-Criminal mischief from the 100 block of Warrior Drive (school, college). Damaged was the rear passenger side back window of a 2005 Toyota Sequoia in the amount of $300.

-Found property from CityFest (other, unknown). Recovered were two eyeglasses valued at $20 and a Boost Mobile Motorolla phone valued at $25.

-Theft of property from Highway 17 (residence, home). Stolen were a hot pink wallet valued at $5, an EBT food stamp card, an identification card and a cell phone valued at $150.

-Violation of leash law from the Alabaster Walmart parking lot (parking lot, garage).

Stolen were a dark blue ladies purse valued at $30, a ladies wallet valued at $10, a credit card with BBVA Compass Bank, an Alabama driver’s license, prescription pill bottles with medication, a plastic pill divider and $540 in U.S. currency.

Stolen and recovered were fudge brownies valued at $1.70, Kit Kat bars valued at $7.88, beef oxtails valued at $29.86, an 18 pack of Budweisers valued at $13.97, Mr. Goodbars valued at $7.88, Kool Aid Jammers valued at $3.56 and bacon valued at $6.48.

-Unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia from the 1400 block of First Street North (restaurant). Confiscated were a glass crack pipe and a metal push rod.

-Recovery of stolen property from Highway 119 at Kent Dairy Road (highway, street). Recovered was an Alabama tag valued at $100.

-Criminal mischief from the 100 block of Ashford Lane (residence, home). Damaged were two tires in the amount of $200 and back glass valued at $600.

-Theft of property from Spain Drive (residence, home). Stolen was a Samsung Galaxy phone valued at $180, an Apple iPod valued at $200, an RF signal transmitter valued at $15 and a Maxair inhaler valued at $10.

-Possession of drug paraphernalia from Full Moon Barbecue (restaurant). Recovered were two insulin needles.

-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of marijuana from Full Moon Barbecue (restaurant). Confiscated were insulin needles, cocaine, marijuana, various marijuana smoking tools and a spoon used to ingest narcotics.

-Trafficking in illegal drugs and unlawful possession of marijuana from the 800 block of Highway 31 South (service, gas station). Confiscated were a green leafy substance believed to be marijuana, Oxy 80 mg, generic valium, Ecstacy purple transformers, 316.5 grams of marijuana and ibuprofen 800 mg.

Recovered were approximately 2 grams of marijuana valued at $20, one-half of an unknown pill valued at $5, one used syringe valued at $1 and a makeup case containing three used syringes and two cloth tourniquets valued at $5.
