Columbiana election results delayed

COLUMBIANA — At 9 p.m., a Columbiana election official announced poll workers found a discrepancy of one vote between the number of ballots counted and the number of people who signed for ballots.
The official said poll workers were trying to solve the issue of the discrepancy before announcing election results.
