Chargers fall to Edgewood Academy

The Cornerstone Christian School girls’ basketball team fell to Edgewood Academy 36-34 in high school basketball action Jan. 19.

Jana Kelbie Armstrong led the Chargers (9-7) with 12 points.

BOYS

The Cornerstone Christian School boys’ basketball team fell to Edgewood Academy 59-51 in high school basketball action Jan. 19.

Kendall Moore led the Chargers with 16 points.

Chase Payne and Hagan Joiner added eight points each. B.J. Smith contributed six points. Tim Warren finished with five points.
