-Harassment from the 200 block of Old Highway 31 (residence, home).

-Property damage from the 600 block of 10th Avenue Southwest (residence, home). Damaged was a chain link fence in the amount of $500.

-Theft of property third degree from Dollar General (department store). Stolen and recovered was other valued at $15.

-Trespassing notice from Dollar General (specialty store).

-Menacing and criminal mischief third degree from the 400 block of Fifth Avenue Southeast (residence, home). Damaged were autos in the amount of $1.

-Property damage from Alabama 25/U.S. 31. Damaged was a Toyota pickup valued at $50.

-Theft of property second degree from East Milgray. Stolen were miscellaneous rings valued at $1,500 and a NABI valued at $300.

-Attempting to elude a police officer and disorderly conduct-failure to obey police officer from the 600 block of 10th Street.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle and theft of property third degree from Village Trace. Stolen were a Kindle Fire and a Cannon digital camera valued at $230.

-Harassing communications from the 200 block of 18th Street.

-Property damage from the 9100 block of Shelby County 22. Damaged was a grass area/school grounds.

-Burglary second degree and theft of property second degree from the 100 block of Plateau Road. Stolen was a chain saw valued at $825.

-Criminal mischief (damage to private property) from Waterford Highlands Trace. Damaged was a transformer valued at $375.

-Criminal mischief (damage to private property) from the 1300 block of Wooten Spring Road. Damaged was a Chevrolet suburban valued at $2,000.

-Welfare check and damaged property from the 8200 block of Wynwood Drive (residence, home). Damaged was a residential door in the amount of $200.

-Criminal mischief third degree from Cedar Bend Drive (residence, home). Damaged was glass in the amount of $25.

-Theft of property III and criminal mischief III from (hotel/motel). Stolen was an apartment size refrigerator in white valued at $300. Damages in the amount of $300 were done to a front entrance door and in the amount of $100 were done to sheetrock.

-Failure to pay for gasoline from Highway 25, Montevallo (conv. store). Stolen was 12.4 gallons of 87 Octane unleaded gasoline valued at $42.

 

July 17

-Domestic violence III from Hidden Forest Lane, Montevallo (residence/home).

-Criminal mischief III from Highway 25, Montevallo (other/unknown). Damages in the amount of $250 were done to four glass windows.

 

July 18

-Possession of a forged instrument I from Main Street, Montevallo (bank). Stolen was a personal check.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle and theft of property III from Cherokee Street (residence/home). Stolen were a black Camelback backpack valued at $220, two military flashlights valued at $50, two United States Army Combat Uniforms valued at $50 and two United States Army identification tags.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle and theft of property II from Cherokee Street (residence/home). Stolen were a Tom Tom XL global positioning system valued at $450, a 32 gigabyte iPod touch valued at $350, a Phillips dual headrest DVD player system valued at $100, a silver metal credit card case valued at $20, an automatic opening pocket knife valued at $20, a Bank of America checking account debit card and a Sam’s Club credit card.

 

Pelham

 

July 12

-Theft of property from Old Montgomery Highway (construction). Stolen were a check valued at $5,531 and a check valued at $36,448.

 

July 14

-Unlawful possession of marijuana and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia from Highway 52 East at Interstate 65 (highway, street). Confiscated were suspected marijuana valued at $25, a socket containing marijuana residue valued at $3, a pellet gun valued at $50, a CO2 container valued at $5 and pellets valued at $3.

 

July 15

-Possession of drug paraphernalia from the rear lot of the Holiday Inn (parking lot, garage). Confiscated was a marijuana grinder valued at $25.

-Property damage – vehicle from the 3000 block of Davenport Street (residence, home). Damaged was a 1987 S10 truck.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle from the 100 block of Royal Chase Drive (residence, home). Stolen was a Garmin GPS valued at $150.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle from the 100 block of Hayesbury Lane (residence, home). Stolen were a Macbook valued at $1,300 and a laptop case valued at $80.

-Found property from the 100 block of Hayesbury Court (residence, home). Reported were Coca Cola valued at $6, an organizer and a purse.

-License required to carry a concealed pistol from the Purple Onion parking lot (highway, street). Confiscated was a pistol valued at $400.

 

July 20

-Property damage – vehicle from Mid Ridge Lane (specialty store). Damaged was a 2009 Ford F150 in the amount of $7,300.

-Domestic violence from the Oak Mountain State Park campground (other, unknown).

-Driving under the influence – 0.08 BAC or greater from the 2100 block of Pelham Parkway (highway, street).

-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of marijuana from the parking lot of the Holiday Inn (parking lot, garage). Confiscated were marijuana valued at $30, a bag with MDMA valued at $25, a ceramic pipe valued at $20 and a pack of rolling paper.

-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of marijuana from the 2700 block of Pelham Parkway (bar). Confiscated were pills valued at $50, suspected marijuana valued at $10 and a glass pipe valued at $15.
