The Calera Lady Eagles defeated Marbury 46-29 in a non-area game Jan. 15.

Calera (12-6, 4-0 in Class 4A, Area 7) held Marbury to just 12 points in the first half to take a 24-12 lead at the half.

A’Kia Harris led the Lady Eagles with 12 points. Tyesha Haynes and Perri Duncan each scored 10 points for Calera.
