Indian Springs

The Indian Springs Village Town Council met at 7 p.m. at the Town Hall. All council members were present.

Nov. 5 minutes were amended to show that Kelly Rasco has been appointed to the Planning and Zoning Commission. Motion to approve Nov. 5 minutes as amended. Motion was accepted.

Motion to endorse Sept. 30 financial report. Motion accepted.

Motion to endorse Oct. 31 financial report. Motion accepted.

Audit report for fiscal year 2011 was presented. It included $1.8 million in assets. Motion to accept audit from DeLoach, Barber and Caspers, P.C. for fiscal year ending Sept. 30, 2011.

Mayor Brenda Bell-Guercio announced council structure. Herb Robins will be responsible for road maintenance; Jack Mendel will be responsible for financials; and Brian Stauss will be responsible for information technology. Barton Trammell will be responsible for revenue; and Kathryn Harrington will be the legal liaison and will be responsible for communications. The council will work together on public events.
