July 19

-Property damage from Alabaster Tire and Auto Repair (parking lot, garage). Damaged was a metal business sign in the amount of $200.

-Property damage from the 300 block of South Colonial Drive (parking lot, garage). Damaged was a Volkswagen CC in the amount of $1,500.

-Criminal mischief third degree from the 7800 block of Highway 17 (residence, home). Damaged was a Ford Escape in the amount of $1.

-Theft of property second degree from Hospice Care at Chandler Rehab (other, unknown). Stolen was a wedding ring valued at $500.

-Theft of property third degree from Publix (specialty store). Stolen and recovered were Prilosec valued at $11.49 and a box of Astroglide.

-Property damage from Chevron (service, gas station). Damaged was a Chevrolet 300 in the amount of $500.

-Possession of a controlled substance from Highway 17 (highway, street). Confiscated was suboxone.

-Illegal possession of prescription drugs from the 2800 block of Smokey Road (parking lot, garage).

-Domestic incident from the 100 block of Parliament Road (residence, home).

-Unlawful possession of marijuana second degree and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia. Confiscated were marijuana and a marijuana grinder.

July 20

-Minor in possession of alcohol from Butler Road (highway, street). Recovered was a skateboard valued at $200.

-Carrying a concealed weapon from the interstate Shell (service, gas station). Recovered were weapons valued at $1.

-Found property from the Alabaster Police Department. Recovered were keys valued at $1.

-Possession of marijuana from the Maylene Post Office (highway, street). Confiscated were drugs.

-Domestic incident from the 100 block of Kentwood Terrace (residence, home).

-Theft of property third degree from Mitchell Cosmetology (other, unknown). Stolen were a cushion valued at $50.

-Harassment from the 600 block of 12th Avenue Southwest (residence, home).

-Domestic violence and harassment from Amberley Woods Terrace (residence, home).

-Domestic violence third degree and harassment from the 700 block of Windsor Court (residence, home).

July 21

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle and theft of property from the 7300 block of Highway 119 (parking lot, garage). Damaged was a Honda CRV in the amount of $400 and stolen and recovered was a dog saddle bag valued at $60.

-Information only report from the 200 block of Cedar Meadow (residence, home).

-Criminal mischief second degree from the 1200 block of Caribbean Circle (residence, home). Damaged was a Hyundai Sonata in the amount of $600.

-Assault third degree from the 100 block of 11th Avenue South (residence, home).

-Domestic dispute – information only from the 100 block of Warwick Circle (residence, home).

-Theft of property third degree from Walmart (department store). Stolen and recovered was merchandise valued at $60.

-Domestic incident from Peavine Mobile Home Park (residence, home).

-Theft of property third degree from Publix (supermarket). Stolen and recovered were mascara valued at $5.89, mascara valued at $7.99 and Cover Girl valued at $6.59.

-Property damage from 13th Street Southwest (residence, home). Damaged was a flower pot in the amount of $9.88.

-Suicide attempt from the victim’s residence (residence, home).

-Property damage from Warren Drive (highway, street). Damaged was a Chevrolet Colorado in the amount of $3,000.

-Minor in consumption of alcohol and public intoxication from Waffle House (restaurant).

-Possession of marijuana second degree and possession of drug paraphernalia from Peavine Street (residence, home). Confiscated were drugs and marijuana smoking devices.

July 22

-Property damage from PNC Bank (bank).

-Information only from an unknown location in Alabaster (bank). Stolen was $30,000 and recovered was $10,000.

-Domestic incident from the 500 block of Smokey Road (residence, home).

-Miscellaneous offenses from the Alabaster Police Department (restaurant).

-Theft of property third degree from Target (department store). Stolen was computer hardware and software valued at $269.

-Theft of property third degree from Target (department store). Stolen was computer hardware and software valued at $249.99.

-Theft of property third degree from Target (department store). Stolen was computer hardware and software valued at $449.98.

-Using a false identity to obstruct justice from the Alabaster Police Department (highway, street). Stolen was other valued at $1.

-Criminal mischief second degree from the 100 block of Belvedere Place (residence, home). Damaged was a Nissan Maxima in the amount of $1,000.

-Property damage from the 200 block of 13th Street Southwest (residence, home).

-Theft of property second degree from AT&T (department store). Stolen was an iPhone 5 valued at $649.99.

-Domestic violence third degree and harassment from the 400 block of Old Highway 31 (residence, home).

July 24

-Possession of drug paraphernalia from Highway 119 at Mission Hills Road (highway, street). Confiscated was drug equipment.

-Theft of property second degree and unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle from the 200 block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (parking lot, garage). Stolen was a welder valued at $800.

-Damage to property from Interstate 65 (highway, street). Damaged was a Mazda in the amount of $1,125.

-Death investigation from the 100 block of Acorn Circle (residence, home).

-Burglary third degree and theft of property third degree from the 800 block of First Street North (other, unknown). Damaged was a door in the amount of $100 and stolen was $200 in U.S. currency.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle from Advance Auto Parts (specialty store). Stolen were an iPod valued at $200, an iPhone valued at $400, an Alabama driver’s license valued at $1 and a debit card.

July 23

-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia from Huntley Parkway (supermarket). Confiscated were suspected heroin valued at $20 and plastic straws with heroin residue valued at $1.

-Unlawful possession of certain chemical compounds and possession of drug paraphernalia from Pelham Parkway (convenience store). Confiscated were incense valued at $40 and an improvised gravity bong valued at $5.

July 24

-Impersonating a peace officer from County Road 35 (convenience store).

-Unlawful breaking and entering a motor vehicle from a business on Pelham Parkway (parking lot, garage). Stolen were a blower valued at $430 and a sprayer valued at $90.

-Theft of fraudulent leasing or rental from Old Montgomery Highway (commercial). Stolen were white folding chairs valued at $1,844.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle from the 100 block of Hayesbury Court (residence, home). Stolen were a laptop valued at $800, a laptop valued at $800, a laptop valued at $1,200 and bags valued at $60.

July 25

-Theft of property from the 2100 block of Pelham Parkway (supermarket). Stolen and recovered was miscellaneous merchandise valued at $381.

-Protection order violation from Liquid Automation Systems (parking lot, garage).

July 26

-Property damage – vehicle from Chick-fil-A (parking lot, garage). Damaged was a Dodge Charger in the amount of $750.

-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of marijuana from Interstate 65 Northbound (highway, street). Confiscated were Xanax bars valued at $40, a marijuana roach valued at $5 and a cigar used to smoke marijuana valued at $1.

-Robbery from the 200 block of Cahaba Valley Road (specialty store). Stolen was $200 in cash and damaged was an iPhone in the amount of $200.

-Miscellaneous information from the 200 block of Yeager Parkway (commercial).

July 27

-Miscellaneous information from the 1400 block of First Street North (highway, street). Confiscated were a debit card valued at $5 and a cell phone valued at $150.

-Theft of property from Oak Mountain State Park (parking lot, garage). Stolen was a bike valued at $1,600.

-Switched tag from Applegate Parkway (highway, street). Reported was an Alabama tag valued at $35.

-Driving under the influence – 0.08 BAC or greater from Highway 52 at Colonial Pipe (highway, street).

-Criminal mischief from the parking lot of Little Mountain Apartments (parking lot, garage). Damaged was a 2004 Ford Expedition valued at $2,500.
