-Duty upon striking an unattended vehicle and damage to property from the 500 block of Second Street Northeast (residence, home). Damaged was a 2005 Chrysler Town and Country in the amount of $700.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a motor vehicle and theft of property from the 1000 block of Seventh Avenue Southwest (residence, home). Stolen was a Dell Latitude E6410 laptop valued at $800.

-Theft of property from the 100 block of Eighth Avenue Northwest (residence, home). Stolen was $200 in U.S. currency.

-Domestic violence investigation and domestic violence – harassment from the 100 block of Morning Mist Trail (residence, home).

-Damage to property from the 100 block of Forest Parkway (residence, home). Damaged was a 1998 Buick Regal LS.

-Harassing communications from the 2100 block of Windsor Court (residence, home).

-Harassment from the 500 block of First Street Southwest (restaurant).

-Open door from the 100 block of Old Spanish Trial (residence, home).

 

Aug. 8

-Harassing communications from the 200 block of First Street North (government, public building).

-Theft of property from Navajo Trail (residence, home). Stolen was a mailbox valued at $50.

-Domestic dispute from the 300 block of First Street Southwest (commercial).

-Information only from the 100 block of Dogwood Trail (residence, home).

-Theft of property from the 1300 block of Windsor Court (residence, home). Stolen was a Planet Audio amplifier valued at $500.

-Leaving the scene of an accident from the 2200 block of Kent Dairy Road (department store).

-Damage to property from the 1200 block of County Road 26 (highway, street). Damaged was a 2011 Mazda 3S in the amount of $500.

-Harassing communications from the 1800 block of Amberly Woods Way (residence, home).

-Criminal possession of a forged instrument and theft of property from the Woodbrook Shell (convenience store). Forged were Aliant Bank checks valued at $850.

-Criminal mischief from the 100 block of Scottsdale Drive (residence, home). Damaged was a small window in the amount of $5.

-Information only from the 100 block of Hackberry Lane (residence, home). Stolen were morphine tablets valued at $5.

-Information from the 1100 block of Independence Drive (residence, home).

-Information only from U.S. Highway 31 at Old Highway 31 (highway, street).

 

Aug. 9

-Obstruction of justice by using a false identity from the 1700 block of Woodbrook Trail (other, unknown).

-Unauthorized breaking and entering a vehicle and theft of property III from the 200 block of Briarwood Drive (residence/home). Stolen were $10 in U.S. currency and personal check valued at $100.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle from the 100 block of Hidden Springs (residence/home).

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle and theft of property II from the 200 block of Briarwood Street (residence/home). Stolen were $400 in U.S. currency, Coach purse valued at $300 and 12 Percocet 10 mg valued at $1.

 

Aug. 10

-Criminal mischief III from Nelson Walker Road (residence/home). Damaged was the left rear window of a Dodge Neon in the amount of $300.

 

Aug. 12

-Property damage from Chelsea Road and Alabama 25 (highway/street). Damaged was a left rear bumper in the amount of $100.

 

Aug. 14

-Domestic violence from the 1200 block of Egg and Butter Road (residence/home). Damaged was a Samsung Blackberry valued at $150.

-Theft of property III from the 200 block of West College (supermarket). Stolen were 25.4 ounce bottle of shampoo valued at $5.89, half-ounce bottle of Visine advanced eyedrops valued at $5.29, box of select brad laxative tablets valued at $4.89, bottle of women’s One-A-Day vitamins valued at $8.29 and bottle of Olay night of Olay firming cream valued at $8.79.

Helena

 

Aug. 6

-Criminal mischief third degree and theft of property third degree from the 100 block of River Valley Road (residence, home). Damaged was ground wire in the amount of $10 and stolen was an outside cable box cover valued at $50.

-Theft of property second degree from the 2500 block of Oakleaf Circle (residence, home). Stolen was a 1999 utility trailer valued at $1,000.

-Domestic violence third degree from the 1600 block of Paddock Lane (residence, home).

 

Aug. 7

-Failure to appear from Highway 31 South (hotel, motel).

-Failure to appear from the Helena Police Department (government, public building).

-Damage to property from the parking lot of First Baptist Church (church). Damaged was a 2006 Honda Civic in the amount of $1,300.

 

Aug. 8

-Domestic violence third degree from the 2700 block of Piedmont Lane (residence, home).

-Damage to property from the 1500 block of Cunningham Drive (residence, home). Damaged was a 2008 Toyota Highlander in the amount of $1,000.

-Unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia from Old Cahaba Parkway (highway, street). Recovered were two pipes containing residue valued at $5, a box of rolling papers valued at $2.50 and an empty bag of funky green stuff brand incense valued at $1.

-Attempted identity theft from the 100 block of Frances Lane (residence, home).

-Failure to appear from Dividing Ridge Drive (supermarket).

 

Aug. 9

-Theft of property second degree from the 200 block of Chestnut Forest Drive (residence, home). Stolen were a GE washer valued at $500, a GE dryer valued at $500 and a Craftsman push mower valued at $250.

-Business without a license from the 1000 block of Shamrock Drive (highway, street).

 

Aug. 10

-Harassment from the 100 block of Mullens Drive (commercial).

-Driving under the influence third degree from Highway 52 East at Plantation Pipeline (supermarket).

-Theft of property third degree from Secretariat Drive (residence, home). Stolen was an Apple iPhone valued at $400.

 

Aug. 11

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle and theft of property third degree from Old Cahaba Drive (residence, home). Stolen and recovered was a laptop carry bag valued at $150 and stolen were a Dell computer power cord valued at $75, a set of miscellaneous computer cables valued at $75, an Apple iPod classic valued at $150 and a LED flashlight valued at $40.

 

Aug. 12

-Driving under the influence from Highway 261 at Old Town Helena (highway, street).

-Theft of property from the 2000 block of Stonecreek Court (residence, home). Stolen was a North American Arms .22-magnum five-shot derringer valued at $250.

 

Aug. 13

-Identity theft from the 7400 block of Wyndham Parkway (residence, home).

Aug. 9

-Forgery II from the 4000 block of Alabama 25 (supermarket). Stolen were three checks valued at $209.

-Harassment from the 500 block of Shelby County 10 (other/unknown).

-Harassment from the 20 block of Falcon Way (residence/home).

 

Aug. 10

-Damage to property from Valley Street and Middle Street (highway/street). Damaged was a left door mirror in the amount of $150.

-Burglary III from the 300 block of Vine Street (residence/home).

-Possession of a controlled substance and driving under the influence of alcohol from the 5400 block of Alabama 119 (highway/street).

-Menacing from the 700 block of Main Street (highway/street).

 

Aug. 11

-Altering firearm identification or possession of altered firearm and carrying concealed weapon from Main Street and Middle Street (parking lot/garage). Recovered were chrome Lorcin .380 pistol valued at $100 and pistol .380 magazine and six rounds of Winchester .380 ammunition valued at $30.

-Throwing/shooting into occupied vehicle from the 4200 block of Alabama 119 (highway/street).

-Burglary III and theft of property III from the 40 block of Shelby County 205 (residence/home). Stolen was an Emerson 32-inch plasma TV valued at $300.

 

Aug. 13

-Information only from the 70 block of Shelby County 204 (highway/street).

-Harassment from the 400 block of Crestview Circle (highway/street).

-Domestic incident from the 200 block of Wilson Drive (residence/home).

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle and theft of property III from the 400 block of Canterbury Road (residence/home). Stolen was $7 of U.S. currency.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle from the 400 block of Canterbury Road (parking lot/garage).

-Lost property from the 3800 block of Alabama 25 (conv. store). Stolen were men’s wallet valued at $15, Mexican identification card and Texas identification card.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle from the 400 block of Canterbury Road (paring lot/garage). Stolen was $3 in change.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle from the 400 block of Canterbury Road (parking lot/garage). Stolen was $5 in change.

 

Aug. 14

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle and theft of property II from the 200 block of Cambridge Circle (parking lot/garage). Stolen was a Thompson .45 caliber 1911 chrome with pearl grip valued at $289.

-Receiving stolen property I from Shelby County 19 and Shelby County 89 (other/unknown). Recovered was a 2001 Chevy Metro valued at $15,000.

-Theft of property III from the 3600 block of Alabama 25 (dept. store). Stolen and recovered was Troy-Bilt TV230 self-propelled lawn mower valued at $399. Stolen were two red wing nuts from a Troy-Bilt lawn mower valued at $10.

 

Pelham

 

July 18

-Identity theft from the 100 block of Magnolia Ridge Circle (residence, home). Forged was a credit card in the amount of $120.

 

Aug. 1

-Home repair fraud from Cornerstone Renovations at 2012 Montgomery Highway (commercial). Stolen was $5,393 in U.S. currency.

 

Aug. 3

-Theft of services from Motivated Movers at 1007 Commerce Blvd. (commercial). Stolen was $2,096 in U.S. currency.

 

Aug. 5

-Burglary from the 100 block of High Crest Road (residence, home). Stolen were computer flash drives valued at $30 and nucynta.

 

Aug. 6

-Theft by fraudulent leasing or rental from 160 Commerce Drive (other, unknown). Stolen was a John Deer skidsteer loader valued at $27,000.

-Property damage from Pelham Parkway (highway, street). Damaged was a Toyota 4-Runner in the amount of $1,500.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle from the 1900 block of Pelham Parkway (parking lot, garage). Stolen were an Apple Airport base Wi-Fi valued at $50, a nylon bag valued at $2 and several medications valued at $40.

-Theft of property and criminal trespass from the 1700 block of McCain Parkway (commercial). Stolen were a 24-foot utility trailer valued at $3,200 and a combination Master Lock valued at $50.

 

Aug. 7

-Unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia from 2500 County Road 52 (service, gas station). Confiscated was a pinch hitter pipe valued at $15.

-Outside agency assist – law enforcement from 32 Philip Davis St. (jail, prison).

-Harassment from the Publix supermarket at 1944 Pelham Parkway (supermarket).

-Harassing communications from the 30 block of Wellborn Street (residence, home).

-Unlawful possession of marijuana from the 100 block of Bishop Circle (hotel, motel). Confiscated was a small amount of marijuana valued at $10.

 

Aug. 8

-Identity theft from an unknown location (residence, home).

-Suicide attempt from County Road 52 (residence, home).

-Burglary from the 100 block of Cahaba Valley Parkway West (commercial). Recovered were copper sheets valued at $281.

-Identity theft from an unknown location (residence, home).

-Harassing communications from the 400 block of Cambrian Ridge Trail (residence, home).

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle from the 100 block of Hayesbury Lane (residence, home). Stolen were a Dell laptop valued at $900, a Swiss Army backpack valued at $150, a wireless mouse and numbers pad valued at $75 and a Verizon 4G Air Card valued at $150.

-Harassing communications from the 400 block of Cambrian Ridge Trail (residence, home).

-Miscellaneous complaint from Portland, Ore. (other, unknown).

-Civil dispute from the 3400 block of Indian Lake Trail (residence, home).

-Miscellaneous information – property damage from the 30 block of Houston Drive (residence, home). Damaged was an unknown amount of cable and utility equipment.

 

Aug. 9

-Unlawful possession of marijuana from the parking lot of Verizon Wireless at the Oak Mountain Marketplace (parking lot, garage). Recovered was a plastic baggie containing approximately 5.5 grams of suspected marijuana valued at $20.

-Miscellaneous information from Chatham Court (residence, home).

-Theft of property from the intersection of Weatherly Way and Cheshire Lane (highway, street). Stolen were three road signs valued at $450.

 

Aug. 10

-Property damage from the 2600 block of Pelham Parkway (highway, street). Damaged was a 2010 Ford Crown Victoria in the amount of $200.

-Criminal possession of a forged instrument second degree and theft of property from Easy Money at 460 Cahaba Valley Road (commercial). Stolen were 50 blank checks valued at $20.

-Robbery from the 8300 block of Helena Road (convenience store). Stolen was $110 in U.S. currency.

-Unauthorized use of a vehicle from the 4000 block of Saddle Run Circle (residence, home).

 

Aug. 11

-Unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia from Interstate 65 at the 246 mile marker (highway, street). Confiscated were a socket containing marijuana residue valued at $1 and an animal bone containing marijuana residue valued at $1.

-Criminal mischief from the 4000 block of Highway 11 (residence, home). Damaged was a 2008 Hyundai Elantra GLS.

-Miscellaneous information from the 2700 block of Pelham Parkway (drug store).

-Theft of property from the 300 block of Huntley Parkway (restaurant). Stolen was a Capital One credit card.

-Theft of property from the 3000 block of Pelham Parkway (parking lot, garage). Stolen were an X-mark lawnmower valued at $4,000, a utility trailer valued at $2,000, a push mower valued at $700, a Stihl trimmer valued at $500, a Stihl leaf blower valued at $400, a Stihl weedeater valued at $400 and assorted tools in a tool box valued at $400.

-Attempted suicide from Crosscreek Trail (residence, home).
