With the help of his Westminster teammates, Weston Padgett scored 48 points as his team won the Birmingham Regional Independent Basketball 6th grade championship game 49-46 over Briarwood.

Padgett shot 19-of-22 from the field and scored eight points in the final two minutes to guide Westminster to the title.
