Police searching for Pelham theft suspect

The Pelham Police Department is seeking the public’s help in locating and identifying a suspect believed to be involved in several recent theft and fraud cases.

According to information released by the Pelham Police Department, “the man is wanted for questioning in several thefts and the fraudulent use of credit cards in Pelham.”

Surveillance footage captured at a local department store and released by police depicts a black male wearing a white V-neck T-shirt, a tan hat, jeans and white shoes.

Police are asking anyone with information on the suspect to call Pelham Police Department Sgt. Pat Cheatwood at 620-6473 or the department’s Criminal Investigations Division at 620-6550.
