The following are uniform incident and offense reports from the Shelby County Sheriff’s Office from June 27-July 1, 2013:

June 27

-Unauthorized use of vehicle from the 600 block of Depot Street, Wilton (residence/home).

 

June 28

-Theft of property I from the 3000 block of Brookhill Drive, Birmingham (residence/home). Stolen were a 2012 Honda Civic, Rayban sunglasses valued at $180, a Patagonia bookbag valued at $100, a hammock valued at $100, a Mastercard, debit card and Alabama driver’s license.

-Domestic violence III, assault, from the 11000 block of Highway 17, Alabaster (residence/home).

-Robbery I from the 4300 block of Chesapeake North (residence/home). Stolen were a brown leather Alabama wallet valued at $20, a pair of blue jeans valued at $40, a pair of green and gray Nike Pegasus size 10 and a half shoes valued at $100, $95 in U.S. currency, a black Apple iPhone 4S valued at $300 and a brown leather belt valued at $30.

-Miscellaneous information from the 3300 block of Buck Horn Cove (residence/home).

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle from the 5300 block of U.S. 280, Birmingham (restaurant). Stolen was an orange Echo packpack blower valued at $400.

-Rape II and interference with custody from the 300 block of Peacock Drive, Alabaster (residence/home). Recovered was a straw cut approximately 3 inches long.

-Theft of property II from the 3000 block of Cahaba Valley Road, Birmingham (residence/home). Stolen were two steel gates valued at $800.

-Theft of property I from the 6200 block of Highway 51, Wilsonville (residence/home). Stolen were $800 in U.S. currency, a maroon back-a-light .22 caliber high standard automatic pistol valued at $1,500 and an 18 carat gold and stainless steel Rolex valued at $12,000.

-Theft of property III from the 100 block of Dry Valley Lane, Montevallo (residence/home). Stolen were a red Ryobi air compressor and a red and black Echo leaf blower.

-Criminal mischief III from the 1000 block of Highway 277, Helena (residence/home). Damages were done to a front room window and a flower pot.

-Property damage from Highway 30 and Alston Farm Road (highway/street).

 

June 29

-Miscellaneous information, traffic pursuit, from U.S. 280 at Hugh Daniel Drive, Birmingham (highway/street).

-Reckless endangerment and attempting to elude from U.S. 280 at Hugh Daniel Drive, Birmingham (highway/street).

-Burglary III and theft of property II from the 100 block of Horseback Trail, Shelby (storage facility). Recovered were a brown wood bookcase valued at $200, a small antique trunk valued at $100 and two wood ladders valued at $100. Stolen were one cooper out of walls valued at $100, Coca-Cola glass bottles valued at $50 and a blue tarp valued at $50.

-Unlawful breaking and entering of a vehicle from the 1100 block of CR-9, Wilsonville (residence/home).

-Unlawful breaking and entering from the 400 block of Chasser Plantation Lane, Chelsea (residence/home). Stolen were a Dell laptop valued at $800 and a Targus backpack for the computer valued at $50.

-Unlawful breaking and entering of a motor vehicle from the 100 block of Linwood Road, Chelsea (residence/home).

-Unlawful breaking and entering of a motor vehicle from the 200 block of Linwood Road, Sterrett (residence/home). Stolen was $15 in U.S. currency.

-Domestic violence II, assault, from the 2500 block of Springfield Loop West, Birmingham (parking lot/garage).

-Miscellaneous information, use of force, from the 1000 block of Highway 41, Birmingham (field/woods).

-Domestic violence III, harassment, from the 100 block of Linwood Road, Sterrett (residence/home).

-Domestic investigation from the 400 block of Highway 223, Montevallo (residence/home).

-Robbery II and theft of property II from the 3000 block of Highway 61, Columbiana (residence/home). Stolen was $175 in U.S. currency and a Remington 15 shot semi-automatic .22 LR valued at $100.

-Unlawful breaking and entering of a vehicle from the 5400 block of U.S. 280, Birmingham (parking lot/garage).

-Domestic violence III, harassment, from Gibson Road, Columbiana (residence/home).

-Public intoxication from the 10900 block of Highway 55, Sterrett.

-Harassment and criminal mischief from Hilltop Road, Leeds (residence/home).

-Criminal mischief II from the 4300 block of Heatherbrooke Road (residence/home). Damages in the amount of $931.13 were done to driver’s side rear window on listed vehicle.

-Miscellaneous information from the 4000 block of Eagle Ridge Court, Birmingham (other/unknown).

-Harassment and criminal mischief III from the 400 block of Highway 9, Wilsonville (residence/home). Damages in the amount of $400 were done to an iPhone 4 with screen brightness not working.

 

June 30

-Theft of property I from the 5100 block of Barristers Court (residence/home). Stolen was a silver 2003 Mazda 6 valued at $5,000.

-Domestic investigation from Highway 337, Chelsea (residence/home). Recovered was an RG revolver .38 special of unknown value.

-Domestic violence by suffocation and domestic violence III, assault, from the 1000 block of Inverness Lane, Birmingham (residence/home).

-Domestic investigation from the 2000 block of CR-56, Wilsonville (residence/home). Damages in the amount of $800 were done to four light white 9 foot by 7 foot aluminum garage doors.

-Suicide attempt from Highway 101, Sterrett (residence/home).

-Menacing and reckless endangerment from the 1100 block near Dusty Hollow Road, Columbiana (field/woods).

-Harassing communications from the 6900 block of Highway 47, Shelby (residence/home).

-Driving under the combined influence of drugs and alcohol from CR-40 near CR-55, Wilsonville (highway/street).

-Public intoxication and reckless endangerment from the 100 block of Borrett Street, Montevallo (residence/home).
