chevrolet Silverado in the amount of $500.

-Domestic incident from Tall Timber Road (residence, home).

-Information only from the 80 block of the Peavine mobile home park (other, unknown).

-Harassing communications from the 800 block of Colonial Drive (residence, home).

-Domestic incident from the 100 block of Carriage Drive (residence, home).

-Theft of property from the 600 block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (supermarket). Stolen and recovered were skittles valued at 98 cents, fruit juice valued at $1.88 and Stax valued at $2.36.

-Domestic incident from the Peavine mobile home park (residence, home).

Dec. 7

-Found property from Claire’s at the North Promenade Parkway (specialty store). Recovered was a driver’s license valued at $23.50.

-Burglary and theft of property from the 200 block of Ironwood Circle (residence, home). Stolen were an Xbox 360 valued at $250, a Playstation 3 valued at $250, six assorted games valued at $360 and two wireless controllers valued at $100.

-Burglary and theft of property from the 1800 block of Woodbrook Circle (residence, home). Stolen were a black wallet valued at $10, two Social Security cards, an Alabama driver’s license, $270 in U.S. currency and a Wells Fargo bank card.

-Domestic dispute from the Peavine trailer park (residence, home).

-Lost property from the Walmart at the Colonial Promenade (commercial). Reported missing were a Compass debit card, an Alabama driver’s license and a wallet with $130 in cash.

-Criminal mischief and theft of property from the 200 block of Industrial Road (other, unknown). Damaged was a coin operated vacuum in the amount of $1,000 and stolen was $250 in quarters.

-Damage to property from the Target parking lot (parking lot, garage). Damaged was a 2002 Lexus SC 430 in the amount of $1,900.

-Property damage from Highway 31 at Old Highway 31. Damaged was a windshield.

-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance from 1100 First Street South (highway, street). Confiscated was crack cocaine.

-Criminal mischief from the 100 block of Horseshoe Circle (residence, home). Damaged was a string of Christmas lights in the amount of $10.

-Theft of property from the 600 block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (department store). Stolen was a men’s jacket valued at $54.33.

-Unlawful possession of marijuana from Highway 31 (highway, street). Confiscated was a clear bag containing a green leafy substance believed to be marijuana.

-Damage to property from the 900 block of Falling Star Lane (residence, home). Damaged was a mailbox and post in the amount of $100.

-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance from the 8300 block of Highway 17 (highway, street). Confiscated was suboxone sublingual film.

-Fraudulent use of a credit card from Alabaster (bank).

-Criminal trespass from the 630 Colonial Promenade Parkway (department store).

-Harassing communications from the 1300 block of Second Avenue Southeast (residence, home).

-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance and promoting prison contraband from 201 First Street North (government, public building). Confiscated were crack cocaine and a metal crack pipe.

-Information from the 800 block of Wynlake Drive (residence, home).

-Property damage from the 800 block of Wynlake Bend (residence, home).

-Information only from the 1000 block of Highway 31 (government, public building).

-Theft of property from the 600 block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (specialty store). Stolen was a 16 Hypr MB valued at $79.97.

-Unlawful possession of marijuana from Burger King (parking lot, garage). Confiscated were a brown cigar with a green leafy substance inside believed to be marijuana and a plastic bag containing a green leafy substance believed to be marijuana.

-Domestic violence investigation and domestic violence harassment from the 1100 block of Caribbean Circle (residence, home).

-Theft of property and burglary from the 300 block of Mardis Lane (residence, home). Stolen was a Compac black and silver laptop computer valued at $100.

-Open door from the 800 block of Highway 119 (church).

-Theft of property from the 500 block of Third Street Northeast (residence, home). Stolen were assorted power tools valued at $600, a Canon digital camera valued at $600, a night bag containing a silver bracelet valued at $300, 12 pairs of shoes valued at $500 and two Redbox movies valued at $50.

-Burglary and theft of property from the 1000 block of Woodbrook Trail Apartment A (residence, home). Stolen were a 32-inch Samsung TV valued at $400, a Version laptop valued at $600, a Kodak printer valued at $200 and a Dynex portable DVD valued at $50.

-Unlawful Possession of Marijuana and Unlawful Possession of Controlled Substance at Town Creek Apartments on Highway 70,(Parking Lot/Garage), Recovered were 2 Hydrocodone tablets and two smallbags of marijuana valued at $40.

Dec. 7

-Burglary and Theft of Property at Clear Spring Apartments, (Residence/Home), Stolen was one XBOX 360 game system valued at $260, one XBOX game controller valued at $40 and three XBOX games valued at $65.

-Harassing communications and Possible Violation of a Protection Order in the 1500 Block of Old Highway 25 West, (Residence/Home).

Dec. 9

-Possession of Controlled Substance in 300 Block of McDow Road,(Parking lot/Garage), recovered was one suboxone tablet, 25 dextroamphetamine 30mg tablets, 58 Alprazolam 2mg tablets, and 77 oxycodone 30mg tablets.

Dec. 10

-Domestic Violence – Harassment in the 100 Block of Bouie Road, (Residence/Home), damage valued at $300 was done to window and front door of trailer.

Dec. 11

-Property Damage at the intersection of State Highway 25 and County Road 47, (Highway/Street), damage in the amount of $500 to the bumper of a 2008 Ford F-150.

-Harassing Communication on Highway 70, (Residence/Home).

Dec. 12

-Theft of Property I at 305 West College Street (Subway),(Restaurant), stolen was U.S. Currency valued at $7,800.

Dec. 13

-Theft of Property- shoplifting, detention and arrest of shoplifting suspect in the 200 block of West College Street, (Supermarket), stolen was four packs of Gillette Mach 3 razor cartridge refills valued at $18.38.

-Unlawful Break and Enter vehicle and theft of property in the 800 Block of Highway 47 South, (Residence/Home), stolen was $10 in change, one Pioneer radio faceplate valued at $500, one Alabama bill fold with drivers license valued at $45, stolen and recovered was one center console and one Pioneer car radio remote control both valued at $1.

-Unlawful Break and Enter Vehicle in the 100 Block of Magnolia Circle, (Residence/Home), Stolen was one American Express gift card valued at $200, one Fuel Man card of unknown value. $965 in cash and one bill fold with drivers license and social security card valued at $1.

-Unlawful Break and Enter Vehicle in the parking lot of Mountain View Apartments, (Parking lot/garage).

Dec. 14

-Theft of Property- Shoplifting from 21665 Highway 25 (Fred’s Discount Store), (Department Store), stolen was one 32” Emerson Flat Screen Television valued at $299.95.

Dec. 5

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle from the 3000 block of Bowron Road (residence, home). Stolen were a men’s billfold valued at $25 and $70 in U.S. currency.

-Narcotic investigation from the 1500 block of Cunningham Drive (government, public building). Recovered were alprazolam tablets valued at $10 and lorazepam tablets valued at $20.

-Domestic violence from the 100 block of Oxmoor Drive (restaurant).

Dec. 6

-Domestic incident from the 2700 block of Oakleaf Circle (residence, home).

-Failure to appear – traffic from Crosscreek Trail (residence, home).

-Death investigation from the 400 block of Laurel Woods Trace (residence, home). Destroyed were oxycodone tablets, lorazepam tablets and morphine sulphate.

Recovered were suspected bags of cocaine valued at $100, Xanax tablets valued at $75, a Canon Power Shot camera valued at $150, a Tom Tom GPS valued at $175 and a Garmin Nuvi GPS valued at $175.

-Attempt to commit a controlled substance crime and criminal possession of a forged instrument from the 100 block of Huntley Parkway (drug store). Confiscated were generic Lortab pills valued at $30, a plastic bag containing suspected marijuana valued at $10, two handwritten notes and an Alabama ID card valued at $20.

-Hindering prosecution and obstruction of justice from the 3200 block of Pelham Parkway (highway, street). Recovered were two glass pipes used for smoking marijuana valued at $1, an America’s First Credit Union check book valued at $1 and suboxone sublingual films valued at $14.
