The following are incident and offense reports from municipal police departments from July 21-Aug. 2:

July 23

-Domestic incident from the 100 block of Chinaberry Lane (residence, home).

-Burglary and theft of property from the 100 block of Air Park Industrial Road (commercial). Stolen were Lincoln Power Mig welders valued at $4,200.

-Domestic incident from the 100 block of Chinaberry Lane (residence, home).

-Theft of property from the 200 block of Colonial Promenade (restaurant). Stolen were a small tote bag, an America’s First Federal Credit Union Visa card, a Social Security card, a Chevron credit card, a Penny’s credit card and a Medicaid card.

-Unlawful possession of marijuana from Highway 119 (highway, street). Confiscated was a plastic bag containing marijuana.

-Unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia from Highway 119 (highway, street). Confiscated was a glass pipe with marijuana residue.

-Theft of property from the 500 block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (bank). Stolen was $650 in U.S. currency.

-Recovered firearm from the 100 block of Pebble Lane (residence, home). Recovered was an RG .22-caliber revolver valued at $25.

-Theft of property from the 600 block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (specialty store). Stolen were Playstation 3 controllers valued at $439.68, a tablet valued at $249, a converter box valued at $49.87, an FG rib tank valued at $3.88, starter socks valued at $6, ST Dazzle SH valued at $10.47 and a four-pack of Boxer briefs valued at $12.47.

-Recovered property from the 200 block of First Street North (residence, home). Confiscated were 21.1 grams of an unknown narcotic substance, 9.74 grams of gold lodestone, a marijuana certificate, five bags of marijuana totaling 43.73 grams and miscellaneous drug paraphernalia.

-Recovered property from the North Colonial Promenade (parking lot, garage). Recovered was a Freedom Chase credit card.

 

July 24

-Harassment from the 800 block of Ninth Street Northwest (other, unknown).

-Welfare check from the 100 block of Maylene Lane (residence, home).

-Harassing communications from the 100 block of Commercial Court (other, unknown).

-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia from Cedar Grove Parkway (highway, street). Confiscated were hydrocodone, acetaminophen and oxycodone.

-Unsecured residence from the 100 block of Dale Drive (residence, home).

-Information only from the 100 block of Longfeather Hill (residence, home).

-Theft of property from South Colonial Promenade (specialty store). Recovered were miscellaneous items valued at $46.84.

-Damage to property from the 1000 block of Henry Drive (residence, home). Damaged was a mailbox in the amount of $100.

-Harassing communications from the 100 block of Shalimar Trace (residence, home).

-Recovered animal from Cloverdale Drive (commercial). Recovered was a large yellow dog.

July 25

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle from the 600 block of Treymoor Lake Circle (residence, home). Stolen were unknown brand prescription sunglasses with a grey lanyard valued at $150.

-Identity theft from Birmingham, Montevallo and Pell City (other, unknown).

-Damage to property from Highway 17 (parking lot, garage). Damaged was a front bumper, hood and grill of a 2004 Chevrolet Silverado.

-Domestic incident from North Promenade Parkway at Highway 31 (highway, street).

-Information only from the 80 block of Winterhaven Drive (residence, home).

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle from the 200 block of Old Highway 31 (residence, home). Stolen was $464 in U.S. currency.

-Harassment from the 100 block of Reese Drive (residence, home).

 

July 26

-Domestic violence – assault from the 1200 block of Simmsville Road (residence, home).

-Noise complaint from Treymoor Lake Drive (highway, street).

-Domestic incident from the 400 block of Hilltop Road (residence, home).

-Information only from the 1500 block of Keystone mobile home park (residence, home).

-Criminal littering from Market Center Drive (commercial).

-Harassment from the 1100 block of First Street North (bank).

-Theft of property from the 1000 block of First Street South (service, gas station). Stolen was $200 in U.S. currency.

-Identity theft from the 600 block of Simmsville Road (other, unknown). Stolen was $344.48 in U.S. currency.

-Theft of property from the 100 block of Jefferson Lane (residence, home). Stolen were a seven bag box of Clear Blue pool cleaner valued at $25 and a tub of chlorine tablets valued at $21.

-Information only from the City Shop (government, public building). Damaged was a male pitbull dog.

-Unlawful possession of marijuana from Highway 119 at Plaza Circle (highway, street). Confiscated was marijuana valued at $20.

 

July 27

-Information only from the 1100 block of Alabaster Boulevard (church).

-Unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia from the 1400 block of Tropical Lane (residence, home). Confiscated was an improvised marijuana smoking device.

-Information only from the 100 block of Plaza Circle (parking lot, garage).

-Theft of property from the 1000 block of First Street North (other, unknown). Stolen was a political magnetic sign valued at $4.50.

-Possession of a forged instrument from the Regions Bank branch at the Alabaster Promenade. Forged was a check in the amount of $1,500.

-Theft of property from County Road 44 at County Road 17 (highway, street). Stolen was a large “Marty for Mayor” sign valued at $40.

-Information from 509 First St. SW (commercial).

-Harassment from the 100 block of Cohill Drive (residence, home).

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle from the 500 building of Windsor Court (restaurant). Stolen was a cherry picker motor lift valued at $2,500.

-Harassment – harassing communications from North Colonial Promenade (department store).

-Found property from the 60 block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (department store). Stolen were two Samsung Galaxy S III phones valued at $649 each.

July 28

-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance from County Road 11 at People’s Court (highway, street). Confiscated were 1.4 grams of Lortab valued at $20.

-Criminal trespass from the 200 block of Warwick Lane (residence, home).

-Information only from the 100 block of Wooten Road (residence, home).

-Information only from the 800 block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (other, unknown).

-Missing person from the 1200 block of Windsor Court (residence, home).

-Theft of property from the 600 block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (department store). Stolen was a speaker enclosure valued at $34.97, a 12-inch speaker valued at $79.88 and speaker wire valued at $11.31.

-Information only – theft of property from the 600 block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (other, unknown). Stolen were two pairs of blue and white Converse shoes, two pairs of red and grey Nike shoes, a pair of grey and orange Nike shoes, a pair of black and blue Nike shoes, a blue Hollister T-shirt valued at $17.50, a yellow Abercrombie T-shirt valued at $30 and Nike T-shirts valued at $60.

July 29

-Driving under the influence – combined and unlawful possession of a controlled substance from Grande View Circle at Grande View Parkway (highway, street). Confiscated were three alprazolam pills.

-Domestic violence investigation and domestic violence – harassment from the 1200 block of Sixth Avenue Northwest (residence, home).

-Fraudulent use of a credit card from no address listed (other, unknown). Stolen was Visa credit card information valued at $3,700.

-Domestic incident from the 1500 block of Kent Dairy Road (residence, home).

-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia from Municipal Park (parking lot, garage). Confiscated were four clonazepam pills valued at $35 and a red cut straw with crushed white powder in a Ziploc bag valued at $1.

Stolen were a gold anchor and cross necklace valued at $500, a ring with diamonds valued at $500, a ring with diamonds valued at $250, a bracelet with a purple stone valued at $150 and two gold tooth fillings valued at $1,000.

-Theft of property from the 3100 block of Pelham Parkway (specialty store). Stolen was a riding lawnmower valued at $1,499 and a weed trimmer valued at $110.

 

July 24

-Property damage from the roadway of Cahaba Valley Parkway East (highway, street). Damaged was the asphalt at the entrance of the Ramada Inn in the amount of $200.

-Theft of property from the 2100 block of Pelham Parkway (parking lot, garage). Stolen were an albuterol inhaler, levothyroxine tablets, alprazolam, esomeprazole tablets, oxycodone tablets and phenytoin capsules.

 

July 26

-Damage to property from County Road 52 at Philip Davis Street (highway, street). Damaged were two city of Pelham street signs in the amount of $100.

-Domestic violence from the 2100 block of Pelham Parkway (residence, home).

-Property damage from County Road 52 at County Road 33 (highway, street). Damaged was a wood pole, breaker box and power cable in the amount of $1,000.

-Outside agency assist – law enforcement from Crosscreek Trail at Vulcan Threaded Products (highway, street).

 

July 27

-Property damage – vehicle from Interstate 65 near exit 242 (highway, street). Damaged was a driver and passenger side front and rear quarter panel in the amount of $3,000.

-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of prescription drugs from 2698 Pelham Parkway (highway, street). Confiscated were carisoprodol pills valued at $100, tramadol pills valued at $50 and cyclobenzaprine valued at $25.

 

July 28

-Leaving the scene of an accident from Interstate 65 northbound near the 243.5 mile marker (highway, street). Damaged was a 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee in the amount of $1,500.

-Criminal mischief and theft of property from the 5000 block of Oak Mountain Drive. Damaged was a T-Mobile cell phone in the amount of $5,000 and stolen was assorted copper wire valued at $450.

-Cruelty to animals from 3178 Pelham Parkway (department store).
