-Property damage from Interstate 65 and mile marker 234 (highway/street). Damaged was the hood of a red Cadillac CTS in the amount of $999.99.

-Criminal trespass III from Shelby county 67 (residence/home).

-Theft of property III from the 9700 block of U.S. 31 (residence/home). Stolen was approximately 17 gallons of regular gasoline valued at $60.

-Theft of property III from the 11000 block of Alabama 25 (dept store). Recovered were three pack men’s shirts valued at $9, three pack of tank tops valued at $6, three pack men’s v-necks valued at $9, shampoo valued at $1, Color Me Happy valued at $3, conditioner valued at $5 and men’s socks valued at $6.
