Evangel sweeps past T.H.E.

The Evangel Christian volleyball team defeated Tuscaloosa Home Educators 25-16, 25-16, 25-19 Sept. 13 at home.

The Lightning (14-5) were led by Kierson McGriff and Caroline Joiner who both scored eight kills. Elizabeth Ragland added seven kills, 11 assists and eight aces. Anna Byers finished with six kills.

Kate Ragland led the Evangel defense with 11 digs.
