-Assault from the 300 block of First Street Southwest (bar).

-Animal complaint from the 1200 block of First Avenue West (residence, home).

-Forgery from Windsor Court (residence, home). Forged were Wells Fargo checks valued at $400.

-Domestic violence investigation and domestic violence – harassing communication from the 1000 block of First Street North (other, unknown).

-Theft of property from the 100 block of Reese Drive (residence, home). Stolen were a wedding band set valued at $1,200, a white gold Moiss Bamboo valued at $1,174 and a Sony camcorder valued at $300.

-Damage to city property from Highway 31 at Colonial Promenade Parkway (highway, street). Damaged was a 2007 Ford Crown Victoria in the amount of $500.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle and theft of property from the 1000 block of Jim’s Place (residence, home). Stolen were $60 cash and a Garmin 1490 GPS valued at $120.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle and theft of property from the South Colonial Promenade (parking lot, garage). Stolen were a purse valued at $20, an Apple iPod 120 valued at $200, $4 in U.S. currency, a Master card, two debit cards, a savings account card, two Social Security cards and two books of checks.

-Animal complaint from Rite Aid (drug store). Recovered was a golden retriever.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle and theft of property from the 1300 block of Simmsville Road (parking lot, garage). Stolen were welding leads valued at $1,000, jumper cable valued at $150 and air hose valued at $50.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle and theft of property from the 300 block of 12th Street Southwest (residence, home). Stolen were two Discover and Chase credit cards, U.S. currency, multiple compact discs.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle from the 900 block of Fifth Court Northwest (residence, home).

-Theft of property from the 900 block of Fifth Avenue Northwest (residence, home). Stolen was a Chrysler Town and Country van valued at $12,000.

-Damage to property from the 600 block of Fulton Springs Road (residence, home). Damaged was a brick encased mailbox in the amount of $2,500.

-Open door and found property from Weatherly Club Drive (restaurant). Recovered was a key.
