The Shelby County Wildcats were able to overcome a slow first half to claim a 44-41 non-area win over Bibb County Jan. 28.

The Wildcats (22-5) trailed 21-15 at the half, then tied the game with a 14-point third quarter. Shelby County outscored Bibb County 15-12 in the final quarter to secure the win.

Tyler Madison led the Wildcats with 16 points while Brandon McKinney added 14 points. Justus Martin finished with 11 points.
