Sept. 13

-Theft of property first degree from Progressive Finishes (other, unknown). Stolen and recovered were luggage beams valued at $1,526 and stolen were metals valued at $7,240.

-Counterfeit currency from DJ’s Fine Meats (supermarket). Forged was a $20 bill.

-Information only report from Thompson Middle School.

-Information only report from Slotter Road (convenience store).

-Theft of property third degree from Total Solutions Way (commercial). Stolen was a payroll check valued at $1.

-Found property from Highway 31 (high- way, street). Recovered were debit cards and an Alabama driver’s license.

-Harassing communications from the 100 block of Lake Terrace (residence, home).

-Information only report from the 100 block of King Charles Way (residence, home).

-Theft of property first degree from the 1200 block of First Street North (govern- ment, public building). Stolen was a Ford Expedition valued at $4,500.

-Property damage from the 1200 block of First Street North (bar).

-Information only report from BP (con- venience store). Confiscated were novelty items.

-Minor in consumption of alcohol from Highway 119.

-Minor in consumption of alcohol from Warrior Park (parking lot, garage).

Sept. 14

-Information only – suicide attempt from the 800 block of First Avenue West (resi- dence, home).

-Information only – solicitors from the 400 block of Meadowlark Place (residence, home).

-Harassment from the 400 block of Norwick Circle (residence, home).

-Theft of property third degree from the 600 block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (department store). Stolen were merchan- dise valued at $104.75 and merchandise valued at $128.50.

-Domestic incident from the 100 block of Meadowlark Place (residence, home).

-Theft of property third degree from CVS Pharmacy (drug store). Stolen was mer- chandise valued at $10.

-Lost property from the 600 block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (department store). Reported were a cosmetic bag, keys, a Visa card, a Walmart card, a Belk card, U.S. currency and a driver’s license.

-Runaway juvenile from the 100 block of Allen Drive (residence, home).

-Harassment from the 90 block of Winterhaven Drive (residence, home). Stolen were corn hole boards valued at $150.

-Possession of marijuana second degree and possession of drug paraphernalia from Old Navy (parking lot, garage). Confiscated were marijuana and a socket with burned residue.

-Minor in consumption of alcohol and con- tributing to the delinquency of a minor.

 

Sept. 15

-Abandoned vehicle from County Road 80 (highway, street).

-Harassment from the 100 block of Reese Drive (residence, home).

-Domestic incident from the 200 block of Treymoor Lake Circle (residence, home).

-Information only report from the 600 block of North Roney (residence, home).

-Violation of leash law from the 900 block of Third Avenue Southwest (residence, home).

-Theft of property from Colonial Promenade Parkway (specialty store). Stolen were two Galaxy S4s valued at $549.99

each.

-Theft of services third degree form Buffalo Wild Wings (restaurant). Stolen was Crown Royal valued at $15.97.

-Property damage from the 300 block

of First Street Southwest (drug store). Damaged was a Ford Explorer in the amount of $1,200.

 

Sept. 16

-Domestic incident from the 300 block of Mardis Lane (residence, home).

-Unlawful breaking and entering a

vehicle and theft of property from Colonial Promenade Parkway (department store). Stolen were a driver’s license, a birth certifi- cate, identity documents and wallet valued at $25.

-Harassment from the 100 block of Jasmine Drive (residence, home).

-Theft of property third degree from

the 500 block of First Avenue Southwest (department store). Stolen and recovered were deodorant sticks valued at $5 and vita- mins valued at $14. Confiscated was a silver pipe valued at $14.

-Harassing communications from the 1300 block of Brown Circle (residence, home).

-Information only report from the 300 block of Fran Drive (residence, home).

-Domestic incident from the 200 block of Forest Hills Circle (residence, home).

-Found property from Highway 119 at Butler Road (highway, street). Recovered was a green card valued at $1.

 

Sept. 17

-Theft of property second degree form Cedar Grove Lane (residence, home). Stolen was a Springfield XD valued at $550.

-Harassment from the 100 block of Caribbean Circle (residence, home).

-Property damage from the 200 block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (parking lot, garage). Damaged was a GMC Sierra in the amount of $1,000.

-Theft of property third degree and criminal trespass third degree from the 300 block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (department store). Stolen was merchandise valued at $209.46.

-Juvenile pickup order from the 100 block of Allen Drive.

-Attempted suicide from the 100 block of Berryhill Drive (residence, home).

-Public intoxication from the 100 block

of Industrial Road (highway, street). Confiscated was Wild Irish Rose.

 

Calera

-Harassment from Nottingham Drive.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle and theft of property second degree from Kensington Boulevard. Stolen were a brown leather wallet, cash, a Compass bank debit card, a PNC debit card, a driver’s license and a social security card all valued at $230.

-Simple assault-family and interference with a domestic violence emergency call from the 1600 block of 22nd Avenue.

-Criminal littering from Granthum Road.

-Theft of property third degree from the 5100 block of Supercenter Drive. Stolen was $54 of U.S. currency.

-Harassment and reckless endangerment from the 700 block of Supercenter Drive.

-Harassing communications from Shelby County 89.

-Harassing communications from the 0 block of Limestone Parkway.

 

Sept. 21

-Property damage from the 2200 block

of Second Avenue. Damaged was a Nissan Altima valued at $2,000.

-Simple assault-family from Rossburg Place.

-Miscellaneous incident from the 2100 block of Victory Way.

-Simple assault-family from the 100 block of Dogwood Lane.

 

Sept. 22

-Criminal mischief-damage to private prop- erty from Dogwood Lane. Damaged was the rear passenger window of a Nissan Altima valued at $100.

 

Sept. 24

-Harassment-family and theft of property third degree from the 900 block of 10th Street. Stolen were car keys valued at $30.

-Harassing communications from the 90 block of Poplar Loop.

 

Sept. 25

-Violation of a protection order from the 700 block of Waterford Lane.

-Burglary third degree and theft of prop- erty third degree from Shelby County 86. Damaged was a bedroom window valued at $100 and stolen was a 42-inch flat screen television valued at $400.

-Miscellaneous incident from Kensington Manor Drive.

-Theft of property first degree from the 8300 block of U.S. 31. Stolen was $2,754 in U.S. currency.

-Theft of property third degree from the 400 block of Tocoa Road (residence, home). Stolen were a finish nailer valued at $300 and a drill valued at $100.

-Theft of property third degree from the 400 block of Tocoa Road (residence, home). Stolen were a wallet valued at $30, a driver’s license valued at $20, a debit card valued at $1 and $40 in U.S. currency.

-Unlawful possession of marijuana second degree form the 2900 block of Pelham Parkway (highway, street). Recovered was suspected marijuana valued at $15.

-Theft of property from the Greenpark South mobile home park (residence, home). Stolen was an Alabama license tag valued at $28.

 

Sept. 16

-Domestic violence from the 100 block of Canyon Trail (residence, home).

-Theft of property from the 2100 block of Pelham Parkway (department store). Stolen and recovered were an amp wire kit valued at $35.

-Miscellaneous information from an unknown location (other, unknown). Stolen was a laptop and case valued at $2,000.

-Property damage from Cahaba Valley Parkway North (commercial). Damaged was a canopy and foundation in the amount of $30,000.

-Robbery from Travelodge at 410 Oak Mountain Circle (hotel, motel). Stolen was $600 in U.S. currency.

-Property damage from the 100 block of Windsor Lane (residence, home). Damaged was mailbox in the amount of $120.

-Driving under the influence of alcohol and minor in possession of alcohol from Belle Vista (highway, street).

-Display of invalid insurance from the 2100 block of Pelham Parkway (parking lot, garage). Damaged was a 2011 Toyota Corolla.

-Theft of property from the 2100 block of Pelham Parkway (supermarket). Stolen was $1,100 in U.S. currency.

-Theft of property from the 2000 block of Old Montgomery Highway (other, unknown). Stolen were cuts of steak valued at $1,068.

-Fraudulent use of a credit or debit card from the 2100 block of Pelham Parkway (supermarket). Stolen was a purchase from a Regions Bank in the amount of $410.

-Theft of property from South Gates Estates (residence, home). Stolen were a bike valued at $200, a bike valued at $250 and a vacuum cleaner valued at $100.

-Domestic violence from the 100 block of Windsor Ridge.

 

Sept. 22

-Burglary from the 3500 block of Pelham Parkway (church). Stolen were change, a microphone valued at $100, a battle axe valued at $100 and a pack of salami valued at $3.

-Theft of property from the 3000 block

of Pelham Parkway (department store). Stolen were a bottle of spice valued at $3, a bottle of garlic powder valued at $1, cans of Budweiser valued at $5 and potatoes valued at $1.

 

Sept. 23

-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia from Stonehaven Drive (residence, home). Confiscated were medications valued at $40, a pipe and a plastic cap.
