-Theft of property II from Eagle Point Golf Club Maintenance/Caddy Shack, 4500 Eagle Point Drive, Birmingham (storage facility). Stolen were a Husqvarna 357XP chainsaw valued at $785 and a Dewalt compound mitre saw valued at $646.50.

-Burglary III from the 1000 block of Barristers Court, Birmingham (residence/home). Stolen were a 55 inch LCD Samsung flatscreen television valued at $1,200 and two 17 inch Dell laptop computers valued at $2,400. Damages in the amount of $500 were done to a door and frame.

-Theft of property III from the 8300 block of CR-51, Westover (residence/home). Stolen were a 10 karat birthstone gold ring valued at $125, a 10 karat blue topaz gold ring of unknown value, costume jewelry ring valued at $20 and two sterling silver necklaces of unknown values.
