Oct. 1

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle and theft of property from 1110 Highway 31 (construction). Stolen were a utility trailer valued at $2,500, a utility trailer valued at $1,000 and a utility trailer valued at $1,000. Damaged was a 2006 GMC in the amount of $2,000 and a 2005 Isuzu in the amount of $50.

-Information from the 100 block of Warrior Drive (residence, home).

-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance from the 100 block of Market Center Drive (specialty store). Forged was Lortab and promethazine.

-Information only from the 800 block of First Street North (parking lot, garage).

-Found property from 295 Alabaster Blvd. (parking lot, garage).

-Breaking and entering a vehicle and theft of property second degree from the Walmart or Kirklands parking lot at the Colonial Promenade (parking lot, garage). Stolen were $600 in U.S. currency, a black and white purse and black wallet valued at $60, a Wells Fargo debit card, a Wells Fargo credit card, a Capital One Visa card, an American Eagle card and a Social Security card.

-Theft of property from the JC Penny parking lot (parking lot, garage). Stolen was an Alabama license plate.

-Information only from the 100 block of Tall Timber Drive (residence, home).

-Unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia and attempt to elude from Seventh Place Southeast (residence, home). Confiscated was a clear plastic bag with white powder cocaine residue valued at $1.

 

Oct. 2

-Information only from the 1300 block of Royalty Drive (school, college).

-Theft of property from the 100 block of Scarlet Oak Drive (residence, home). Stolen was a Playstation 3 slim valued at $300.

-Damage to property from Woodbrook Trail (highway, street). Damaged was a 2005 Nissan 350Z in the amount of $500.

-Harassment from 14th Avenue Southeast (highway, street).

-Possession of drug paraphernalia and illegal possession of prescription drugs (highway, street). Confiscated were alprazolam pills valued at $20, a marijuana grinder valued at $2 and a marijuana pipe with residue valued at $5.

-Domestic dispute from the 1400 block of Eighth Street Southwest (residence, home).

-Theft of property from the 600 block of North Colonial Promenade Parkway (department store). Stolen was an HTC Android cell phone valued at $200.

-Obstructing justice by giving a false identity and warrant with the Shelby County Sheriff’s Office from Primrose Drive (highway, street).

 

Oct. 3

-Information only from the 100 block of Grove Hill Drive (residence, home).

-Harassment from the 1300 block of Corporate Woods Drive (terminal).

-Unlawful breaking and entering a motor vehicle and theft of property from the 100 block of Treymoore Drive (residence, home). Stolen were a Regions Bank card valued at $5, a Mastercard valued at $5, a Smith and Wesson .357-magnum valued at $500 and a Rossi .38-special valued at $500.

-False reporting to law enforcement authorities from the 900 block of Kent Dairy Road (residence, home).

-Theft of property from the 200 block of South Colonial Drive (restaurant). Stolen was $20 in U.S. currency.

-Domestic violence investigation and domestic violence – harassment from the 200 block of Norwick Forest Drive (residence, home).

-Violation of leash law from Primrose Drive (residence, home).

-Domestic incident from the 200 block of Norwick Forest Drive (residence, home). Confiscated was a Ruger P95 pistol.

-Theft of property from the 300 block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (department store). Stolen and recovered was a shirt with stripes valued at $30.

-Information only from the 1500 block of Kent Dairy Road (parking lot, garage).

-Domestic incident from the 1100 block of Eagle Drive (residence, home).

-Domestic incident from the 900 block of Simmsville Road (residence, home).

-Animal complaint from the 1300 block of West Navajo Drive (residence, home).

 

Oct. 4

-Harassing communications from the 900 block of Fifth Court Northwest (other, unknown).

-Theft of property from the 200 block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (department store). Stolen were an 18-volt hammer drill valued at $299, two Dewalt 18-volt ccmp lithium 2 tools valued at $498 and two Husqvarna 16-inch chainsaws valued at $538.

-Theft of property from Walmart at 630 Colonial Promenade Parkway (department store). Stolen were numerous items from the home goods section of the store valued at $305.70.

-Damage to property from Interstate 65 northbound (highway, street). Damaged were a front bumper, two headlights and a grill.

-Damage to property from Interstate 65 northbound at the 239 mile marker (highway, street). Damaged was a 2001 Toyota Corolla in the amount of $200.

-Identity theft and theft of property second degree from the 100 block of Creden Place (residence, home). Stolen was a Social Security check in the amount of $1,214.

-Harassment – harassing communications from the 300 block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (specialty store).

-Theft of property from the 100 block of Buttercup Circle (residence, home). Stolen was a generator valued at $3,500.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle and theft of property third degree from the 200 block of 11th Street Southwest (residence, home). Stolen was a Lenova notebook valued at $500.

-Information only from Veterans Park (government, public building).

-Carrying a concealed weapon from the 60 block of Peavine mobile home park (highway, street). Confiscated was a black compact BB gun.

-Violation of leash law from the 400 block of Wynlake Lane (residence, home).

-Unlawful possession of marijuana from Butler Road (highway, street). Confiscated was marijuana.

-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance from the 10000 block of Highway 119 (highway, street). Confiscated were Lortab pills.

 

Oct. 5

-Simple assault and criminal mischief from the 5100 block of U.S. 31 (dept. store). Damaged was Dodge Caliber hatchback in the amount of $400.

-Burglary III and theft of property III from Moss Stone Lane (residence/home). Stolen was Craftsman 21-inch self-propelled mower valued at $300.

 

Oct. 7

-Incident from the 2100 block of 20th Street (residence/home).

-Theft of property I and criminal mischief from U.S. 31 (residence/home). Stolen were engagement ring valued at $3,500, wedding band valued at $1,200 and three Philips LCD television valued at $1,800. Damaged were two beds in the amount of $198.

-Incident from the 100 block of Stonebriar Drive (residence/home).

-Domestic incident from the 200 block of Ivy Hill Circle (residence/home).

 

Oct. 8

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle and theft of property II from Enclave Court (residence/home). Stolen were $400 in U.S. currency, Acer Aspire valued at $600, Michael Jordan One strap book bag valued at $60, paycheck endorsed by John Wright valued at $112 and Wells Fargo checkbook valued at $1.

-Driving under the influence and reckless endangerment from the 900 block of Ninth Avenue (highway/street).

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle and theft of property III from Enclave Court (residence/home). Stolen were iPhone 3GS valued at $150 and Tom Tom GPS navigation valued at $200.

 

Oct. 9

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle and theft of property III from Shelby Springs Farms (residence/home). Stolen were Verizon flip phone valued at $200 and two flashlights valued at $50.

-Aggravated assault from the 1700 block of 21st Avenue (residence/home).

-Failure to appear from the 10000 block of Alabama 25 (govt/public building).

-Property damage from U.S. 31 at Shelby County 6 (highway/street).Damaged was the tire of a Toyota RAV4 in the amount of $200.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle and criminal mischief from Shelby Springs Farms (residence/home). Damaged was Honda Odyssey in the amount of $50.

-Harassing communications from the 100 block of Waterford Cove Drive (residence/home).

-Theft of property II from the 200 block of Crisfield Circle (residence/home).

-Illegal possession of prescription drugs and failure to appear from the 10000 block of Alabama 25 (jail/prison). Damaged were pill fob containing Meloxicam and pill fob containing an unknown medication.

-Failure to appear from the 10000 block of Alabama 25 (govt/public building).

-Theft of property from 2181 Pelham Parkway (supermarket). Stolen were assorted DVDs valued at $245.

-Possession of drug paraphernalia and unlawful possession of a controlled substance from I-65 north at the entrance onramp (highway, street). Confiscated were a metal spoon valued at $1, two syringes valued at $2 and two syringes containing a clear liquid valued at $2.

-Miscellaneous information from the 200 block of Silverleaf Drive (residence, home).

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle from the 1900 block of Pelham Parkway (hotel, motel). Stolen were a 1913 Doaxa wrist watch, a ring valued at $200, a Raven Arms MP25 handgun valued at $150, a Tom Tom GPS unit valued at $150, an Escort radar detector valued at $120, amphetamine salt tablets valued at $75 and a K-Bar knife valued at $75.

-Unlawful possession of marijuana and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia from I-65 south at exit 238 (highway, street). Recovered was suspected marijuana valued at $25, three packs of rolling papers valued at $15 and a lighter.

 

Oct. 3

-Suicide attempt from Stratford Circle (residence, home).

-Miscellaneous information from the 9400 block of Helena Road (other, unknown).

-Criminal mischief from the 1900 block of Pelham Parkway (storage facility). Damaged were seven public storage locks in the amount of $35.

 

Oct. 4

-Theft by fraudulent leasing from Hertz Equipment Rental at 2150 Pelham Parkway (commercial). Stolen was a Bobcat skid steer loader valued at $28,749.

-Harassment from Legacy Auto Sales at 2900 Pelham Parkway (other, unknown).

-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia from the 100 block of Bishop Circle (hotel, motel). Confiscated were a glass vial containing injectable Lorazepam valued at $100 and a burnt metal spoon containing white residue believed to be heroin.

-Property damage from County Grocery (parking lot, garage). Damaged was a metal support pole in the amount of $100.

-Theft of property from the 1900 block of Pelham Parkway (other, unknown). Stolen were a Husqvarna brand chainsaw valued at $500, a Husqvarna brand hedge trimmer valued at $250, a mitre say valued at $200, a Cobalt brand socket set valued at $65, a Dewalt brand bench grinder valued at $80 and a tool box valued at $100. Stolen and recovered was a storage cooler with wheels valued at $50.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle from the 2500 block of Panther Circle (school, college). Stolen and recovered was an iPhone 4 valued at $299 and an iPhone case valued at $49.

 

Oct. 5

-Domestic violence from the 20 block of Houston Drive (residence, home).

 

Oct. 6

-Minor in possession of alcohol and possession of marijuana from Highway 52 West at Philip Davis Street (highway, street). Recovered was a pill bottle containing 12.2 grams of a green, leafy substance believed to be marijuana valued at $20.

-Driving under the influence from the 260 block of Strathaven Lane (residence, home).

-Death investigation from the 3200 block of Davenport Street (residence, home).

 

Oct. 7

-Family violence protection order enforcement act from Crosscreek Trail to the Southgate Village Shopping Center (highway, street).
