-Theft of property from the 100 block of Keystone Mobile Home Park (residence, home). Stolen was a 2013 decal of vehicle tag.

-Found property from the 7300 block of Highway 119 (other, unknown). Recovered was a wallet valued at $20, $11 in U.S. currency and a driver’s license.

-Unlawful possession of marijuana from the 100 block of 10th Street Southwest (highway, street). Confiscated were two baggies containing marijuana valued at $10.

-Domestic violence investigation and domestic violence – harassment from the 100 block of 13th Street Southwest (residence, home).

 

Sept. 11

-Open door from the 800 block of Highway 31 South (restaurant).

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle from the 100 block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (parking lot, garage). Stolen were Adderall pills.

-Theft of property from the 1500 block of Kent Dairy Road (residence, home). Stolen was a 2013 DMV sticker.

-Animal complaint from the 300 block of Fifth Avenue Southeast (residence, home).

-Harassing communications from no address listed (residence, home).

-Damage to property from the 1000 block of First Street North (commercial). Damaged was a rear right bumper in the amount of $300.

-Harassment – harassing communications from Highway 270 (residence, home).

-Fraudulent use of a credit or debit card and theft of property from First Street North (restaurant). Stolen was a Regions Bank debit card.

-Damage to property from the 1500 block of Hill Spun Road (residence, home). Damaged was a brick mailbox in the amount of $2,500.

-Possession of a forged instrument from Walmart (department store). Stolen was a check from Bank of America valued at $435.

-Lost property from Walmart (department store). Reported was a wallet with a driver’s license, a military ID and a Montevallo student ID.

-Property damage from the 100 block of Air Park Industrial Drive (parking lot, garage). Damaged was a 2007 International 4700 in the amount of $400.

-Nuisance – barking dog and violation of leash law from the 1100 block of Sequoia Trail (residence, home).

-Damage to property from the 800 block of Treymoor Lake Circle (residence, home). Damaged was a mailbox.

-Information from Meadow View Elementary School (department store).

-Theft of property from the Walmart parking lot (parking lot, garage). Stolen were a Kobalt tool box valued at $45 and assorted tools valued at $400.

-Theft of property from the 600 block of Promenade Parkway (department store). Stolen were three bags of Ol Roy dog food valued at $61.44.

-Theft of property from the 600 block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (department store). Stolen were assorted foods valued at $24.06.

-Theft of property from the 1400 block of Heather Lane (residence, home). Stolen was a 32-foot red fiberglass extension ladder valued at $379.

 

Sept. 14

-Theft of property from 100 Warrior Drive (school, college). Stolen were a white iPhone 4G valued at $600 and an iPhone case valued at $50.

-Criminal mischief from 100 Warrior Drive (school, college). Damaged was a 2011 Toyota Corolla in the amount of $100.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle and theft of property from the 600 block of U.S. Highway 31 (parking lot, garage). Stolen was a Compaq laptop computer valued at $300.

-Damage to property from the 2000 block of Corporate Woods Drive (parking lot, garage). Damaged was a 1988 Lincoln Town Car.

-Theft of property from the 500 block of First Street Southwest (drug store). Stolen was a box of heartburn prevention valued at $2.50.

-Burglary third degree and theft of property third degree from the 300 block of Cromwell (residence, home). Stolen was a Samsung cell phone valued at $150 and a breathing inhaler valued at $100.

-Theft of property from the 300 block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (department store). Stolen were Zanabi jeans valued at $130.73.

-Found property from the North Promenade (parking lot, garage). Found was a brown wallet valued at $5.

-Domestic dispute from the 100 block of Pebble Lane (residence, home).

-Dog bite from 1801 King Charles Court (residence, home).

-Promoting prison contraband from 201 First Street North (jail, prison). Confiscated were cigarettes and a cigarette lighter.

-Illegal possession of prescription medication and public intoxication from the 500 block of Highway 119 (parking lot, garage). Confiscated were alprazolam pills.

-Burglary and theft of property from the 100 block of Park Forest Terrace (residence, home). Stolen were an Xbox 360 valued at $300, an Xbox controller valued at $30 and an Xbox game valued at $60.

-Fraudulent use of credit/debit card from the 3200 block of Holland Road, Virginia Beach, Va. (dept store). Stolen was $165 in debit card transaction.

-Burglary III and theft of property II from Bullfrog Drive (residence/home). Stolen were 42-inch LG television valued at $700, wedding ring valued at $200, gold bracelet valued at $500, class ring valued at $400 and property deed.

-Burglary III and theft of property II from Meriweather Drive (residence/home). Stolen were 42-inch Vizio flatscreen television valued at $700, Playstation 3, white lady’s Fossil Watch valued at $75, Kay Jewelry gold chain with two-heart pendant valued at $80 and assorted costume jewelry valued at $120. Damaged was a doorframe in the amount of $75.

-Theft of property III from the 11000 block of Alabama 25 (service/gas station). Stolen were 32 gallons of mid-grade fuel valued at $129.

Sept. 16

-Property damage from the 11000 block of Alabama 25 (service/gas station). Damaged was a silver Mazda MPV-2 van valued at $2,000.

-Property damage from the 50 block of Shelby County 87 (highway/street). Damaged was a silver Ford Edge in the amount of $500.

-Theft of property III from the 2500 block of U.S. 31 (specialty store). Stolen was a box containing human ashes valued at $50.

-Recovery of property from the 200 block of Camden Cove Parkway (residence/home). Recovered were two hypodermic syringes containing suspected methamphetamine.

-Drug overdose from the 100 block of Rocky Ridge Drive (residence, home). Confiscated were an unlabeled pill bottle containing alprazolam tablets valued at $300, methadone hydrochloride tablets valued at $200 and atenolol tablets valued at $40.

-Theft of property from the 500 block of Cahaba Valley Road (restaurant). Stolen were $300 in U.S. currency, an Encore check from Encore Resales, a Capital One Mastercard, a Compass Bank debit card, a Pier One card, a Pottery Barn card and a Lowe’s card.

-Theft of gasoline from the 300 block of Cahaba Valley Road (convenience store). Stolen was gasoline valued at $89.

-Harassment from Cahaba Valley Road at State Park Road (parking lot, garage).

-Obstructing justice by using a false identity and driving while revoked from County Road 52 at McCain Parkway (highway, street).
