-Theft of property and criminal trespass from 2181 Pelham Parkway (supermarket). Stolen and recovered were a Nav Lift Away vacuum valued at $188, a tote box valued at $8, a Shark pod valued at $89, a ruched T-shirt valued at $6, knit shorts valued at $3 and a two-piece set valued at $20.

-Burglary from the 100 block of High Crest Road (residence, home). Stolen were six manilla folders containing personal information valued at $10 and two USB cables for a computer system valued at $20.

-Switched tag from Bent Creek Drive at Bent Creek Way (highway, street). Recovered was an Alabama license plate valued at $25.

-Obstructing justice by using a false identity from Interstate 65 at exit 247 (highway, street).

-Attempting to elude and driving under the influence of alcohol from the 1000 block of Ryecroft Circle (highway, street).

 

Aug. 19

-Theft of property – motor vehicle from Interstate 65 southbound near the 243 mile marker (highway, street). Stolen was a 1996 Ford Windstar van valued at $2,500.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle from the 200 block of Stone Circle (residence, home). Stolen was a Wells Fargo check book.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle from the 200 block of Stone Circle (residence, home). Stolen was a Regions check book.

-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia from the parking lot of Taquia Valencia (restaurant). Confiscated was a plastic container consisting of suspected cocaine and methamphetamine seed valued at $40, a metal spoon valued at $1 and an insulin syringe valued at $1.

-Criminal mischief from the 100 block of Canton Place (residence, home). Damaged was a front glass storm door in the amount of $200.
