The Spain Park Lady Jags shutout Huntsville in the first of two games at the Bob Jones tournament April 5.

Spain Park (19-12) defeated Huntsville 8-0 led by a two-hit effort by Haleigh Sisson. Sisson pitched five innings and had seven strikeouts and a walk. Sisson also led Spain Park batting 2-for-3 with a double and three RBIs.

The Lady Jags fell to Cordova 1-0 in the second game of the tournament. Julie Knight allowed a run on four hits with three strikeouts and a walk in the loss.
