June 17

-Burglary third degree and criminal mischief from the 1000 block of First Street North (government, public building). Stolen was $211 in U.S. currency and damaged was a structure in the amount of $200.

-Burglary third degree and theft of property from the 1010 block of First Street North (drug store). Stolen was a camera valued at $100 and damaged were a door in the amount of $100 and a small lock box in the amount of $40.

-Theft from public building and fraudulent use of a credit or debit card from Ameristar Theaters. Stolen were a credit card and a wallet valued at $1.

-Burglary third degree and theft of property third degree from the 1010 block of First Street North (drug store). Stolen were $432.75 in U.S. currency and a prescription pad. Damaged were a wooden shelf in the amount of $100, a door in the amount of $100, a security safe in the amount of $50, a first alert safe in the amount of $250 and a black shelf in the amount of $35.

-Possession of dangerous drug and drug paraphernalia first offense from Dollar General (department store). Confiscated were testosterone, a clear bag containing a white powder substance and a used syringe.

-Criminal mischief third degree from the 1600 block of Kent Dairy Road (other, unknown). Damaged was a glass window in the amount of $300.

-Fraudulent use of a credit or debit card from the 1200 block of Bunting Drive (other, unknown). Stolen were credit card charges totaling $927.61.

-Solicitor complaint from the 200 block of Dolphin Court (residence, home).

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle and theft of property from the 200 block of Ironwood Circle (residence, home). Stolen were a Galaxy S phone charger valued at $15, a charger cup valued at $25, portable DVD players valued at $200 and a DVD valued at $15.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle and burglary third degree from the 200 block of Ironwood Circle (residence, home). Stolen were a backpack valued at $30, a book valued at $50 and a weedeater valued at $200.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle and theft of property third degree from the 200 block of Ironwood Circle (residence, home). Stolen was a phone charger valued at $25.

-Property damage from the 2100 block of the Windsor Court Apartments (residence, home).

-Property damage from Buffalo Wild Wings (restaurant). Damaged was a Chevrolet Equinox in the amount of $1,000.

-Theft of property second degree from the victim’s residence (residence, home). Stolen was a money order valued at $1,840.

-Theft of property third degree from Walmart (department store). Stolen and recovered were clothes valued at $12, clothes valued at $3.47, clothes valued at $11.97, clothes valued at $7.97, clothes valued at $8, clothes valued at $9.97 and clothes valued at $3.47.

-Solicitation complaint from Winterhaven Drive (residence, home).

-Criminal mischief second degree form Meadow View Elementary (government, public building). Damaged were windows in the amount of $1,500.

-Information only report from Scott’s Jewelry and Pawn (other, unknown). Confiscated was a forged check.

-Fraudulent use of a credit or debit card from the Alabaster Police Department (residence, home). Stolen was other.

-Property damage from the 1000 block of Caribbean Circle (residence, home). Damaged was a fence in the amount of $1,100.

-Property damage from Highway 119 (supermarket). Damaged was a Lexus ES350 in the amount of $2,000.

-Miscellaneous offenses from the 9700 block of Highway 119 (highway, street).

-Information only report from the 600 block of 11th Avenue Southeast (residence, home). Damaged was a pit bull in the amount of $200.

-Possession of marijuana second degree and possession of drug paraphernalia from Industrial Park Road at Industrial Road (highway, street). Confiscated were marijuana and a silver socket.

-Damage to property from Walgreens (convenience store). Damaged was a Chevrolet Tahoe in the amount of $3,000.

 

June 22

-Found property from the 1200 block of First Street North (parking lot, garage). Recovered were a credit card, a driver’s license, identity documents and a library card.

-Domestic dispute from the 100 block of Gardenside Drive (residence, home).

-Lost property from South Promenade (department store). Reported were a wallet, identity documents, a debit card, cash and an identification card.

-Death investigation from the 900 block of Burnt Pine Drive (residence, home).

-Theft of property second degree from the 300 block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (department store). Stolen were an iPhone valued at $699 and a case valued at $59.99.

-Information only report from the 1200 block of Bunting Drive (residence, home).

-Passing a counterfeit object from the Alabaster Police Department (other, unknown). Forged was a counterfeit $50 bill.

-Violation of protection order from the 700 block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (restaurant).

-Harassment and public intoxication from the 2500 block of Windsor Court (parking lot, garage).

-Unlawful possession of prescription medications and unlawful possession of a controlled substance from Interstate 65 (highway, street). Confiscated were drugs.

-Damage to property from the Woodbrook Shell (highway, street). Damaged was a Toyota Camry in the amount or $3,000.

Damaged was a back door in the amount of $200 and stolen were a dresser valued at $500, a china cabinet valued at $2,000, a china cabinet valued at $200, a dresser valued at $200, a lawnmower valued at $50 and a basketball goal valued at $100.

-Burglary third degree and theft of property second degree from the 2000 block of Butler Road (residence, home). Damaged was a front door in the amount of $200 and stolen were drawers valued at $500 and kitchenware valued at $100.

Stolen were a couch valued at $1,000, a recliner valued at $500, a chair valued at $500, a Blu Ray player valued at $100, a TV valued at $1,100, an entertainment center valued at $600 and a comforter valued at $60.

-Theft of property second degree from the 10000 block of U.S. 31 (other, unknown). Recovered was a Mazda B2200 pickup and stolen was a head unit valued at $500, a speaker valued at $126, hand tools valued at $200 and cables valued at $25.

-Theft of property third degree from the 10 block of Depot Drive (residence, home). Stolen was a chain valued at $125.

-Property damage, vehicle, from Old Highway 25 East, Columbiana (highway/ street). Damages greater than $500 were done to a red 2006 Ford Expedition SUV.

-Theft of property II from the 400 block of Mooney Road (residence/home). Stolen were 34 10 miligram Diazepam tablets prescribed to victim and $50 in U.S. currency.

-Theft of property III and unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle from Samford Street, Montevallo (residence/home). Stolen was a touch screen radio valued at $200. Damages in the amount of $100 were done to an electronic rearview mirror and in the amount of $100 were done to a passenger side mirror.

-Theft of services III from Highway 25, Montevallo (conv store). Stolen were three gallons of gasoline valued at $15.

-Theft of property II from Highway 25, Montevallo (commercial). Stolen was a white iPhone 4 with unknown serial number valued at $500 and a Lifebox protection case for iPhone 4 valued at $89.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle and theft of property II from the 4700 block of Highway 25, Montevallo (highway/ street). Stolen were miscellaneous women’s clothes valued at $200, a pair of black size 7 1/2 women’s Harley Davidson boots valued at $170, a black size small women’s Harley Davidson helmet valued at $65, a black women’s purse valued at $40, miscellaneous prescribed medicine valued at $20 and a black canvas Winn-Dixie bag valued at $10.

-Property damage – vehicle from Highway 52 (highway, street). Damaged was a Hyundai Accent in the amount of $200.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle from the 2100 block of Pelham Parkway (residence, home). Stolen were a stretcher valued at $200 and an air compressor valued at $250.

-Theft by fraudulent leasing from the 160 block of Commerce Drive (specialty store). Stolen were a welder valued at $16,500, welding leads valued at $900, a clamp valued at $105 and an electrode clamp valued at $125.

-Theft by fraudulent leasing or rental from the 2000 block of Old Montgomery Highway (commercial). Stolen were a mower valued at $733 and a weedeater valued at $363.

-Harassment from Cahaba Valley Road (restaurant).

-Property damage – motor vehicle from the 2200 block of Pelham Parkway (parking lot, garage). Damaged was a Toyota Camry.

-Leaving the scene of an accident from County Road 35 (highway, street). Damaged was a 2011 Cadillac Escalade in the amount of $1,000.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle from the 100 block of Brookhollow Drive (residence, home).

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle from the 100 block of Brookhollow Drive (residence, home). Stolen was a Garmin GPS in the amount of $200.

-Property damage from Valleydale Terrace (commercial). Damaged was a building side and window in the amount of $5,000.

-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of marijuana from Meadow View Circle (highway, street). Recovered were suspected marijuana valued at $25, hydrocodone pills valued at $90, heroin valued at $50 and a Smith and Wesson .40-caliber handgun valued at $450.

-Unexplained lost property from the 2200 block of Pelham Parkway (specialty store). Stolen was a watch valued at $1,000.

-Theft of property from the 500 block of Creekview Lane (residence, home). Stolen was a Kel-Tec pistol valued at $350.

-Harassment from Vulcan Motors (commercial).

-Miscellaneous information from the 1300 block of Caliston Way (residence, home).

-Theft of property from the 2100 block of Pelham Parkway (commercial). Stolen were a pressure washer valued at $230 and a pressure washer valued at $85.

-Theft of property from Walgreens (drug store). Stolen was klonopin valued at $60.

 

June 21

-Theft of property from the 100 block of Hayesbury Court (residence, home). Stolen and recovered were a watch valued at $2,000, rings valued at $1,500, a wedding band valued at $1,000, an engagement ring valued at $1,000, a class ring valued at $500 and stolen was $200 in U.S. currency.

-Miscellaneous incident from Oak Mountain State Park (other, unknown). Confiscated was a pistol valued at $200.

-Property damage from Pelham Parkway (highway, street). Damaged was a Ford van in the amount of $3,000.

-Unlawful possession of marijuana and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia from Pelham Parkway (hotel, motel). Recovered were suspected marijuana valued at $100 and a glass pipe used for smoking marijuana valued at $15.

 

June 22

-Miscellaneous report – juvenile problem from the 300 block of Belle Vista Mobile Home Park (residence, home).

-Driving under the influence of alcohol and unlawful possession of marijuana from the 3400 block of Pelham Parkway (highway, street). Confiscated was suspected marijuana valued at $20 and cigar wrapping paper valued at $1.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle from Gold’s Gym (other, unknown). Stolen were a purse valued at $30, a wallet with contents valued at $100, a check book and debit and credit cards.

-Criminal mischief from the 100 block of Commerce Park (commercial). Damaged was an air conditioning unit in the amount of $2,500 and copper lines in the amount of $2,000.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a motor vehicle from Texas Roadhouse (parking lot, garage). Stolen was an iPhone valued at $100.

-Found property – wallet from the Texas Roadhouse parking lot (restaurant). Recovered was a wallet valued at $30.

-Fraudulent use of a credit card from the 90 block of Hilltop Business Center Drive (specialty store).

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle from Texas Roadhouse (parking lot, garage). Stolen was a Social Security card.
