Under new ownership

South Shelby Chamber of Commerce and the City of Harpersville welcome a Harpersville restaurant now under new ownership. Kenneth Smith has reopened Richey’s BBQ offering barbecue, steak and seafood. Their restaurant is located off U.S. 280 and 231 next to Designer Awards.
