-Theft of property from 235 Colonial Promenade Parkway (specialty store). Stolen were two packs of Lenox 6-inch demo blades valued at $33.94, a pack of Lenox 6-inch fleam ground valued at $16.98 and a pack of Lenox 6-inch TPI gold recip valued at $16.97.

-Found property from the 200 block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (specialty store). Recovered were two spoons and four syringes.

-Attempting to elude and reckless endangerment from County Road 17 (highway, street).

-Distribution of a controlled substance from the 1500 block of Kent Dairy Road (residence, home).

-Criminal mischief from the 10 block of Butler Road (residence, home). Damaged was a lawn in the amount of $250.

-Unlawful possession of marijuana and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia from Old Highway 31 near I-65 (highway, street). Confiscated were a marijuana cigar and a cigarillo.

-Theft of property and public intoxication from the 200 block of South Colonial Drive (department store). Stolen was a TG CH legging valued at $7, a TG CH dress valued at $15, a TG LS top valued at $14, Minnie Mouse valued at $12.99, Minnie PK PT valued at $14.99 and XHIL Hipster valued at $5.

-Assault from the 200 block of Kensington Drive (highway, street).

-Criminal trespassing from the 200 block of South Colonial Drive (specialty store).

-Attempt to elude and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia (highway, street). Confiscated was a glass pipe used to smoke marijuana with drug residue valued at $1.

-Unlawful possession of controlled substances from Buck Creek Park (parking lot, garage). Recovered were Ritalin pills and a Valium pill.

-Criminal mischief from the 100 block of Summer Crest (residence, home). Damaged was sod in the amount of $100.

-Violation of leash law from the 210 block of Grande View Parkway (highway, street).

-Theft of property and public intoxication from the 600 block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (department store). Stolen and recovered were several items of miscellaneous merchandise valued at $124.60.

-Animal complaint from the 200 block of Jasmie Drive (residence, home).

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle from the 700 block of Parliament Parkway (residence, home). Stolen was a Samsung Evergreen smart phone valued at $59.99.

-Information only from the 800 block of Third Street Northeast (parking lot, garage). Recovered was a female dog.

-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of marijuana from 13th Avenue Southwest at Fifth Street Southwest (highway, street). Confiscated was marijuana, clonazepam, Job 1.25 rolling papers and $2,030 in U.S. currency.

-Failure to pay for gasoline from the 4600 block of Highway 25 (service/gas station). Stolen were 19.89 gallons of unleaded gasoline valued at $66.

Jan. 22

-Unlawful possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia from 1985 Montgomery Highway South (highway, street). Confiscated was a Smith and Wesson .357-caliber revolver with six assorted .38-caliber rounds, a poker chip design metal grinder with marijuana residue inside, a multi-color glass bong with burnt marijuana inside, a clear plastic bag containing approximately 1 gram of marijuana valued at $10 and two black digital scales.

 

Jan. 23

-Property damage – vehicle from address unlisted (residence, home). Damaged were a motorcycle gas tank and seat in the amount of $500.

-Unlawful breaking and entering of a vehicle from address unlisted (residence, home). Stolen were a Tom Tom GPS valued at $100 and a Samsung digital camera valued at $150.

-Theft of gasoline from 2191 Pelham Parkway (service, gas station). Stolen was $16 worth of 87 grade fuel.

-Theft of property from the 2000 block of County Services Drive (other, unknown). Stolen was a Nikon Coolpix S570 camera valued at $150 and a Nikon Coolpix S570 camera valued at $150.

Stolen was a Virgin Mobile broadband jump drive valued at $79, a Virgin Mobile broadband Wifi device valued at $142, a Compaq laptop valued at $200, a Zune MP3 player valued at $100, 20 oxycodone tablets and a Motorolla Bluetooth earpiece valued at $49.

-Unlawful possession of marijuana and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia from the 3000 block of Pelham Parkway (service, gas station). Confiscated were a clear plastic bag containing suspected marijuana and a small multi-colored glass pipe.

-Property damage from the 400 block of Cahaba Valley Road (highway, street). Damaged was the front end of a Chrysler Town and Country in the amount of $1,000.
