The Thompson Lady Warriors improved to 3-0 Class 6A, Area 7 play with a 71-39 win at Prattville Jan. 8.

The Lady Warriors (16-5, 3-0) took a 39-14 lead at the half, and scored 23 points in the fourth quarter to seal the win.

Deja Jeanpierre led Thompson with 18 points, five rebounds and four assists. Kelsea Bivens added a double-double with 18 points and 10 rebounds along with five steals and two blocks.

Kiarra Pettway scored eight points in the win.
