-Found article from the 9200 block of Highway 119 (specialty store). Recovered and destroyed was a large white pill with scores scratched off.

-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia from Interstate 65 south (highway, street). Confiscated were a metal spoon with drug residue valued at $1, a plastic bag containing heroin valued at $25 and suboxone strips valued at $25.

-Domestic incident from the 600 block of Second Street Northeast (residence, home).

-Harassing communications from the 1400 block of Royalty Drive (residence, home).

-Illegal possession of prescription medication and unlawful possession of marijuana from the intersection of Highway 31 and 68 (highway, street). Confiscated was a bud of marijuana valued at $5, clonazepam valued at $10, cyclobenzaprine valued at $16, dexamthasone valued at $5, baclofen valued at $5, baclofen valued at $5, two drug straws with residue valued at $1 and a $1 bill with crushed pill inside valued at $1.

-Unlawful possession of marijuana from Highway 31 at County Road 68 (highway, street). Confiscated was a bud of marijuana valued at $5.

-Found property from the 200 block of Industrial Road (parking lot, garage). Recovered was a Virginia driver’s license valued at $23.50.

-Damage to property from the 600 block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (parking lot, garage). Damaged was a passenger side rear quarter panel in the amount of $1,000.

-Animal complaint from the 100 block of Greenfield Circle (residence, home).

-Theft of property from the 3500 block of Highway 31 South (supermarket). Stolen was a pack of super bubble gum valued at 74 cents.

-Domestic dispute from the 700 building of Windsor Court (residence, home).

-Attempt to commit a controlled substance crime and recovered property from the 500 block of Highway 119 (drug store). Recovered was a partially forged prescription.

-Unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia from Old Highway 31 at Fulton Springs Road (highway, street). Confiscated was a capped syringe valued at $1.

-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia from Old Highway 31 at Fulton Springs Road (highway, street). Confiscated was hydromorphine valued at $30.

-Dog recovery from the 100 block of Park Lane Drive (residence, home).

-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance from Highway 31 South near Old Highway 31 (highway, street). Confiscated was hydrocodone valued at $25.

-Found property from the 1100 block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (specialty store). Recovered was a black wallet valued at $25.

-Theft of property from the 3000 block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (department store). Stolen and recovered were New Balance running shoes valued at $39.99.

-Domestic incident from Warrior Park (other, unknown).

-Found property from a dirt road at the end of Burnt Pine Drive (field, woods). Recovered was a red Pacific M Chromium mountain bike valued at $100.

Confiscated were 7.5 grams of marijuana valued at $50, electronic scales valued at $30, a glass pipe valued at $15, a grinder valued at $15, rolling papers valued at $3 and Batman baggies valued at $3.

-Attempt to pass forged prescription from the CVS Pharmacy at 520 Highway 119 (drug store). Confiscated was a forged prescription.

Stolen were a 52-inch Samsung TV valued at $2,000, a Westinghouse 32-inch TV valued at $600, a Sony DVD and surround sound system valued at $600, a Nikon D60 camera valued at $600 and a Wii game console valued at $200. Damaged were an exterior glass door and window in the amount of $2,000 and an interior door and frame in the amount of $250.

-Miscellaneous information from the 2200 block of Pelham Parkway (parking lot, garage). Recovered was an Alabama license plate valued at $25.

 

Jan. 21

-Criminal mischief from the 60 block of Driver’s Way (parking lot, garage). Damaged was a 2010 GMC Sierra in the amount of $400.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle from the 60 block of Driver’s Way (parking lot, garage). Damaged was a 2010 Toyota Highlander in the amount of $200, and stolen were a black purse with contents valued at $100, $40 in U.S. currency, a purple camera case valued at $10 and a Samsung 16.5 megapixel camera valued at $300.

-Unlawful breaking and entering from the 60 block of Driver’s Way (parking lot, garage). Damaged was a 2007 Ford Mustang GT in the amount of $400 and stolen were Costa Del Mar sunglasses valued at $200.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle from the 60 block of Driver’s Way (parking lot, garage). Damaged was a 2005 Toyota Tacoma in the amount of $400, and stolen were a gym bag valued at $20, a bottle of cologne valued at $50, a pair of Asics tennis shoes valued at $100 and assorted gym clothes valued at $50.

-Harassment from Cottage Circle (residence, home).

-Theft by deception from 2181 Pelham Parkway (department store). Stolen was a money transfer in the amount of $905.

-Death investigation – hospice from the 100 block of High Hampton (residence, home). Destroyed were morphine sulphate and adavan.

-Outside agency assist – law enforcement from Pelham Parkway and Amphitheater Road (highway, street).
