-Theft of property from Round Road (residence, home). Stolen were a decorative door handle valued at $200, a dead bolt valued at $40 and entry knobs valued at $160.

-Damage to property from Fulton Springs Road (highway, street). Damaged was a 2008 Nissan Altima in the amount of $1,000.

-Harassing communications from the 10000 block of Highway 119 (school, college).

-Damage to property from the 100 block of Fifth Court Southeast (highway, street). Damaged was a fire hydrant in the amount of $1,000.

-Lost property from Chevron on U.S. 31 (convenience store). Reported were a debit card, a GTCC card, a credit card, $53 in U.S. currency, a military ID, a SOC card, a driver’s license and a wallet.

-Fraudulent use of a credit or debit card from address unlisted (other, unknown).

Feb. 5

-Domestic incident from the 1200 block of Siskin Drive (residence, home).

-Unlawful possession of marijuana from Simmsville Road at Mount Olive Church (highway, street). Confiscated was a plastic baggie containing marijuana.

-Theft of property from the 100 block of South Colonial Drive (specialty store). Stolen was a Wii U game system valued at $349.99.

-Animal neglect from the 8600 block of Highway 119 (residence, home).

-Theft of property from the 200 block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (specialty store). Stolen and recovered was a cable cutter valued at $23.97.

-Attempt to commit a controlled substance crime from the 9300 block of Highway 119 (drug store). Recovered was a forged prescription for oxycodone.

-Attempt to commit a controlled substance crime from the 200 block of Buck Creek Plaza (specialty store). Recovered was a prescription for dilaudud.

-Attempt to commit a controlled substance crime from the 9200 block of Highway 119 (supermarket). Recovered was a forged prescription for oxycodone.

-Theft of property from the 100 block of Reese Drive (other, unknown). Stolen was an iPhone 5 valued at $399.

 

Feb. 6

-Theft of property from the 600 block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (specialty store). Stolen and recovered were two eye liners valued at $6.98 each and mascara valued at $4.44.

-Property damage from Lacy’s Grove at County Road 17 (storage facility). Damaged was a pipe and meter in the amount of $2,000.

-Found property from Shelby County 12 (highway, street). Recovered was a brown leather clutch purse containing a driver’s license and Alfa insurance cards valued at $10.

-Theft of property from Colonial Promenade Parkway (restaurant). Stolen was an iPhone 4 value at $200 and an Otterbox valued at $30.

-Unauthorized use of a motor vehicle from the 600 block of Lane Park Terrace (residence, home).

-Domestic violence and harassment – harassing communications from 119 at Butler Road (highway, street).

-Harassment from the 200 block of Lane Park Circle (residence, home).

-Theft of property from 630 Colonial Promenade Parkway (department store). Stolen and recovered were light bulbs valued at $22.71, a holster valued at $12.97, a light bulb valued at $3.44, a Dyson valued at $499, a LED television valued at $248 and a Orion television valued at $398.

-Domestic violence investigation and domestic violence harassment from the 200 block of Parliament Parkway (residence, home).

 

Feb. 7

-Unlawful possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia from County Road 11 and Fifth Avenue Southeast. Confiscated were 14 grams of marijuana, glass pipes containing marijuana residue and a bottle containing marijuana residue.

-Welfare check from the 100 block of Falling Waters Lane (residence, home).

-Information only – direct mail scam from Canada (bank).

-Theft of property – shoplifting from the 200 block of Promenade Parkway (department store). Stolen and recovered were a Kobalt flashlight valued at $59.97, a Bostitch strike face valued at $31.98, AAA batteries valued at $6.37 and a Coast flashlight valued at $49.97.

-Suicide attempt from Highway 17 (residence, home).

-Damage to property from the 600 block of First Street South (parking lot, garage). Damaged was a bumper in the amount of $1,000.

-Domestic investigation and domestic violence – harassment from the 400 block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (parking lot, garage).

-Domestic violence – investigation and domestic violence – harassment from the 100 block of Grandeview Circle (residence, home).

-Domestic incident from the 700 block of Windsor Court (residence, home).

-Unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia from the 700 block of Windsor Court (residence, home). Confiscated was a plastic bag containing white powder residue and a clear plastic straw.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle and theft of property III form the 4500 block of U.S. 31 (conv. store). Stolen were black leather Coach purse valued at $200, $77 in U.S. currency, Alabama driver’s license and Social Security card.

-Identity theft and theft of property III from the 1100 block of Village Trail (residence/home). Stolen was $250 in U.S. currency.

Stolen were wooden jewelry box valued at $30, assorted pieces of costume jewelry valued at $100, white piggy bank valued at $5, assorted change denominations valued at $2 and E-machines laptop valued at $350.

Feb. 5

-Burglary III and theft of property I from Shelby County 23 and Vulcan Materials (construction). Stolen and recovered were several hundred pounds of various size copper wiring valued at $10,000. Damaged were metal door, door jam and frame in the amount of $500 and numerous electrical conduit entry and exit ports in the amount of $10,000.

-Incident from Union Station Way (residence/home). Stolen were unknown serial numbers valued at $600.

-Failure to appear from the 10000 block of Alabama 25 (govt/public building).

-Domestic incident from Alabama 70 and Kensington Boulevard (highway/street).

-Criminal mischief from the 6200 block of Shelby County 151 (church). Damaged was vinyl siding in the amount of $100.

-Incident from the 10000 block of Alabama 25 (service/gas station). Recovered were brown Coach wallet valued at $50, two Social Security cards, driver’s license, two Alabamaa Medicaid card, permanent resident card, Jacksonville State University card and BBVA Compass Visa debit.

-Court commitment order from the 10000 block of Alabama 25 (jail/prison).

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle and theft of property III from the 8000 block of U.S. 31 (govt/public building). Stolen were maroon leather Fossil purse valued at $300, $10 in U.S. currency, JC Penny credit card, Belk credit card and Region Bank card.

-Theft of property III from the 5100 block of U.S. 31 (dept. store). Recovered were work shoes valued at $40.

-Unlawful possession of prescription drugs from Highway 261 at County Road 17 (highway, street). Recovered was a prescription bottle containing oxycodone and percocet tablets valued at $100.

Stolen and recovered were a container of pomegranate fruit valued at $4, a pack of Starbucks ground coffee valued at $7, a container of fruit salad valued at $3, avocado fruit valued at $2, Summers Eve wipes valued at $3, Goody’s powders valued at $11 and a package of Poise pads valued at $6.

-Suicide attempt from Brookhollow Drive (residence, home).

-Domestic violence from the Belle Vista Mobile Home Park (residence, home).
