-Burglary III from the 400 block of Shelby County 8, Wilton (residence/home). Stolen was a Husqvarna chainsaw valued at $455.

 

May 29

-Incident from the 300 block of McDow Road, Columbiana (jail/prison).

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle from Shelby County (other/unknown). Stolen were black Aspire One valued at $270 and black and silver 8G iPod Touch valued at $217.

-Domestic violence – harassment from the 4000 block of Ashington Drive, Birmingham (residence/home).

-Structure fire investigation from the 1000 block of Brook Highland Lane, Birmingham (residence/home). Fire damage to kitchen area of apartment in unknown amount.

-Driving under the influence from the 2300 block of Shelby County 16, Calera (highway/street).

 

May 31

-Sexual abuse from Shelby Count 42, Shelby (residence/home).

-Burglary from the 4000 block of Shelby County 28, Columbiana (residence/home). Stolen were various wires containing copper valued at $250.

-Burglary from the 4000 block of Shelby County 28, Columbiana (residence/home). Stolen were various wires containing copper valued at $1,000.

-Burglary from the 1800 block of Heatherbrook Road, Birmingham (residence/home). Stolen was a Smith and Wesson .40 cal handgun valued at $300, Macbook Pro 13-inch laptop valued at $1,370, 32-inch Sanyo flat panel TV valued at $400, two watches valued at $120, 14-karat gold chain with cross with diamond valued at $300 and Fujifilm digital camera valued at $150.

-Burglary from the 1200 block of Morning Sun Drive, Birmingham (residence/home). Stolen was a Toshiba black laptop valued at $500 and $100 in U.S. currency.

-Burglary from the 4000 block of Shelby County 47, Shelby (residence/home).

-Theft of property from the 4800 block of Shelby County 16, Montevallo (other/unknown). Stolen was 40-feet of No. 3 gauge wire valued at $3,000.

-Domestic violence III – harassment from the 100 block of Wood Forest Lane, Sterrett (residence/home).

-Domestic violence – harassment from the 4000 block of Shelby County 18, Montevallo (residence/home).

-Domestic violence – harassment from the 5300 block of U.S. 280 (conv. store).

-Harassing communications from the 500 block of Salser Lane, Columbiana (residence/home).

-Resisting arrest from the 0 block of Oakwood Lane, Alabaster (residence/home).

-Structure fire from the 100 block of Hunters Lane, Vandiver (residence/home). Damaged was a mobile home in the amount of $2,000 and assorted furniture in the amount of $500.

-Criminal mischief from the 5300 block of Parkside Drive, Birmingham (residence/home). Damaged was a 2001 Ford Focus Wagon of unknown value.

-Burglary III From the 14000 block of U.S. 280, Chelsea (storage facility).

 

June 1

-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of marijuana from Caldwell Mill Road at Lee Street (highway/street).

-Theft of property from the 35000 block of Portobello Road, Birmingham (residence/home). Stolen were beretta model 1962 380 caliber valued at $500, 32-20 caliber revolver valued at $500, diamond woman’s Rolex watch valued at $20,000, diamond tennis bracelet valued at $1,200, pearl bracelet valued at $2,000 and gold and steel men’s Rolex watch valued at $3,500.

-Burglary from the 4900 block of Chesapeake Circle (residence/home). Damaged were a metal door and wooden doorframe in the amount of $500.

-Identity theft from unknown address in Montevallo (residence/home). Stolen were credit card valued at $7,109 and Mastercard valued at $3,317.

-Domestic violence III – harassing communications from the 800 block of Shoal Run Trail (residence/home).

-Missing person from the 4000 block of Ashington Drive, Birmingham (residence/home).

-Miscellaneous information from the 100 block of School Road, Shelby (residence/home).

-Domestic violence investigation from the 900 block of Hebb Road, Wilsonville (residence/home).

-Theft of property from the 100 block of Solemon Drive, Wilsonville (residence/home). Stolen was a September sticker for tag.

-Theft of property from the 16000 block of U.S. 280, Chelsea (specialty store). Stolen were 12 24-packs Bud Light cans valued at $209.64, 4 24-packs Miller High Life cans valued at $69.88 and .08 tax valued at $22.38.

-Harassment from the Chelsea Walmart (supermarket).

-Harassment from the 5400 block of U.S. 280, Birmingham (hotel/motel).

-Animal complaint from Maplewood Lane, Sterrett (residence/home).

-Domestic investigation from the 100 block of Shelby County 50, Sterrett (highway/street).

-Theft of property from Mt Laurel Lake, Birmingham (other/unknown). Stolen was a school bus yellow fiberglass one-person kayak with seat valued at $500.

-Domestic violence III – harassment from the 200 block of Johnson Street, Wilsonville (residence/home).

-Harassment form the 4900 block of Chesapeake Circle (residence/home). Damaged were metal door and wooden doorframe in the amount of $500.

-Death investigation from the 300 block of Talon Drive, Birmingham (restaurant).

 

June 2

-Theft of property III – shoplifting from the 1600 block of U.S. 280, Chelsea (other/unknown). Stolen were maxi dress valued at $18, pair of ladies’ shorts valued at $5, tube mascara valued at $4,97, hat valued at $3, pair of sunglasses valued at $10, pair of flip flops valued at $8,87 and clutch purse valued at $12.

-Assault from Sterrett Drive, Sterrett (residence/home).

-Theft of property from the 4500 block of South Shades Crest Road, Bessemer (residence/home). Stolen were set of pearl earrings, pearl necklace, add-a-pearl necklace, gold bracelet, earrings and tennis bracelet, male wedding band and eternity necklace, all of unknown value.

-Theft of property and unlawful possession of controlled substance from the 100 block of Spring Creek Camp Drive, Shelby (residence/home). Stolen were Xanax, jewelry, Westinghouse 36-inch flat screen TV and checks. Recovered were Xanax, bottle of black magic smoke and checks.

-Theft of property from the 4500 block of Shelby County 47 (residence/home). Stolen and recovered was a goat of unknown value.

-Forgery and theft of property from the 4600 block of U.S. 280, Birmingham (commercial). Stolen were Touchsmart desktop PC valued at $679, Apple iPhone valued at $199.99 and 15.5-inch Sony laptop valued at $269.95.

-Theft of property and recovered stolen property from the 200 block of Narrows Drive, Birmingham (residence/home). Stolen and recovered was $10 in U.S. currency.

-Domestic investigation from the 1000 block of Dunnavant Place, Birmingham (residence/home).

-Theft of property from Regions Bank, Chelsea (other/unknown). Stolen were $160 of U.S. currency and $30 from check of victim.

-Driving under the influence from U.S. 280 and Chesser Plantation, Chelsea (highway/street).

-Public intoxication from Chelsea Station Drive at Shelby County 11, Chelsea (highway/street).

-Criminal mischief from the 0 block of Grant Street, Wilton (residence/home). Damaged was an exterior rear door in the amount of $100.

-Criminal mischief from U.S. 280 east and Highland Lakes Drive, Birmingham (highway/street). Damaged were front windshield and vehicle roof.

-Animal cruelty from the 400 block of Shelby County 260, Maylene (residence/home). Recovered was a pit bull-type dog.

-Death investigation from the 2000 block of Berkeley Drive, Birmingham (residence/home).

-Death investigation from the 1500 block of Clay Pit Road, Montevallo (residence/home).

-Domestic investigation from the 900 block of Copena Drive, Pelham (residence/home).

-Theft of property from Shelby County 43 South (highway/street). Stolen were digital radar display sign valued at $1,700 and city traffic sign and post.

-Driving under the influence from U.S. 280 West and Greenhill Parkway, Birmingham (highway/street).

-Property damage from the 3100 block of Brookhighland Parkway, Birmingham (highway/street).

-Miscellaneous information from Shelby County 27 and Marigold Road, Shelby (residence/home).

-Harassment from the 100 block of Garden Lane, Shelby (residence/home).

-Permitting dogs to run at large from the 5000 block of Shelby County 62, Vincent (residence/home).

-Sex offender registration notification act from the 300 block of McDow Road, Columbiana (gov./public building).

-Burglary from the 5300 block of U.S. 280, Birmingham (other/unknown). Damaged were 6-foot by 3-foot glass door in the amount of $2,000 and 6-foot by 1-foot glass window in the amount of $500.

-Theft of property from the 1000 block of Highland Park Place, Birmingham (residence/home). Stolen was a 3G iPad valued at $700.

-Theft of property from the 7000 block of Shelby County 10, Montevallo (residence/home). Stolen and recovered was a Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo of unknown value.

-Theft of property from Meadowbrook Subdivision, Birmingham (highway/street). Stolen were two power supply modules valued at $2,600.

-Fraudulent use of a credit/debit card from the 200 block of Stonecrest Drive, Birmingham (residence/home).

-Driving under the influence of alcohol from U.S. 280 at Shelby County 41, Birmingham (highway/street).

-Burglary from the 100 block of Tulip Lane, Maylene (residence/home). Stolen were various power and hand tools and front door valued at $200.

-Robbery from the 200 block of West College Street, Columbiana (parking lot/garage). Stolen were leather purse containing case and license valued at $50, $1,000 in U.S. currency and AT&T cell phone valued at $300.

-Domestic violence – harassment from Tolbert Circle, Montevallo (residence/home).

-Death investigation from the 600 block of Shelby County 57, Vincent (residence/home).

-Identity theft from the 600 block of Colonial Promenade Parkway, Alabaster (bank). Stolen was $75 from a checking account.

-Theft of property from the 1000 block of Shelby County 99, Shelby (other/unknown). Stolen were refrigerator valued at $1,000, air compressor valued at $4,000, truck air compressor valued at $700 and miscellaneous tools valued at $200.

-Theft of property from Chelsea (parking lot/garage). Stolen were Gooseneck trailer valued at $10,000, case mini-excavator valued at $65,000, DCI locator valued at $20,000, rock-drilling housing air hammer valued at $6,000, Vermeer dirt-drilling housing valued at $6,000 and miscellaneous hand tools valued at $500.

-Harassment from the 200 block of Verda Green Lane, Columbiana (residence/home).

-Public intoxication from Alabama 25 and Shelby County 50 (highway/street).

-Property damage from the 2100 block of Hebb Road, Wilsonville (residence/home). Damaged were living room wall in the amount of $500, tan cloth couch in the amount of $5,000 and leopard print sitting chair in the amount of $1,800.

-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance from the 5500 block of U.S. 280, Birmingham (drug store).

-Unlawful possession of marijuana I from Alabama 25 and Hylton Road, Wilsonville (highway/street). Recovered was .15g of a green leafy substance believed to be marijuana.

-Identity theft II from the 2400 block of Mooney Road, Columbiana (residence/home).

-Burglary and theft of property from the 1100 block of Massey Road, Alabaster (residence/home). Stolen were Trane HVAC three-ton unit valued at $4,000, ATT-300 professional chiropractor table valued at $5,000, assortment of lumber valued at $1,000 and 16-foot by 24-foot utility trailer valued at $2,500. Damaged was a 32-by-84 wooden entrance door in the amount of $200.

-Unlawful possession of controlled substance and unlawful possession of prescription drugs from the parking lot at Heardmont Park, Birmingham (parking lot/garage).

-Public intoxication from the 3000 block of Old Stone Drive, Birmingham (residence/home).
