July 12

-Domestic investigation from Wayne’s Lane, Vandiver (residence/home).

-Robbery II from the 12000 block of U.S. 280, Westover (other/unknown). Stolen and recovered was $300 in U.S. currency.

-Rape from the 6500 block of Shelby County 71, Shelby (residence/home).

 

July 13

-Cruelty to animals from the 100 block of Swan Lakes Circle (residence/home).

-Unlawful possession of marijuana II from Shelby County 13, Helena (highway/street). Recovered was a plastic bag containing a green, leafy vegetable matter believed to be marijuana.

-Alabama tax payer and citizen’s protection act from the 4700 block of U.S. 20, Birmingham (highway/street).

-Death investigation from the 5300 block of Pineywood Road, Birmingham (residence/home).

-Theft of lost property II from the 16000 block of U.S. 280, Chelsea (parking lot/garage). Stolen were Brahmin purse valued at $300, American Express card, Visa card, three insurance cards and driver’s license and iPhone 4s valued at $600.

-Theft of property II from the 1 block of Grant Street, Wilton (residence/home). Stolen were 30 Lortab and 120 Percocet.

-Theft of property II from the 2800 block of Shelby County 93, Helena (residence/home). Stolen were 114 Lortab 7.5 mg pills.

-Domestic violence – assault II from the 100 block of Grimes Road, Indian Springs (residence/home).

 

July 14

-Domestic violence – harassment III from the 3000 block of Wyngate Cove, Birmingham (residence/home).

-Theft of property III from the 5000 block of Alabama 31, Calera (dept. store). Stolen was an Apple iPhone valued at $150.

-Theft of lost property II from Treetop Adventures, 1000 block of Dunnavant Valley Road (specialty store). Stolen was a Verizon 16GB iPhone valued at $600.

-Burglary III from the 700 block of Meadow Drive, Birmingham (residence/home). Stolen were Toshiba laptop valued at $720, Remington .270 rifle valued at $400 and Remington 410 shotgun valued at $100.

-Burglary III from the 700 block of Meadow Drive, Birmingham (residence/home). Stolen were 37-inch Vizio LCD TV valued at $472, Xbox 360 valued at $300 and Nook Color tablet valued at $200.

-Unlawful possession of marijuana I and paraphernalia from the 2000 block of Heatherbrooke Road, Birmingham (residence/home). Recovered were green leafy substance appearing to be marijuana, two white envelopes containing $170 and $220, clear glass pipe, blue, yellow and white glass pipe, orange and blue glass pipe and small orange and blue glass pipe.

 

July 15

-Theft of property I and criminal trespass III from the 1600 block of Beaver Creek Road, Columbiana (residence/home). Stolen was an ATV valued at $9,000.

-Assault II from the 2300 block of Rock School Road, Harpersivlle (other/unknown).

 

July 16

-Domestic violence – harassment III from the 200 block of King’s Home Drive, Chelsea (residence/home).

-Leaving the scene of an accident from the 4100 block of Chesapeake, Birmingham (parking lot/garage). Damage to read passenger side bumper and trunk area of 2006 Ford 500.

-Leaving the scene of a motor vehicle accident from the 4100 block of Chesapeake North (parking lot/garage). Damaged was a rear bumper valued at $700.

-Harassing communications from the 4000 block of Meadow Brook Road, Birmingham (church).

-Harassing communications from the 0 block of Shelby Cou nty 206, Montevallo (residence/home).

-Civil matter from the 4600 block of U.S. 280 (conv. store).

-Leaving the scene of an accident from the 4100 block of Chesapeake North (parking lot/garage).

-Civil dispute from the 300 block of Shelby County 338, Chelsea (residence/home).

-Domestic violence III and harassing communications from the 4200 block of Chesapeake North, Birmingham (residence/home).

-Domestic violence III from the 1300 block of Shelby County 440 (residence/home).

-Receiving stolen property I from Shelby County 37 and Beaver Creek Road, Shelby. Recovered were 2005 Kawasaki ATV valued at $9,000, three grams of marijuana, three fishing rods and two tackle boxes.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle and theft of property III from the 100 block of Hollybrook Road, Columbiana (residence/home). Stolen were 18-volt Dewalt compact cordless drill valued at $100 and miscellaneous bits and drivers valued at $200.

-Burglary III from the 6000 block of Kenley Way, Birmingham (residence/home). Stolen were Gibson, Les Paul guitar valued at $6,000, Marlin J-40 guitar valued at $4,000, money clip wallet, $500 in U.S. currency and assorted credit cards.

-Burglary from the 1000 block of Emerald Circle, Birmingham (residence/home). Stolen were U.S. savings bonds valued at $3,100, 22k gold necklace valued at $1,000, 18k gold with diamond cluster valued at $4,000, sterling silver ring with aqua stone valued at $150, three 14k and one 12k bangle bracelets valued at $1,000 and $1,500 of U.S. currency.

-Assault II from Shelby County 251, Montevallo (other/unknown).

 

July 17

-Death investigation from the 900 block of Inverness Cliffs, Birmingham (residence/home).

-Miscellaneous information – lost property from Valleydale Road, Birmingham (highway/street). Recovered were sunglasses, belt, watch and two wallets.

-Suicide attempt from the 3300 block of Shelby County 30, Wilsonville (residence/home).

-Domestic investigation from the 600 block of Aslan Forest, Harpersville (residence/home).

-Domestic investigation from the 300 block of Shelby Forest Drive, Chelsea (residence/home).

-Domestic investigation from King’s Home Drive, Wilsonville (residence/home).

-Harassment from the 9000 block of South Main Street, Wilsonville (residence/home).

-Resisting arrest and possession of certain chemical compounds from the Chevron parking lot, Columbiana (parking lot/garage).

-Domestic violence III from the 100 block of Branchwater Way, Maylene (residence/home).

-Theft of property III and criminal littering from the 7000 block of Shelby County 57, Westover (field/woods). Damaged was a fence post valued at $15.

-Theft of property – shoplifting III from the 8000 block of unknown highway, Montevallo (conv. store). Stolen was 12-pack of Natural Light beer valued at $9.44.

-Harassment from the 900 block of Clay Pit Road, Montevallo (residence/home).

-Domestic investigation from the 11000 block of Shelby County 17, Montevallo (residence/home).

-Property damage from Interstate 65 and Valleydale Road (highway/street). Damaged was a silver Guess Waterpro watch.

-Miscellaneous information from Randolph Road, Montevallo (residence/home).

-Fire investigation from the 200 block of Meadow Road, Birmingham (residence/home).

-Failure to provide title and unlawful trade practices from the 800 block of U.S. 31, Alabaster (residence/home).

-Domestic violence – assault III from Spring Creek, Shelby (residence/home).

-Unlawful breaking and entering a motor vehicle from the 3000 block of Riverview Terrace, Birmingham (residence/home). Stolen was a Garmin GPS valued at $100.

-Burglary III from the 2300 block of Alabama 25, Wilton (commercial).

-Burglary III from the 5200 block of Caldwell Mill Road, Birmingham (residence/home).

 

July 18

-Criminal mischief from the 6000 block of Shelby County 16, Montevallo (residence/home). Damaged was a passenger window on 2006 Honda Odyssey in the amount of $200.

-Violation of protection order from the 100 block of Turtle Point, Shelby (residence/home, other/unknown).

-Domestic investigation from the 100 block of Thornberry Drive, Birmingham (residence/home).

-Criminal mischief III from the 2000 block of Eagle Ridge Drive, Birmingham (residence/home). Damaged was a window on the basement door.

-Domestic investigation from Burnham Street, Birmingham (residence/home).

-Domestic investigation from the 1200 block of Weatherly Cove, Birmingham (residence/home).

-Criminal impersonation from the 2000 block of Shelby County 48, Wilsonville (residence/home).

-Miscellaneous information from the 0 block of Camelia Lane, Maylene (residence/home).

-Identity theft from Kansas City, Mo., (bank).

-Unlawful trade practices from the 800 block of U.S. 31, Alabaster (other/unknown).

-Burglary III and harassment from the 4700 block of Shelby County 22, Montevallo (residence/home). Damaged were five picture frames valued at $75.

-Violation of Sex Offender Act and two counts of violation of Sex Offender Act from the 300 block of McDow Road, Columbiana (gov/public building).

-Theft of property I from the 4000 block of Shelby County 47, Shelby (residence/home). Stolen was a 1985 green Buick LeSabre valued at $600.

 

July 19

-Alabama Taxpayer and Citizens Protection Act from the 1500 block of Kent Dairy Road, Alabaster (highway/street).

-Domestic investigation from the 0 block of Monte Tierra Trail, Alabaster (residence/home).

-Domestic investigation from the 3300 block of Tartan Circle, Birmingham (residence/home).

-Miscellaneous information – discharge of firearm from the 3000 block of Shelby County 280, Westover (highway/street).

-Theft of property III from the 6700 block of White Tail Drive (parking lot/garage). Stolen was a vintage 1966 Alabama license plate valued at $500.

-Damaged property from the 1300 block of Shelby County 57, Vincent (highway/street). Damaged was the front of a 2006 Nissan Altima in the amount of $2,500.

-Property damage from the 10000 block of Shelby County 11, Chelsea (highway/street). Damaged was a 2006 Infinity 635.

-Menacing from the 4000 block of Shelby County 22, Montevallo (residence/home).

-Theft of property from the 4000 block of Shelby County 10, Montevallo (residence/home). Stolen was a WM trashcan valued at $100.

-Assault III From the 4700 block of Shelby County 22 (residence/home).

-Domestic violence III – menacing from the 100 block of Lilac Lane, Wilsonville (residence/home).

-Illegal possession of fraudulent use of debit card from the 200 block of Woodbridge Trail, Chelsea (residence/home). Stolen were property valued at $234.89.

-Dog roaming at large from the 500 block of Shelby County 33, Chelsea (residence/home).

-Agency assist – murder from the 4600 block of U.S. 280, Harpersville (residence/home).

-Fraudulent use of credit card from the 100 block of Sheffield Road, Columbiana.

-Theft of property I from the 11900 block of Shelby County 17, Montevallo (residence/home). Stolen was a Big Texas 16-foot utility valued at $3,200.

-Found property from U.S. 280, Harpersville (highway/street).

 

July 20

-Driving under the influence from Alabama 119 and Shelby County 80, Alabaster (highway/street).

-Alabama Taxpayer and Citizens Protection Act from Alabama 119, Alabaster (highway/street).

-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance from U.S. 280, Birmingham (highway/street). Recovered were 21 Adderall pills.

-Identity theft from the 900 block of Masters Lane, Birmingham (residence/home). Stolen was an AT&T phone bill valued at $731.

-Domestic violence – harassment III From the 3600 block of Buck Horn Cove, Birmingham (parking lot/garage).

-Death investigation from the 2200 block of Smokey Road, Alabaster (residence/home).

-Identity theft II from Bessemer (other/unknown).

-Burglary III from the 31000 block of Alabama 25, Wilsonville (residence/home). Stolen were 20-inch flatscreen TV valued at $300 and Sony Playstsation 2 with controller valued at $50.

-Theft of property III and unlawful possession of marijuana II from the 2000 block of HArris and Wright Drive, Birmingham (residence/home). Stolen was a Dodge Dakota clutch valued at $263. Recovered were 10 baby marijuana plants valued at $20.

-Burglary III and theft of property I from the 100 block of Shelby County 487, Vandiver (residence/home). Stolen were two sterling silver and gold rings valued at $1,400, two sterling silver and gold necklaces valued at $900, three sterling silver and gold bracelets valued at $1,300, sterling silver and gold diamond pendent valued at $300, sterling silver and gold diamond heart necklace and two sterling silver, various pieces of jewelry and gold earrings valued at $1,000.

-Burglary III and criminal mischief III from the 700 block of Shelby County 39, Chelsea (other/unknown). Stolen were entry door frame valued at $50, five exterior flood lights valued at $30, Nintendo Wii with accessories valued at $500, lengths of exterior electrical conduit valued at $15, interior entry door valued at $25 and power meter cover valued at $10.

-Domestic violence – assault III and unlawful possession of marijuana II From the 17000 block of Alabama 25, Columbiana (residence/home).

-Burglary III and theft of property I from the 100 block of Meadow View Road, Maylene (residence/home). Stolen were bank-type bag valued at $5, gold woman’s wedding band valued at $150, gold engagement ring with diamond valued at $2,500, gold antique woman’s wedding ring valued at $150, gold antique woman’s engagement ring valued at $2,500, gold men’s wedding band valued at $100 and gold necklace with five diamonds valued at $2,000.

-Domestic violence – criminal mischief III from Asberry Road, Montevallo (residence/home).

-Domestic violence – harassment from the 300 block of Marigold Lane, Shelby (residence/home).

-Domestic violence – assault III from the 200 block of Meadowcroft Circle, Birmingham (residence/home).

-Civil matter from Homewood and Hoover area (residence/home).

-Harassing communications from the 100 block of Jade Lane, Shelby (residence/home).

-Theft of property II from the 2500 block of Shelby County 11, Pelham (specialty store). Stolen were Husqvarna power saw valued at $1,000 and Fuelman credit card.

-Fraudulent use of a debit/credit card from the 300 block of Shelby County 10, Montevallo (con store). Stolen was a Fuelman card valued at $10.12.

-Property damage from the 600 block of Brothers Avenue, Wilsonville (highway/street). Damaged was a 2011 brown Toyota Tacoma pick-up int he amount of $1,000.

-Criminal littering from the 1000 block of Hiawatha Road, Calera (highway/street).

-Criminal mischief III From the 11000 block of Shelby County 47, Chelsea (other/unknown). Damaged was 24-by-24 inch window for steel entry door in the amount of $200.

-Property damage from Alabama 119 and Doug Baker Boulevard, Birmingham (highway/street). Damaged were windshield, roof rack, side posts of the windshield and driver’s side mirror.

-Harassment from the 100 block of Goldilocks Lane, Maylene (residence/home).

 

July 21

-Theft of property II from the 3000 block of Joinertown Road, Columbiana (residence/home). Stolen were black Craftsman 5000 watt generator valued at $600, 282 Husqvarna power saw valued at $200, steel power saw valued at $200 and 303 Marlin rifle.

-Domestic violence – harassment III from the 7300 block of Shelby County 61, Wilsonville (residence/home).

-Fraudulent use of a credit or debit card from the 3300 block of Blue Bell Lane, Birmingham (residence/home). Stolen were $75 from a checking account.

-Unlawful possession of marijuana II and driving under the influence from the 5000 block of Cahaba Vaey Road, Birmingham (highway/street).

-Harassing communications from the 100 block of Fifth Avenue, Shelby (residence/home).

-Domestic violence investigation from the 5300 block of Pineywood Road, Birmingham (residence/home).

-Miscellaneous information from the 5300 block of Pineywood Road, Birmingham (residence/home).

-Property damage from the 11000 block of Shelby County 41, Leeds (residence/home). Damaged was a single-wide mobile home valued at $15,000.

-Domestic violence III and domestic violence – harassing communication III from the 1100 block of Weatherby Cove, Birmingham (residence/home). Damaged were front door paint valued at $75, slashed driver rear tire valued at $200 and plastic bumper on front valued at $150.

-Theft of services II and criminal tampering II from the 11000 block of Shelby County 41, Leeds (residence/home).

-Sexual abuse of a child less than 12 years old from the 100 block of Kings Home Drive, Chelsea (residence/home).

-Driving under the influence – alcohol from the 1200 block of U.S. 31, Alabaster (highway/street).

-Domestic investigation from the 500 block of Talon Court, Birmingham (highway/street).

-Driving under the influence from Cahaba Beach Road and Lenox Lane, Birmingham (highway/street).

July 23

-Domestic violence – assault from the 600 block of Dusty Hollow Road (residence/home).

-Fire investigation from the 300 block of Shelby County 260, Maylene (residence/home). Damaged was a house of unknown value.

-Giving false name or address to officer from Valleybrook Circle and Stonebrook Lane, Birmingham (highway/street). Recovered was a large fixed blade tiger decorated knife.

-Harassment from the 0 block of Maplecrest Drive, Sterrett (residence/home).

-Theft of property III from Shelby County 51, Westover (residence/home). Stolen were 500 feet of barbed wire fence valued at $40 and six steel posts valued at $36.

-Forgery III from the 300 block of Jack Park, Chelsea (commercial). Recovered were 28 Lortab.

-Theft of property I from the 1500 block of Morning Sun Circle, Birmingham (parking lot/garage). Stolen was an RV trailer valued at $5,553.

-Identity theft from the 3100 block of Lullwater Road (residence/home). Stolen was $1,431 in U.S. currency.

-Burglary II from the 700 block of Morning Sun Drive (residence/home). Damaged was a wooden door frame in the amount of $200.

-Domestic violence – harassment III from the 100 block of Anglers Lane, Shelby (residence/home).

-Identity theft from the 200 block of Shelby County 402, Shelby (residence/home).

-Death investigation from the 600 block of Miller Farm Road, Columbiana (residence/home).

-Theft of property III from the 16000 block of U.S. 280, Chelsea (dept store). Stolen were four Nintendo Wii games valued at $80.

-Theft of property – shoplifting III from the 16000 block of U.S. 280, Chelsea (supermarket). Stolen were five Gain laundry powder valued at $15.47, two Gain laundry liquid valued at $14.97, three Gain dryer sheets valued at $4.88, Great Value dryer sheets valued at $4.38 and Charman ultrasoft toilet paper valued at $17.97. Stolen and recovered were two Bud Light beer cases valued at $16.97.

-Trespassing III from the 12000 block of U.S. 280, Westover (specialty store).

-Death investigation from the 1000 block of Kings Way, Birmingham (residence/home).

-Death investigation from the 6100 block of Kenley Way (residence/home).

 

July 24

-Harassment from the 100 block of Asberry Road, Montevallo (residence/home).

-Structure fire from the 400 block of Shelby County 253, Montevallo (residence/home).

-Domestic investigation from the 6000 block of Whitetail Drive, Birmingham (residence/home).

-Miscellaneous from Smokey Road and Shelby County 87, Calera (highway/street). Recovered was a Glock 23 40 caliber valued at $400.

-Theft of property III from the 100 block of Selma Street, Wilton (residence/home). Stolen was a black 4-by-8-foot utility trailer.

-Sexual abuse I from near Watson’s Grocery, Vincent (residence/home).
