-Property damage from the 500 block of First Street Southwest (specialty store). Damaged was a front passenger door in the amount of $1,000.

-Possession of marijuana second degree from Warwick Circle (residence, home). Confiscated were narcotics.

-Possession of synthetic narcotic from Little Caesar’s Pizza (parking lot, garage). Confiscated was synthetic marijuana.

-Unlawful possession of K2, wizard weed, spice or serenity and drug paraphernalia first offense from Smokey Road (highway, street). Confiscated were synthetic marijuana and sockets.

 

April 9

-Criminal mischief third degree from Buck Creek Park (government, public building). Damaged was a men’s urinal in the amount of $300.

-Possession of marijuana second degree from Interstate 65 (highway, street). Confiscated were narcotics.

-Burglary of residence from Highway 87 (residence, home). Damaged were a back door in the amount of $125, a door frame in the amount of $50 and a window pane in the amount of $25.

April 10

-Possession of marijuana second degree and possession of drug paraphernalia from Burnt Pine Drive (highway, street). Confiscated were marijuana and a marijuana pipe.

-Theft of property second degree from Highway 270 (convenience store). Stolen and recovered were recreational vehicles valued at $1,100.

-Open door from Ernest McCarty Ford.

-Identity theft from Thompson High School. Stolen and recovered was $2,500 in money.

-Theft of property third degree from Lowe’s Home Improvement (specialty store). Stolen and recovered was merchandise valued at $73.04.

-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance from Interstate 65 (highway, street). Confiscated was methamphetamine.

-Duty to remain at the scene of an accident from the 9700 block of Highway 25 (parking lot, garage). Damaged was a Chevrolet Tahoe in the amount of $1,000.

-Counterfeiting – passing or circulation from the 200 block of Supercenter Drive (department store). Forged were two $20 bills.

-Reckless endangerment from Savannah Club Drive at Little Sorrell Drive (highway, street). Reported was a Chevrolet Malibu.

-Property damage from 20th Street Calera (residence, home). Damaged was a Honda Accord in the amount of $300.

Damaged was a trailer in the amount of $1. Confiscated were ignition keys valued at $8. Recovered was a fire extinguisher. Stolen was a shovel valued at $25.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle and theft of property second degree from Union Station Drive (residence, home). Stolen was a Ruger valued at $340 and reported was a Toyota Tacoma.

-Theft of property third degree – shoplifting from the 5100 block of U.S. 31 (department store). Recovered were snackers valued at $8, chicken bacon ranch valued at $2, Chex Mix valued at $2, berry valued at $3, IBU EZ valued at $2, CHPTL valued at $2 and raspberry lemon valued at $3.

-Lost property from County Road 87 (service, gas station). Stolen were a clear wallet valued at $15, a Social Security card valued at $1, an Alabama driver’s license valued at $1 and a bank debit card valued at $1.

Stolen were a black purse with “H” on the side valued at $50, $20 in U.S. currency, a black wallet with silver clasp valued at $10, a fake ring valued at $1, a Regions check book valued at $1 and an Alabama driver’s license. Recovered was a prescription container of Promethazine 12.5 milligram tablets.

Confiscated were a green Tupperware container containing marijuana valued at $30, an Advil container containing marijuana cigarettes valued at $30, a glass pipe used for smoking marijuana valued at $15, scissors containing marijuana particles on the blades valued at $15, a green Tupperware container containing marijuana residue valued at $5, and a white pill valued at $10.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle from the 100 block of Gleneagles Lane (residence, home). Stolen were glasses and personal items valued at $50, $35 in U.S. currency, a purse valued at $30, a wallet valued at $25, a check book, debit and credit cards and business and account information.

-Theft of property from the 2500 block of Pelham Parkway (commercial). Stolen was $445 in U.S. currency.
