-Burglary and theft of property from the 100 block of Chestnut Drive (residence, home). Stolen were a Toshiba 32-inch TV valued at $500, a gold wedding band set valued at $1,000, a gold necklace valued at $250, assorted gold neck chains valued at $600 and an Ann Klein woman’s watch valued at $100.

-Lost property – firearm from the 1300 block of Applegate Drive (residence, home). Lost was a .22-magnum derringer valued at $250.

-Criminal mischief from the 100 block of Maple Street (residence, home). Damaged was a mailbox post in the amount of $35.

-Damage to property from the 2200 block of Smokey Road (highway, street). Damaged was a hood, bumper and grill in the amount of $1,000.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle and theft of property from the 300 block of South Colonial Drive (parking lot, garage). Stolen was an Alabama driver’s license and a Garmin Nuvi valued at $200.

-Harassment from Walmart (department store).

-Theft of property from the 300 block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (department store). Stolen were earrings valued at $28, leather goods valued at $110, belts valued at $68, a purse valued at $19.99 and pleasures valued at $85.

-Indecent exposure from the 200 block of South Colonial Drive (restaurant).

 

Dec. 19

-Theft of property from Wagon Trail (residence, home). Stolen was a manger inflatable nativity valued at $125.

-Counterfeit currency from the 100 block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (residence, home). Forged was a $10 bill.

-Information only – lost property from Hallmark (other, unknown). Reported were four credit cards and a Social Security card.

-Harassing communications from the 100 block of Shady Lane (residence, home).

-Theft of property from the 200 block of North Colonial Promenade (commercial). Stolen was a Kobalt 550 flashlight valued at $59.97.

-Domestic incident from the 100 block of Grande View Circle (residence, home).

-Theft of lost property from the 300 block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (department store). Stolen was $350 in U.S. currency.

-Theft of property from the 300 block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (department store). Stolen was a Playstation 3, a controller and cords valued at $239.99.

-Harassing communications from the 1100 block of Whippoorwill Drive (residence, home).

 

Dec. 20

-Theft of property from 320 South Colonial Drive (department store). Stolen was a Nike shirt valued at $14.99 and a Polo boxer valued at $14.99.

-Forgery from the 8900 block of Highway 119 (other, unknown). Forged was a check in the amount of $40.50.

-Unlawful possession of marijuana and open house party from the 1300 block of Yellow Leaf Circle (residence, home). Confiscated was marijuana valued at $20.

-Theft of property from Shelby Baptist Medical Center (commercial). Stolen was an Apple iPhone 4 valued at $500.

-Burglary III and theft of property II from Plateau Road (residence/home). Stolen were various jewelry pieces valued at $501 and two jewelry boxes valued at $100. Damaged was a window in the amount of $100.

-Death investigation from Alabama 25 (residence/home).

-Robbery I and burglary I from Pilgreen Drive (residence/home). Stolen was $5 in U.S. currency, gold necklace and medallion valued at $200 and cell phone valued at $45.

-Agency assist from Alabama 25 (govt/public building).

-Court commitment order from the 10000 block of Alabama 25 (govt/public building).

-Identity theft from Daventry Way (residence/home). Stolen were Discover card and Citi Bank card.

-Theft of property I from Shelby County 16 (residence/home). Stolen was a John Deere L-130 valued at $2,583.

-Change bills – circulating from the 8000 block of U.S. 31 (conv. store). Recovered was $20 bill valued at $20.

-Change bills – circulating from the 8100 block of U.S. 31 (supermarket). Recovered was a $10 bill valued at $10.

-Incident from the 1400 block of 17th Avenue (residence/home).

-Domestic incident from the 1200 block of Second Avenue (residence/home).

-Burglary III and theft of property III from Shelby County 310 (residence/home). Stolen was a Hisense 32-inch valued at $300.

-Criminal mischief – damage to private property from the 2000 block of Kerry Circle (residence/home). Damaged were garage door in the amount of $100 and metal front door in the amount of $100.

-Burglary III and theft of property III from Danbury Lane (residence/home). Stolen was $400 in U.S. currency, 20 Adderal valued at $20 and 20 Xanex valued at $20.

-Change bills – circulating from the 5100 block of U.S. 31 (dept. store). Recovered was a $20 bill valued at $20.

-Burglary III from the 100 block of Bonnieville Drive (residence/home). Recovered were 10 cigarette butts, handwritten note with phone number, Marlboro Smooth cigarette pack, CD with the name “Kriston” and Natural Ice beer can.

-Property damage from the 200 block of Supercenter Drive (parking lot/garage). Damaged was a Pontiac Sunfire.

-Death investigation from U.S. 31 (residence/home).

-Incident from the 1400 block of 19th Avenue (residence/home).

 

Dec. 24

-Domestic incident from the 200 block of Ivy Hill Circle (residence/home).

-Alias writ of arrest from the 5100 block of U.S. 31 (dept. store).

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle and theft of property II from the 1900 block of 16th Street (residence/home). Stolen were pink Coach purse with strap valued at $350, brown man’s wallet valued at $40, black and white woman’s billfold trimmed in pink valued at $50, Motorola cell phone valued at $160, three Regions debit cards and Olympus camera valued at $200.

-Change bills – circulating and failure to pay for gasoline from the 8300 block of U.S. 31 (conv. store). Recovered was counterfeit $20 bill. Stolen was fuel valued at $12.

-Animal not to be allowed at large from King Richards Way (highway/street).

-Identity theft and theft of property II from the 4900 block of Stonecreek Way (specialty store). Stolen was $300 in U.S. currency.

-Harassment and extortion II from the 700 block of Kensington Manor Drive (residence/home). Stolen was $500 in U.S. currency.

-Found property from Main Street and Shelby Street (highway/street). Recovered were brown wallet, credit card and Alabama driver license.

-Fraudulent use of a credit/debit card from the 400 block of Skyview Drive (other/unknown). Stolen was credit/debit card number.

 

Dec. 19

-Information only from the 200 block of Montevallo Road (conv. store). Stolen was check valued at $4,000.

-Burglary III and criminal mischief III from the 400 block of Skyview Drive (residence/home). Damaged was a window valued at $100.

-Information on hit and run from Shelby Street and Alabama 119 (highway/street).

-Possession of a controlled substance from Hayes Circle (highway/street). Recovered were 14 round, white unmarked pills valued at $140 and six white, unmarked capsules valued at $30.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle and theft of property II from the 100 block of Hillcrest Drive (residence/home). Stolen was black Apple iPhone 4S valued at $700.

-Theft of lost property II (located at subject’s house) from the 4000 block of Alabama 25 (supermarket). Located were Louis Vuitton purse valued at $750, debit card, two credit cards and Alabama driver’s license.

-Unexplained lost property from 2181 Pelham Parkway (supermarket). Reproted was a Vera Bradley wallet, a Wells Fargo Visa card, a Regions Bank Visa debit card, an Alabama driver’s license and a Social Security card.

-Burglary from the 100 block of Shine Drive (residence, home). Stolen were a Macbook Pro valued at $2,600, an iPhone 5 valued at $299, a flat-screen TV valued at $200, assorted baseball cards valued at $300, signed baseballs valued at $3,500, assorted clothing and a Playstation 3 with games valued at $400.

-Theft of property from Hilltop Business Center Drive (storage facility). Stolen were a Bostick compressed air tank valued at $300, a Dewalt 12-inch mitre saw valued at $500, a Dewalt 10-inch mitre saw valued at $250, a Bostich framing nailer valued at $250, a Dewalt circular saw valued at $300 and an edge hardwood floor nailer valued at $700.

-Property damage from the 2600 block of North Chandalar Lane (highway, street). Damaged was a 2002 Mazda Tribute in the amount of $1,000.

-Criminal possession of a forged instrument from Easy Money (specialty store). Confiscated was a personal check.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle from the 200 block of Eagle Cove Lane (residence, home). Stolen was a leather presentation folder containing a client proposal valued at $200.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle from the 200 block of Eagle Cove Lane (residence, home). Stolen were an iPod valued at $200, a cell phone charger valued at $30 and assorted personal papers.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle from the 200 block of Eagle Cove Lane (residence, home). Stolen was a wallet containing cash and a Wells Fargo debit card valued at $500, an Invicta watch valued at $200, a Michael Kors watch valued at $225, Nike shoes valued at $150, Rayban sunglasses valued at $100 and a Dewalt portable table saw, skill saw and cordless drill set valued at $850.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle from the 100 block of Eagle Cove Drive (residence, home). Stolen were a Garmin GPS valued at $300 and a computer chip valued at $1,000.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle from the 100 block of Eagle cove Drive (residence, home). Stolen was $40 in U.S. currency.

-Change bills circulating from the 320 block of Cahaba Valley Road (restaurant). Confiscated was a counterfeit $10 bill.

 

Dec. 19

-Unlawful possession of marijuana and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia from Mills Way (highway, street). Confiscated was a metal tobacco grinder containing marijuana valued at $25.

-Damage to city vehicle from the 400 block of Cambrian Ridge Trail (highway, street). Damaged was a patrol unit.

-Criminal mischief from the 2600 block of Chandafern Circle (residence, home). Damaged was a Chevrolet C10 pickup in the amount of $100, a Chevrolet Blazer in the amount of $75 and a Honda Civic in the amount of $50.

 

Dec. 20

-Domestic violence from the 100 block of Juniper Circle (residence, home). Confiscated was a .45-caliber Taurus pistol valued at $400.

-Public intoxication from Helena Road (service, gas station).

-Death investigation from the 1700 block of Indian Hills Road (residence, home).

-Public intoxication from 9249 Helena Road (service, gas station).

-Theft of property from the 2100 block of Pelham Parkway (supermarket). Stolen was $1,400 in U.S. currency.

 

Dec. 21

-Unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia and unlawful possession of prescription drugs from the parking lot of Walgreens (parking lot, garage). Confiscated were a silver spoon with burn marks used to smoke drugs, syringes used to inject heroin and an unlabeled prescription bottle containing ibuprofen pills valued at $20.

 

Dec. 22.

-Theft of property from the 100 block of Indian Creek Drive (residence, home). Stolen was a Christmas wreath valued at $65.

-Miscellaneous information from Helena Road at Wooddale Lane (residence, home).

-Domestic violence from the 2500 block of Chandawood Court (residence, home).

-Fraudulent use of a credit or debit card from 715 Cahaba Manor Road (service, gas station). Reported was an Alabama Telco debit card.

 

Dec. 23

-Theft of property from the 1900 block of Pelham Parkway (supermarket). Stolen and recovered were bean sprouts valued at $8, egg roll wrappers valued at $6, Pepsi colas valued at $4, soy sauce valued at $3, a can of diced yellow onion valued at $3, a jar of minced garlic valued at $2 and bamboo shoots valued at $1.

-Dog bite from Highway 361 (residence, home).

-Miscellaneous information from the 2700 block of Pelham Parkway (residence, home).

-Theft of property from the 100 block of Cahaba Valley Parkway East (parking lot, garage). Stolen was an overnight bag valued at $15, miscellaneous personal papers and a keyring valued at $10.

-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance from Highway 119 at Interstate 65 (highway, street). Confiscated were hydrocodone pills valued at $25.

-Theft of property from the 100 block of Cahaba Valley Parkway East (parking lot, garage). Stolen was a purse valued at $20, a Verizon cell phone valued at $100, an iPod valued at $400, an Alabama EBT card, an Alabama driver’s license, a Netspend prepaid debit card and $160 in U.S. currency.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle from the 100 block of Cahaba Valley Parkway East (parking lot, garage). Damaged was a 2004 Nissan Titan in the amount of $1,200, an Nintendo DS XL game system valued at $120, a puppy video game valued at $25 and a Mario Brothers game valued at $25.
