-Miscellaneous information from the 2000 block of Highway 31, Calera (other/unknown).

-Miscellaneous information from the 900 block of County Road 468, Vincent (highway/street).

-Public intoxication from the 1200 block of Highway 46, Shelby (highway/street).

-Found property from the 100 block of Joe White Circle Lot 15, Shelby (residence/home). Recovered were small red zipper pouch, deer antler pipe, small glass pipe, small 24K gold ring with purple stone, prepaid Visa credit card and ziplock baggie containing 17 coffee filters with methamphetimine residue.

-Civil complaint from the 2000 block of Forest Lakes Lane, Sterrett (residence/home).

-Burglary III from Huckleberry Drive, Maylene (residence/home). Stolen was a Squire Stratocaster electric guitar, Zoom Palmtop studio and 12 polo shirts totaling a value of $500.

-Sexual torture from the 700 block of Highway 69, Chelsea (residence/home).

-Receiving stolen property III from the 100 block of Liberty Cove, Chelsea (residence/home). Recovered was a Jennings 22LR semi auto pistol valued at $100.

-Unlawful possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia from 17000 block of U.S. 280, Chelsea (highway/street).

-Domestic violence III from 5000 block of Skylark Drive, Birmingham (residence/home).

-Domestic violence III from 100 block of Woodland Drive, Shelby (residence/home).

-Fraudulent use of a credit/debit card from the 100 block of Hobbs Lane, Sterrett (convenience store).

-Unlawful breaking and entering of a vehicle from the 2700 block of Buck Horn Cove, Birmingham (parking lot/garage). Stolen was a key to mailbox.

-Burglary III from the 200 block of Cristy Drive, Shelby (residence/home). Stolen were a Craftsman pushmower, white metal lawn chairs, “Grand Prix” boom box, red fishing rod, Eureka upright steam cleaner, Symphonia DVD/VCR combo player and gowns, towels and washcloths totaling a value of $730.

-Theft of property from the 2000 block of 1st Avenue West, Maylene (residence/home). Stolen was a Smith & Wesson 38 Special of brushed aluminum with black grip.

-Theft of property from the 1700 block of Morning Sun Circle, Birmingham (residence/home). Stolen was a Dell laptop, Playstation 3 with two controllers, assorted U.S. currency and Jansport backpack totaling a value of approximately $800.

-Unlawful breaking and entering of a motor vehicle from Birdsong Lane, Montevallo (residence/home). Stolen were music CDs, personal checks and a Powerade totaling a value of $75.

-Unlawful breaking and entering of a motor vehicle from the 3500 block of Highway 22, Montevallo (residence/home). Stolen were Hibbet Sports bag which had children’s clothes, a box of diapers, a small bag with children’s clothes, a cable come along and a box of Stanley tool set all totaling a value of approximately $100.

-Burglary III from Huckleberry Drive, Maylene (residence/home). Damaged was a front door to the residence and stolen was a 42 inch flat screen television.

-Sexual abuse from the 5000 block of Highway 280, Birmingham (hotel/motel).

-Rape from the 200 block of Sunvalley Circle, Sterrett (residence/home).

-Leaving the scene of an accident from the 7000 block of Cahaba Valley Road, Birmingham (highway/street). Damaged was to rear bumper of Mercedes ML550.
