Highway 11 reopened in Chelsea

CHELSEA – As of 11:10 a.m., Shelby County 11 has been reopened to through traffic.
The road was closed due to a car accident earlier this morning.
A release from the Shelby County Sheriff’s Department stated law enforcement officers may still be on the scene.
