April 11

 

-Fradulent use of a credit card from unknown, Shelby County (other/unknown). Stolen was $500 in U.S. currency.

-Public intoxication from the 16000 block of U.S. 280 East at Shell Gas Station, Chelsea (service/gas station).

-Indecent exposure and harassment from the 4000 block of Highway 18, Montevallo (residence/home).

-Unlawful possession of marijuana II from the 10000 block of County Highway 11, Chelsea (school/college).

-Death investigation from the 3100 block of Bradford Place (residence/home).

-Burglary III from the 500 block of Church Street, Wilton (residence/home). Stolen was a 50 inch Sumsung flatscreen valued at $1,000 and a Samsung DVD player valued at $100.

-Burglary III and theft of property III from the 100 block of Brantleyville Road, Maylene (residence/home).

-Theft of property II from the 9000 block of South Main Street, Wilsonville (residence/home). Stolen was a 2011 5 foot by 8 foot carry-on utility trailer with gate valued at $600.

-Domestic violence III, assault, from the 4000 block of Highway 22, Montevallo (residence/home).

-Burglary III and theft of property II from the 12000 block of Highway 43, Vandiver (residence/home). Stolen were a Honda four-wheeler frame valued at $250, a Graco gas powered airless pump sprayer valued at $1,500, 20 feet of exhaust tubing valued at $70, an aluminum head to a 2000 Saturn valued at $200, five 36 inch by 10 inch sheets of tin valued at $50 and a Whirlpool dryer valued at $100.

 

April 13

 

-Civil dispute from the 2300 block of Ridge Trail Birmingham (restaurant).

-Leaving the scene of a motor vehicle accident from the 4600 block of U.S. 280, Birmingham (restaurant).

-Criminal mischief II from the 1500 block of Heatherbrooke Road, Birmingham (parking lot/garage). Damages in the amount of $600 were done to the right side exhaust pipes, in the amount of $300 to a clutch cover, in the amount of $55 to a crank case cover, in the amount of $25 to a peg and in the amount of $65 to a rear light assembly.

-Unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia from the 16000 block of U.S. 280, Chelsea (highway/street).

-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of marijuana II from East Inverness Parkway, Birmingham (highway/street).

-Domestic investigation from the 27000 block of Highway 145, Wilsonville (residence/home).

-Harassing communications from the 2000 block of Cord 48, Wilsonville (residence/home).

-Miscellaneous information from the Lake at Mt Laurel, Birmingham (field/woods).

-Theft of property III from the 100 block of Chelsea Corners, Chelsea (supermarket). Stolen was a black Apple iPhone 4 with Realtree Otterbox case valued at $400.

-Discharge a firearm into an occupied building from the 800 block of Mostellers Drive, Shelby (residence/home). Damages in the amount of $250 were done to a bedroom window.

-Forgery II from the 100 block of Highway 315, Columbiana (residence/home). Stolen were four checks amounting to $300.

-Domestic violence III, harassment, from Rockhill Drive, Shelby (residence/home).

-Cruelty to animals from the 100 block of Woodland Drive, Shelby (residence/home).

-Domestic violence III, harassment, from Brantleyville Drive, Maylene (residence/home).

-Domestic investigation from the 2000 block of CR-70, Columbiana (residence/home).

-Civil dispute, child custody, from the 100 block of Highway 46, Shelby (parking lot/garage).

-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance from SC 26 at AL 70, Columbiana (highway/street).

Damages in the amounts of $200 were done to two rear tires of a gray 2002 Pontiac Bonneville and of $200 were done to two tires of a 1995 Harley Davidson.

April 15

 

-Burglary III from Turtle Lake Drive, Birmingham (commercial). Stolen was a black 42 inch Sanyo flatscreen valued at $850.

-Tampering with availabilty of water from the 14000 block of Highway 42, Shelby (residence/home).

-Unlawful possession of controlled substance I from CR-28, Columbiana (highway/street).

-Property damage from the 100 block of Bristol Lane, Birmingham (residence/home).

-Property damage from Highway 119 near Keith Drive, Birmingham (highway/street).

-Miscellaneous information from the 100 block of Brantleyville, Maylene (residence/home).

-Harassment from various locations on Chelsea Springs Road, Columbiana (other/unknown).

-Domestic investigation from the 200 block of Windchase Drive, Birmingham (residence/home).

-Failure to pay for gasoline from the 4600 block of Highway 71, Shelby (service/gas station). Stolen was $60 worth of unleaded gasoline.

April 16

-Theft of property III from the 1600 block of U.S. 280, Chelsea (supermarket). Stolen were two containers of chicken valued at $7.42 and a package of cheese sticks valued at $.76.

-Miscellaneous information from Cahaba Valley Road near Eagle Crest Road, Birmingham (highway/street).

-Death investigation from Gardner Drive, Chelsea (residence/home).

-Sexual abuse I from the 100 block of Spring Creek Camp Road, Shelby (residence/home).

-Theft of property II from Highway 315, Columbiana (residence/home). Stolen were a Toshiba laptop valued at $680, a Frigidaire refridgerator valued at $200 and a GE 40 gallon electric water heater valued at $219.

-Identity theft from the 300 block of Brook Green Lane, Indian Springs (restaurant).

-Harassment from the 2200 block of Lakeshore Drive, Brimingham (other/unknown).

-Failure to pay for gasoline from the 11000 block of U.S. 280 East, Westover (service/gas station). Stolen were 2.915 gallons of unleaded gasoline valued at $10.08.

-Harassment from the 2300 block of Highway 39, Chelsea (school/college).

-Criminal mischief II from the 200 block of Linwood Road, Sterrett (residence/home). Damages i the amount of $511 were done to a Firesense heater unit and in the amount of $100 were done to a garage window.

 

April 17

 

-Possession of forged instrument II from the 100 block of Chelsea Corners Way, Chelsea (drug store).

-Burglary III from the 300 block of Heath Drive, Birmingham (residence/home). Stolen were two 37 inch Vizio LCD televisions valued at $1,000, a silver Apple Macbook Pro valued at $2,100, and $100 in U.S. currency.

-Identity theft from the 2200 block of Stonecrest Drive, Birmingham (residence/home).

-Domestic investigation from the Kangaroo at 16725 U.S. 280, Chelsea (service/gas station).

-Miscellaneous information from the 0 block of Highalnd Lakes Drive, Birmingham (highway/street).

-Destruction of state property by prisoner from McDow Road, Columbiana (gov/public building). Damages in the amount of $2,000 were done to a section of padded cell flooring and subflooring.

-Disorderly conduct from Biltmore Drive, Birmingham (highway/street)(residence/home).
