-Domestic violence – third degree harassment from 287 Smokey Road (residence, home).

-Theft of property – second degree from Best Buy (specialty store). Stolen was merchandise valued at $800.

-Theft of property – third degree from Best Buy (specialty store). Stolen were portable electronic communications – iPhone 4 valued at $326.12.

-Damage to property from Walmart at 630 Colonial Promenade Parkway (department store). Damaged was a Chevrolet Silverado in the amount of $1,000.

-Theft of property from address unlisted (residence, home). Stolen were credit and debit cards, a purse valued at $50, a Social Security card, an Alabama ID card, a Social Security card, a Medicaid card and checks.

-Theft of property second degree and criminal mischief third degree from Thompson Middle School. Damaged were a Nintendo 3DS in the amount of $270 and notebooks valued at $15. Stolen and recovered were a Wii valued at $120, clothes and furs valued at $50, a backpack valued at $50, a pencil pouch valued at $15 and computer software valued at $20.

-Indecent exposure from Target at the 100 South Colonial Drive (highway, street).

-Information only from the 100 block of Timberleaf Circle (residence, home). Confiscated were a Glock Model 21 and recovered were gun magazines valued at $25, a Smith and Wesson 15-22 valued at $250 and a Smith and Wesson 25-round magazine valued at $25.

-Shoplifting from Belk in the Colonial Promenade (department store). Stolen and recovered were miscellaneous clothes valued at $489 and confiscated were drug and narcotics equipment.

-Possession of heroin and drug paraphernalia – first offense from Belk in the Colonial Promenade Parkway (department store).

-Criminal mischief third degree from the 100 block of Piper Lane. Damaged was a dwelling in the amount of $200.

-Synthetic narcotic possession and possession of marijuana second degree from the 100 block of Fourth Avenue Northeast (highway, street). Confiscated were narcotics.

-Theft of property second degree from address unlisted (residence, home). Stolen was $503.95 in U.S. currency.

-Possession of dangerous drugs and possession of marijuana first degree from the 400 block of Simmsville Road (highway, street). Confiscated were several types of drugs and narcotics.

-Theft of property third degree from Best Buy in the South Colonial Promenade (specialty store). Stolen was computer software valued at $379.95.

Stolen were three limestone drill rods valued at $120, eight-foot metal stand for 55-gallon barrel drum valued at $200, three-foot metal stand for 55-gallon barrel drum valued at $50 and 12-foot metal cattle gate valued at $75.

Confiscated were a torn piece of plastic containing approximately 1 gram of suspected heroin valued at $20 and a torn plastic bag containing white residue believed to be methamphetamine.

-Theft of property from 7 Crosscreek Trail (commercial). Stolen was an HP laptop computer valued at $500.
