Sept. 28

-Theft of property I from the 4600 block of U.S. 280, Birmingham. Stolen was $18,800 in U.S. currency.

-Theft of property II from Diamond Drive, Montevallo (residence/home).

-Domestic violence III – harassment from the 3000 block of Brookhill Drive, Birmingham (residence/home).

-Assault III and domestic violence III – assault from the 1500 block of Mission Hills Drive, Alabaster (residence/home).

-Driving while under the influence of alcohol from the 14000 block of Highway 61, Wilsonville (highway/street).

-Reckless driving from the 100 block of Davis Road, Columbiana (highway/street).

-Public intoxication from 5251 Valleydale Road, Inverness Elementary School, Birmingham (school/college).

-Property damage from U.S. 280 at Highland Lakes Drive, Birmingham (highway/street).

-Criminal mischief II from the 4500 block of Eagle Point Drive, Birmingham (residence/home). Damages in the amount of $500 were done to a back glass door and in the amount of $50 were done to a statue.

-Property damage from the 2500 block of Westminster Circle, Birmingham (residence/home).

-Domestic investigation from Jade Lane, Shelby (residence/home).

-Assault III from Pine Street, Shelby (other/unknown).

-Driving under the influence from the 5400 block of U.S. 280, Birmingham (highway/street).

-Theft of property III (residence/home). Stolen was a vehicle tag worth $30 and a chainsaw worth $100.

 

Sept. 29

-Domestic violence III – harassment from the 7000 block of Old Highway 280, Sterrett (residence/home).

-Domestic violence III – menacing from the 7000 block of Old Highway 280, Sterrett (residence/home).

-Unlawful breaking and entering of a motor vehicle and theft of property I from the 1000 block of Preston Place, Chelsea (residence/home). Stolen was a Dewalt standard drill worth $150, Rigid hammer drill worth $225, a Porter cable standard drill worth $50, a Dewalt hammer drill worth $150, miscellaneous drill bits in bags worth $200, a Porter cable sawzall worth $50 and a Dewalt sawzall worth $100.

-Theft of property III and unlawful breaking and entering a motor vehicle from the 300 block of Cored 406, Shelby (residence/home). Stolen was a Plano tackle box with assorted lures worth $400 and a Dawia rod and reel worth $60.

-Unlawful breaking and entering of a motor vehicle from the 2100 block of Chelsea Park Bend, Chelsea (residence/home).

-Unlawful breaking and entering of a motor vehicle from the 1000 block of Kings Way, Birmingham (residence/home). Stolen was a Craftsman 165-piece tool set worth $165 and two Eagle safety five gallon gas cans worth $100.

-Identity theft I from the 4000 block of Caldwell Mill Lane, Birmingham (other/unknown).

-Unlawful breaking and entering a motor vehicle and theft of property I from the 2000 block of Fairbank Circle, Chelsea (residence/home). Stolen was a Ninja 4000 Sentry carpet cleaning extractor worth $4000, miscellaneous hoses and nozzles for cleaning extractor worth $500 and miscellaneous cleaning chemicals worth $600.

-Theft of property II from the 2000 block of Fairbank Circle (residence/home). Stolen was a five gallon red Porter cable pancake air compressor worth $175, a Porter four-piece combo set worth $200, miscellaneous handtools worth $150, a rigid circular saw worth $115, a four inch level worth $50, miscellaneous Porter cable drill bit sets worth $75 and a Husky standard measurement ratchet set worth $50.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a motor vehicle (residence/home).

-Unlawful breaking and entering a motor vehicle and theft of property I from the 2000 block of Chelsea Park Beno, Chelsea (residence/home). Stolen were 10 THN9 rolls of copper worth $5000 and a padlock worth $20.

-Theft of property I from the 2000 block of Chelsea Park Beno, Chelsea (residence/home). Stolen was a Bosch hammer drill worth $500, miscellaneous hand tools worth $1000, three extension cords worth $200 and a drill kit worth $400.

-Theft of property II and unlawful breaking and entering of a vehicle from the 2000 block of Springfield Drive, Chelsea (residence/home). Stolen was a Honda four-inch discharge/trash pump worth $950, two 50-foot three-inch discharge hoses for the Honda pump worth $200, two Echo straight shaft weedeaters worth $700, a five-gallon gas tank worth $65 and a weedeater handheld blower worth $100.

-Unlawful breaking and entering of a motor vehicle from the 16000 block of Highway 42, Shelby (residence/home). Damages in the amount of $350 were done to a drivers door window.

-Harassing communications from the 800 building of Horizon Condominiums, Birmingham (residence/home).

-Minor in consumption of alcohol from U.S. 280 at CR-55, Chelsea (highway/street).

-Possession of drug paraphernalia and minor in consumption of alcohol from U.S. 280 and CR-55, Chelsea (highway/street).

-Found property from Indian Valley Road and Vail Drive, Birmingham (highway/street). Recovered was a Ruger .480 caliber firearm and an Uncle Mikes holster.

-Violation of protection order from the 2200 block of Highway 31, Calera (residence/home).

-Open door/recovered keys from the 2400 block of Valleydale Road, Birmingham (commercial).

-Domestic investigation from the 300 block of Forest Lakes Drive, Sterrett (residence/home).

Stolen was a Dewalt chopsaw worth $400, three Signode metal banders with red handles worth $3600 and miscellaneous hand tools worth $500.

-Theft of property II from the 600 block of North Horton Road, Wilsonville (residence/home). Stolen was an Emerson TV worth $245, a skill circular saw worth $59, a Workforce title saw worth $149 and a Model 77 Winchester .22 bolt action worth $200.

-Lost property from Vale Drive and Indian Valley Road, Birmingham (highway/street).

-Burglary III from the 100 block of Brookhighland Lane, Birmingham (other/unknown).
