-Fraudulent use of a debit/credit card from the 3000 block of Westover Road, Sterrett (service/gas station). Stolen was a debit card charged $139.88.

-Miscellanious information from the 0 block of Meadow Drive, Birmingham (parking lot/garage).

-Theft of property III from the 100 building of Meadow Drive, Birmingham (residence/home). Stolen were two bicycles valued at $213. Recovered was a pink girls’ bike valued at $100.

-Theft of property III from the 3000 block of Highway 10, Montevallo (residence/home).

-Fraudulent use of a credit/debit card from the 7000 block of Highway 119, Alabaster (residence/home).

-Fraudulent use of a credit/debit card from the 600 block of Eagle Ridge Drive, Birmingham (other/unknown). Stolen was a debit card charged $239.89.

-Theft of property I from the parking lot of Brook Highland Apartments (parking lot/garage).

-Unlawful breaking and entering a motor vehicle and fraudulent use of a credit card from Woodbury Dr., Sterrett (residence/home).

-Unlawful breaking and entering a motor vehicle and fraudulent use fo a credit card from Woodbury Dr., Sterrett (residence/home).

-Unlawful manufacturing of controlled substances I from the 3500 block of Highway 47, Shelby (residence/home).

-Domestic investigation from the 2200 block of Belvedere Cove, Birmingham (residence/home).

-Theft of property III from the 16077 Highway 280 Walmart, Chelsea (supermarket). Stolen were two Alabama “A” magnets valued at $20.

-Civil dispute from the 0 block of Locust Creek Circle, Harpersville (residence/home). Stolen was a Ruger pistol valued at $469, Mossbag shotgun valued at $700, Ruger rifle valued at $1025, Ruger rifle valued at $1125, Remington 20 gauge Model 1100 valued at $750, Stevens shotgun valued at $250 and a Remington rifle valued at $170.

-Criminal mischief II from the 200 block of L&M Trace, Shelby (residence/home). Damages in the amount of $400 were done to an entrance door and in the amount of $200 were done to an entrance door frame.

-Harassment – direct from the 900 block of Meadow Drive, Birmingham (residence/home).

-Domestic investigation from the 6000 block of Whitetail Drive, Birmingham (residence/home).

-Driving under the influence from Highway 280 E and Champion Blvd., Birmingham (highway/street).

-Unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia and unlawful possession of chemical compounds from the 2000 block of Belvedere Cove, Birmingham (residence/home).

-Domestic violence III – harassment from the 7000 block of Old Highway 280, Chelsea (residence/home).

-Death investigation from the 0 block of Third Avenue, Shelby (residence/home).

-Unlawful breaking and entering a motor vehicle from the 0 block of Ruby Drive, Columbiana (residence/home). Stolen was $40 in U.S. currency.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a motor vehicle from the 100 block of Beach Lane, Shelby (residence/home). Stolen was a Minnkota trolling motor valued at $400 and four fishing rods and assorted fishing tackle valued at $300.

-Domestic violence – strangulation and domestic violence III – assault from the 5800 block of Highway 61, Wilsonville (residence/home).

-Damaged property from the 100 block of Ivy Way, Chelsea. Damages in the amount of $500 were done to a rear quarter panel on a 1998 Chevy Silverado and in the amount of $1000 to a front fender and driver’s door on a 1999 Buick Park Avenue.

-Community notification violation from the 2800 block of Highway 93, Helena (residence/home).

-Shooting a dangerous missile into an unoccupied vehicle from the 100 block of Highway 17, Montevallo (highway/street).

Damages in the amount of $100 were done to a sliding glass door, in the amount of $150 were done to an alumninum entrance door frame, in the amount of $10 were done to an antenna wire and in the amount of $25 were done to telephone wiring. Stolen were $200 worth of copper wiring.

-Burglary III from the 1100 block of Eagle Ridge Drive, Birmingham (residence/home). Damages were done to a front door lock. Stolen was an HP Pavilion Notebook valued at $750 and a CoolPix camera valued at $425.

-Identity theft from unknown location (highway/street).

-Identity theft from Hollybrook Road, Leeds (residence/home).

-Sex offender registration and notification act from the 300 block of McDow Drive, Columbiana (other/unknown).

-Burglary III from the 5100 block of Kenley Way, Birmingham (residence/home). Damages in the amount of $100 were done to a front door frame.

-Theft of property II and unlawful breaking and entering of a motor vehicle from the 16000 block of Highway 280, Chelsea (parking lot/garage). Stolen was a Tommy Hilfiger purse worth $50, seven Loritabs and 22-24 Bactium.

-Criminal mischief III from the 10000 blockof Cord 42, Shelby. Stolen were two light fixtures worth $100 and four light bulbs worth $10 and and unknown amount of bricks (over 100 years old) worth an unknown amount.
