The Evangel Christian School boys’ basketball team defeated Rock Christian School 83-29 in an Alabama Christian Sports Conference contest Jan. 24.

DaJon Townson led the Lightning (16-0 overall, 13-0 in ACSC) with a game-high 29 points in the victory.

Adam Gurley added 24 points. Andrew Smedley chipped in 13 points and six rebounds in the win.
