-Unlawful breaking and entering a motor vehicle and theft of property from the 100 block of Deer Run Drive (residence, home). Stolen were two PNC debit cards and a Toshiba tablet valued at $450.

-Domestic violence – harassment from the 90 block of Hilltop Road (residence, home).

-Unlawful possession of marijuana second degree from Hilltop Road and 10th Avenue Southeast (highway, street). Confiscated was a plastic bag containing a green leafy substance believed to be marijuana.

-Theft of property from South Colonial Drive (specialty store). Stolen were 37 GPS systems valued at $6,649.62 and a Canon camera.

-Theft of property from the 300 block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (department store). Recovered were women’s pants valued at $40.

-Barking dog from the 100 block of Falling Waters Lane (residence, home).

-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of marijuana from Weatherly Club Drive (highway, street). Confiscated were xanax pills and 6 grams of marijuana.

-Carrying a pistol without a permit from U.S. 31 at the South Colonial Promenade entrance (highway, street). Confiscated was a Glock .40-caliber pistol.

-Carrying a pistol without a permit from the 700 block of Highway 31 (highway, street). Confiscated was a Ruger Blackhawk handgun.

-Noise complaint from the 1500 block of Kent Dairy Road (residence, home).

-Criminal mischief from Old Boston Road (residence, home). Damaged was a 2007 Ford Freestyle SE

 

Nov. 11

-Unlawful possession of marijuana and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia from First Street Southwest at Sixth Avenue Southwest (highway, street). Confiscated were 2.02 grams of marijuana, a glass smoking pipe and metal screens for smoking pipe.

-Harassing communications from the 1100 block of First Street South (restaurant).

-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance from the 100 block of First Street North (jail, prison). Confiscated were hydrocodone and klonopin.

-Unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia from County Road 17 at Chinaberry Lane (highway, street). Confiscated was a metal smoking pipe.

-Criminal mischief and shooting firearms or air rifles from the 200 block of Smokey Road (residence, home). Damaged was the rear window of an Oldsmobile Bravada.

-Information only from the 500 block of First Street Southwest (other, unknown).

-Information only from the 1200 block of Seventh Avenue Southwest (residence, home).

-Domestic violence and assault from the 100 block of Cohill Drive (residence, home).

-Missing and recovered person from the 800 block of Colonial Drive (residence, home).

-Runaway juvenile from the 600 block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (parking lot, garage).

-Theft of property from Hickory Street (residence, home). Stolen were various pieces of jewelry valued at $100.

-Noise complaint from the 2300 block of Smokey Road (residence, home).

Nov. 12

-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of a marijuana from the intersection of Kent Dairy Road and Warrior Drive (highway, street). Confiscated were marijuana, testosterone cypionate and a metal and wood marijuana smoking pipe.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle from the 100 block of Comanche Circle (residence, home). Stolen and recovered were Alabama driver’s licenses, a Regions debit card, a pack of Newport cigarettes, a Bic lighter and $4 in U.S. currency.

-Harassment from the 1700 block of Woodbrook Trail (residence, home).

-Domestic incident from the Peavine mobile home park (residence, home).

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle and theft of property from the 200 block of Seventh Street Northwest (residence, home). Stolen were a Smith and Wesson 9-millimeter handgun valued at $200.

-Information only from the 200 block of Total Solutions Way (commercial). Confiscated was a muffler.

-Theft of property from the 100 block of Jefferson Lane (residence, home). Stolen was $650 in U.S. currency, checks from PNC Bank and a black wallet.

-Theft of property from the 1000 block of Balmoral Drive (hotel, motel). Stolen was a Ruger .45-caliber valued at $800 and an ATI gun valued at $500.

-Domestic incident from Highway 26 (parking lot, garage).

-Domestic violence investigation and domestic violence harassment from Nolen Lane (residence, home).

-Unlawful breaking and entering a motor vehicle and theft of property from the 900 block of Seventh Avenue Northwest (residence, home). Stolen was a Vizio tablet valued at $150.

-Violation of leash law from the 600 block of Ninth Street Southwest (highway, street).

-Unlawful possession of marijuana from Highway 119 at the Woodbrook Shell (highway, street). Confiscated was marijuana.

-Animal complaint from the 7700 block of County Road 17 (residence, home).

-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia from the 300 block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (storage facility). Confiscated were methamphetamine, a syringe with liquid methamphetamine, a methamphetamine pipe, a plastic straw with methamphetamine residue and rolling papers.

-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance from the 300 block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (parking lot, garage). Confiscated was clonaepam.

Stolen were satin strands hair valued at $109.99, Andis hair clippers valued at $72.99, Andis hair clippers valued at $62.99, Personna double-edge razor blades valued at $4.98 and Personna hair sharper razor blades valued at $17.98.

-Burglary and theft of property from the 200 block of Forest Hills Circle (residence, home). Stolen were a Troybuilt backpack blower valued at $200, a chain saw valued at $175, a Craftsman socket set valued at $40 and a Craftsman wrench set valued at $40.

-Cruelty to dogs from the 100 block of Hummingbird Circle (residence, home).

-Theft of gasoline from 10777 Highway 119 (service, gas station). Stolen was gasoline valued at $38.34.

-Theft of lost property from a school bus (other, unknown). Reported was a cell phone valued at $350.

-Reckless endangerment from the 1800 block of Woodbrook Circle (parking lot, garage).

-Damage to property from Highway 31 northbound at Old Highway 31 (highway, street). Damaged was a 2008 Chevrolet Avalanche in the amount of $200.

-Damage to property from County Road 17 (highway, street). Damaged was a front windshield on a 2009 Toyota Tacoma in the amount of $500.

-Burglary and theft of property from the 80 block of Bare tree Lane (residence, home). Stolen were a diamond bracelet valued at $500, a watch valued at $300, a gold necklace valued at $200, jewelry boxes valued at $100 and a diamond watch valued at $100.

-Information only from the 100 block of South Colonial Drive (specialty store). Stolen and recovered were a Phillips portable DVD player valued at $119.99, a Phillips portable DVD player valued at $119.99, and two Walkman MP3 players valued at $79.99 each.

-Theft of property from the 100 block of South Colonial Drive (specialty store). Stolen were a Criminal Minds DVD valued at $24.99, Blue Bloods DVD valued at $44.99, a Blue Bloods DVD valued at $26.99 and a Sony DVD player valued at $99.99.

-Criminal mischief and criminal trespassing from the 100 block of Bare Tree (residence, home). Damaged was a living room window in the amount of $200.

-Domestic incident from the 1800 block of Fulton Springs Road (residence, home).

-Theft of property from the 100 block of South Colonial Drive (specialty store). Stolen were Alabama capris valued at $87.80, Alabama earrings valued at $8.95, an Auburn jacket valued at $65, Auburn pants valued at $55 and Auburn T-shirts valued at $31.90.

-Domestic incident from the 1100 block of King Arthur Court (residence, home).

-Domestic violence investigation and domestic violence – harassment from the 900 block of 10th Street Southwest (residence, home).

-Theft of property from the 300 block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (department store). Stolen and recovered were a pair of pajama pants valued at $27.99.

-Assault and driving under the influence from County Road 44 at Navajo Trail (highway, street).

-Property damage from Lowe’s on Colonial Promenade Parkway (department store).

-Domestic incident from the 100 block of Baretree Lane (residence, home).

-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance from Highway 119 (highway, street). Recovered were 0.14 grams of a white powder substance believed to be cocaine.

-Damage to property from the 400 block of Sweet Leaf lane (residence, home). Damaged was a black mailbox and metal pole in the amount of $50.

-Information from the 500 block of Third Street Northeast (residence, home).

-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia from First Street Southwest (highway, street). Confiscated was heroin powder and a syringe.

-Criminal possession of a forged instrument from the 7000 block of Highway 119 (service, gas station). Forged was a personal check in the amount of $300.

-Domestic violence investigation and harassment from the 300 block of Fran Drive (residence, home).

-Making unreasonable or excessive noise from the 100 block of Falling Waters Lane (residence, home).

-Criminal mischief third degree from the 100 block of Second Avenue Southeast (residence, home). Damaged was a glass window in the amount of $100.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a motor vehicle and theft of property from address unlisted (residence, home). Stolen were a Dell laptop valued at $600, a Garmin GPS valued at $150 and a black backpack valued at $50.

-Property damage from Interstate 65 North at exit 246 (highway, street). Damaged was a 2012 Mazda CX-9.

-Unlawful possession of marijuana from County Road 52 at Interstate 65 (highway, street). Recovered were approximately 2 grams of suspected marijuana valued at $15.

-Theft of property from the 1900 block of Pelham Parkway (supermarket). Stolen and recovered were assorted grocery items valued at $80.

-Theft of property from the 10 block of Oak Street (other, unknown). Stolen were commercial bank checks and $2,755 in U.S. currency.

-Theft of property from 2181 Pelham Parkway (supermarket). Stolen and recovered were a Black and Decker flex cordless vacuum valued at $59 and a Griffin case for iPhone valued at $35.
