July 23

 

-Theft of property III from Aslan Forest, Harpersville (residence/home). Stolen was a book of senior portrait proofs valued at $100.

-Miscellaneous information from the 0 block of Clover Lane, Montevallo (residence/home).

-Domestic violence III, harassment, from the 5100 block of Highway 119, Montevallo (church).

 

July 26

 

-Theft of property III from the 1000 block of Massey Road, Alabaster (residence/home). Stolen was a Waste Management green garbage can valued at $99.

-Agency assist from McKinzie Lane, Columbiana (residence/home).

-Unauthorized use of vehicle from the 100 block of Strothers Street, Wilton (residence/home).

-Recovered stolen property from the 800 block of Stonecrest Drive, Birmingham (parking lot/garage).

-Menacing from the 24000 block of Highway 25, Columbiana (specialty store).

-Harassment from the 400 block of Highway 305, Columbiana (residence/home).

-Property damage from the 1700 block of Highway 41, Birmingham (highway/street).

-Sexual abuse of a child less than 12 from the 0 block of Highway 338, Chelsea (other/unknown).

-Assault II from the 500 block of Fields Road, Montevallo (other/unknown).

-Theft of property II from the 100 block of Christy Drive, Shelby (residence/home). Stolen was an American Marine battery valued at $120, a 22 gallon fuel cell valued at $400 and 22 gallons of gasoline valued at $75.

-Domestic violence III, assault, from the 100 block of Quail Run Circle, Wilsonville (residence/home).

-Theft of property I from the 400 block of Randolph Road, Montevallo (residence/home).

-Burglary III from the 900 block of Rock School Road, Harpersville (residence/home).

-Criminal mischief I and theft of property II from the 200 block of Highway 308, Shelby (other/unknown). Damages in the amount of $4,000 were done to a Cavalier snack machine, in the amount of $4,000 to a Cavalier snack machine and in the amount of $2,000 including money, drinks and snacks.

-Burglary III from the 1800 block of Highway 30, Columbiana (residence/home). Stolen was a small lockbox containing immigration documents and a machette valued at $25. Damages in the amount of $300 were done to a trailer door and door frame.

-Theft of property I and recovered stolen property from Camp Branch Road, Alabaster (highway/street).

 

July 27

 

-Theft of property III from the 6400 block of Bear Creek Road, Sterrett (residence/home).

-Assault III from the 1900 block of Fulton Springs Road, Alabaster (residence/home).

-Theft of property III from Morris Estates Drive, Wilsonville (residence/home). Stolen was an Alabama tag valued at $55.

-Civil dispute from the 2400 block of Forest Lakes Lane, Sterrett (residence/home).

-Domestic investigation from the 1000 block of Hermitage Circle, Birmingham (residence/home).

-Miscellaneous incident from U.S. 280 West at CR-51, Westover (highway/street).

-Domestic investigation from the 1000 block of Inverness Lane, Birmingham (parking lot/garage).

-Possession of a controlled substance and possession of marijuana II from Simmsville Road at Fifth Avenue S.E., Alabaster (highway/street).

-Domestic violence III, harassing communications, from the 500 block of Turtle Lake Drive, Birmingham (residence/home).

-Theft of property III from the 7000 block of Champion Drive Airwalk, Birmingham (specialty store). Stolen were an ID card, a credit card, $15 in U.S. currency and an Alabama driver’s license valued at $25.

-Theft of property III from the 7000 block of Champion Drive Airwalk, Birmingham (specialty store). Stolen were a debit card, check, $25 in U.S. currency, an Alabama driver’s license valued at $25 and a black iPhone 4 in a pink and grey case valued at $350.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle from the 7000 block of Champion Drive Airwalk, Birmingham (specialty store). Stolen were a black Michael Khors purse valued at $350, a black and pink makeup bag containing assorted makeup valued at $130, a blue and black phone charger valued at $30, pink Ray Ban sunglasses valued at $175 and a broken front passenger door window valued at $300.

-Sexual abuse of a child less than 12 years old from the 4000 block of Plantation Circle, Helena (residence/home).

-Sexual abuse I from the 4000 block of Plantation Circle, Helena (residence/home).

-Domestic violence III, assault, from the 100 block of Morris Estates Drive, Wilsonville (residence/home).

-Domestic violence III, assault, from the 100 block of Highway 17 (residence/home).

-Rape II from the 500 block of Reynolds Cemetery Road, Montevallo (residence/home).

 

July 28

 

-Promoting prison contraband II from McDow Road, Columbiana (jail/prison).

-Negotiating worthless negotiable instrument from the 16000 block of U.S. 280, Chelsea (supermarket).

-Theft of property II from Wal-Mart, 16077 U.S. 280, Chelsea (supermarket). Stoeln was $1,140 in U.S. currency. Recovered was $477 in U.S. currency.

-Theft of property III from Wal-Mart, 16077 U.S. 280, Chelsea (supermarket). Stolen was $295 in U.S. currency.

-Domestic investigation from the 600 block of Mountain Crest Road, Chelsea (residence/home).

-Miscellaneous report, civil matter, from the 800 block of Inverness Landing, Birmingham (residence/home).

-Theft of property I from the 2000 block of Heatherbrooke Road, Birmingham (residence/home). Stolen was a blue 2006 Yamaha valued at $4,000.

-Theft of property II from Grace Drive, Harpersville (residence/home). Stolen were an Ecco weedeater valued at $300 and an Ecco chainsaw valued at $350.

-Burglary III and theft of property II from the 500 block of Paradise Cove Lane, Wilsonville (residence/home). Stolen were five 8 miligram Suboxan strips valued at $10, two sundresses valued at $100 and two tanktop shirts valued at $40.

-Theft of property III from Hollybrook Road, Columbiana (residence/home). Stolen were a Nintendo DS Lite system and charger valued at $25, six Nintendo games valued at $30, a silver chain and horse pendant valued at $10, a Nintendo DS system and charger valued at $30, a Kindle Fire in pink case valued at $65 and a Canon 12 megapixel camera valued at $30.

-Theft of property I from the 0 block of Snow Drive, Alabaster (other/unknown).

-Permitting dogs to roam at large from the 5000 block of Stonehaven Drive, Birmingham (highway/street).

-Property damage from Brook Highland Drive, Birmingham (highway/street).

-Harassing communications from Sioux Lane, Birmingham (residence/home).

-Permitting dog to run at large from the 100 block of Hollow Oak Drive, Bessemer (residence/home). Damages in the amount of $25 were done to a chicken.

-Domestic investigation from the Slab at the end of River Road, Helena (field/woods).
