-Unauthorized breaking and entering a vehicle and criminal mischief from the 3900 block of County Road 43 (residence/home) Damaged was one 1997 Ford Mustang Cobra.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle form the 2300 block of Ridge Trail, Birmingham (parking lot/garage) Stolen was one DeWalt Cordless Tool Kit valued at $600, one side grinder valued at $250 and one black plastic briefcase valued at $50.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle from Forest Lakes Lane, Sterrett (residence/home) Stolen was one Rossi 357 mag 6-shot valued at $258.86, one pair of bifocals, one leather business card holder valued at $25 and 24 double A batteries.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle from the 2800 block of Birmingham (parking lot/garage) Stolen was one Garmin GPS valued at $300, one Dooney and Bourke brown leather purse valued at $350, one Coach wallet valued at $50, one Vyvanse prescription and $11 in cash.

-Unlawful breaking and entering vehicle from the 2400 block of Forest Lakes Lane, Sterrett (residence/home) Stolen was one Inno satellite radio valued at $200, one Canon digital camera valued at $20, one Garmin GPS valued at $125 and one friction mount for GPS valued at $25.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle from the 5200 block of Kirkwall Lane, Birmingham (residence/home) Stolen was one Magellan GPS, one Belkin iPod adapter and one bottle of Hydrocodone.

-Theft of property from the 400 block of Rocky Ridge Road, Columbiana (residence/home) Stolen was three diamond rings, one wedding band and one tennis bracelet with gold and diamonds valued at $19,000.

-Unauthorized use of motor vehicle from the 22000 block of Highway 25, Columbiana (residence/home) Stolen was one 2006 Hyundai Sonata valued at $13,000.

-Miscellaneous information from Highway 280 at County Road 47, Chelsea (highway/street).

-Property damage from the 10000 block of Highway 55, Sterrett (other/unknown) Damaged was one stainless steel lock.

-Domestic investigation from the 0 block of James Circle, Columbiana (residence/home).

-Unlawful possession of marijuana from the 1500 block of Mimosa Road, Leeds (residence/home) Confiscated was .7 grams of green leafy vegetable matter.
