Spain Park routs Southside-Gadsden

The Spain Park Lady Jaguars opened the Gulf Shores tournament with a 10-1 rout of Southside-Gadsden March 25.

Spain Park (15-9) scored seven runs in the fourth inning to claim the victory.

Madi Gipson led the Lady Jags batting 1-for-4 with a home run, two RBIs and two runs scored. Mary Kathryn Bonamy finished 2-for-2 with a double and two RBIs.

Julie Knight picked up the win allowing one run on four hits with two walks in four innings of work.
