Feb. 22

-Property damage – vehicle from County Road 11 near Lakeview Church (highway, street). Damaged was the front bumper and driver-side quarter panel of a 2007 Saturn Vue in the amount of $2,000.

-Dogs not to be at large from Old Montgomery Highway (residence, home).

-Harassment from the Belle Vista mobile home park (residence, home).

-Outside agency assist – law enforcement from Pelham Parkway at Meadowview Lane (highway, street).

-Violation of municipal ordinance – dogs not to be at large and violation of municipal ordinance – dangerous or vicious dog from the 100 block of Indian Creek Drive (residence, home).

-Miscellaneous information from the 1500 block of Summerville Road (residence, home).

-Unexplained lost property from the Joe Hudson Collision Center at 2737 Pelham Parkway (commercial). Reported missing was a gold men’s wedding band with diamonds.

Feb. 23

-Property damage from the 100 block of Green Park South (residence, home). Damaged was a door and window of a storage shed in the amount of $150.

-Fraudulent use of a credit or debit card from the Raceway at 6818 Pelham Parkway (convenience store). Stolen was assorted U.S. currency.

-Theft of property from the 100 block of Cahaba Valley Parkway East (hotel, motel). Stolen were Xanax tablets valued at $4, Celexa tablets valued at $4, Nexium tablets valued at $4, Requip tablets valued at $4, Singulair tablets valued at $4, Topiramide tablets valued at $4 and Triupterine tablets valued at $4.

Feb. 24

-Property damage – motor vehicle from Interstate 65 southbound at the 243 mile marker (highway, street). Damaged was a 2008 Dodge Avenger.

-Harassing communication from Cahaba Valley Road (other, unknown).

-Possession of drug paraphernalia from 715 Cahaba Valley Road (parking lot, garage).

-Miscellaneous information – death investigation from the 3000 block of Vance Street (residence, home).

Feb. 25

-Driving under the influence of alcohol and improper or unsafe tire from Highway 31 southbound south of Old Montgomery Highway (highway, street).

Feb. 26

-Miscellaneous information from the 100 block of Canyon Park Trail (residence, home). Confiscated was a Taurus PT24/7 9-millimeter pistol valued at $350.

-Miscellaneous information from a business on Pelham Parkway (supermarket).

-Property damage – vehicle (deer) from Helena Road (highway, street). Damaged was a front bumper and grill.

-Outside agency assist – law enforcement from Highway 36 at the entrance to Bent Creek (highway, street).

-Recovered property from Pelham City Park (field, woods). Recovered were assorted keys and an Auto Zone rewards card.
