Sept. 25

-Theft of property I from the 1200 block of Morning Sun Drive (parking lot/garage). Stolen was a 5 foot by 16 foot enclosed utility trailer single axle, white, valued at $3,000.

 

Sept. 26

-Domestic violence III, harassing communications, from the 5000 block of Cahaba Valley Road, Birmingham (residence/home).

-Cruelty to animals from the 400 block of Highway 335, Chelsea ()

-Theft of property III from the 4600 block of Highway 71, Shelby (service/gas station). Stolen was a red candy bar valued at $3.

-Harassing communications from Landings Lane, Wilsonville (residence/home).

-Domestic violence III, harassment, from the 0 block of Joseph Drive, Columbiana (residence/home).

-Theft of property II from the 600 block of Highland Lakes Cove, Birmingham (residence/home).

-Fraudulent use of credit card from the 4100 block of Heritage Oaks Circle, Birmingham (other/unknown). Stolen was $7,703.20 using unauthorized credit card.

-Leaving premises of gasoline sales establishment without remitting from the 16000 block of U.S. 280, Chelsea (service/gas station). Stolen were 10.126 gallons of gasoline valued at $33.

-Domestic investigation from the 0 block of Church Drive, Montevallo (residence/home).

-Miscellaneous information from Chelsea Road in the area of Tara Drive (highway/street).

 

Sept. 27

-Miscellaneous incident from the 1000 block of Eagle Hollow Drive, Birmingham (residence/home).

-Miscellaneous incident from the 15300 block of U.S. 280, Chelsea (restaurant). Damages in the amount of $501 were done to the Bojangles illuminated driveway sign.

-Reckless driving from from the intersection of U.S. 280 and Essex Drive, Birmingham (highway/street).

-Miscellaneous incident from the 3500 block of Wyngate Trace, Birmingham (residence/home).

-Miscellaneous incident from the 100 block of Jarons Lane, Columbiana (residence/home). Recovered was a used insulin syringe.

-Theft of property III from the 5400 block of Caldwell Mill Road at Oak Mountain High School (school/college). Stolen was an Apple iPhone 4S, white, valued at $400.

-Miscellaneous incident from the 100 block of Dusty Hollow Road, Columbiana (field/woods). Damages in the amount of $20,000 were done to a 1994 John Deer 643D Fellerbuncher.

-Domestic investigation from the 300 block of Ewing Street, Wilton ()

-Unlawful possession of marijuana II from the 3400 block of Buck Horn Cove, Birmingham (residence/home).

-Domestic violence III, assault, from the 3400 block of Buck Horn Cove, Birmingham (residence/home).

-Driving under the influence and possession of marijuana from U.S 280 at Doug Baker Boulevard, Birmingham (highway/street).

-Domestic violence by strangulation from the 4400 block of Heatherbrooke Road, Birmingham (residence/home).

-Forgery II and theft of property III from the 300 block of Holcombe Lane, Columbiana (residence/home). Stolen were checks in the amounts of $200, $200, $59.40, $200, $125, $125 and $100.

-Theft of property II and fraudulent use of a debit card from the 100 block of Grimes Road, Indian Springs (residence/home).

-Death investigation from the 200 block of Indian Forest Trail, Pelham (residence/home).

-Miscellaneous incident from the Overlook off Highway 25 just east of Highway 41 (highway/street).

-Miscellaneous information from the 5200 block of Meadow Brook Road, Birmingham (residence/home). Damages in an unknown amount were done to an antique table.

-Theft of property III from the 4000 block of Highway 71, Shelby (conv store). Stolen was a box of Tampax tampons valued at $6.99.

-Obstructing justing using a false I.D. from the 5400 block of U.S. 280, Birmingham (parking lot/garage).

-Domestic investigation from the 2400 block of Indian Lake Drive, Birmingham (residence/home).

-Miscellaneous incident, suicide attempt, from the 100 block of Beach Circle, Birmingham (residence/home).

-Driving under the influence from the intersection of CR-61 and CR-56, Wilsonville (highway/street).

-Leaving the scene of an accident from Beulah Lane just off of Highway 25 (highway/street).

-Harassment from Cord 17 and Davis Hawkins Street, Montevallo (highway/street).

-Civil dispute from the 200 block of Davis Hawkins Street, Montevallo (residence/home).

-Criminal mischief III from the 200 block of Highway 200, Montevallo (residence/home). Damages in the amount of $200 were done to a rear passenger side window of a 2001 Toyota Sequoia.

-Assault II from Chuck E Cheese, 4647 U.S. 280, Birmingham (restaurant).

-Theft of property I from the 1000 block of Shoal Run Trail, Birmingham (residence/home). Stolen was a 2007 Suzuki GSX-R750 valued at $8,000.

-Miscellaneous incident from the 100 block of Bell Drive, Vandiver (residence/home).

-Forgery I from Arby’s, 4615 U.S. 280, Birmingham (restaurant). Recovered were two counterfeit $50 bills and one $20 counterfeit bill.

-Robbery I from Barnett MHP, Montevallo (residence/home). Stolen were a wallet valued at $10 and $1,000 in U.S. currency.

-Unauthorized use of a vehicle from the 300 block of Highway 19, Montevallo (residence/home).

-Public intoxication from the 200 block of Christy Drive, Shelby (highway/street).

-Domestic investigation from the 180 block of Narrows Creek Drive, Birmingham (residence/home).

-Miscellaneous information from the 100 block of Highway 97, Columbiana (residence/home).

-Domestic violence investigation from the 0 block of School Street, Wilsonville (residence/home).

-Domestic investigation from the 100 block of Sunny Hill Road, Columbiana (residence/home).

-Theft of property III from the 5300 block of U.S. 280 East, Birmingham (commercial). Stolen were a pair of brown Maui Jim Lokahi sunglasses valued at $100.

-Miscellaneous incident from the 1600 building of Kenley Way, Birmingham (parking lot/garage). Damages in the amount of $206 were accumulated from vet bills for injury to dog.

-Harassing communications from the 1200 block of Highway 277, Helena (residence/home).

-Domestic violence III, harassment, from the 100 block of Thoroughbred Lane, Alabaster (residence/home).

-Domestic violence III, harassment, and interference with a domestic violence emergency call from the 4100 block of CR-109, Columbiana (residence/home).

-Theft of property I from the 900 block of Alabama Highway 70, Columbiana (residence/home). Stolen were a 2008 Honda Foreman 4×4 model TRX 500 FP in brown camo with black rims valued at $5,000.

-Domestic violence III, assault, from the 100 block of Woodland Lane, Birmingham (residence/home).

-Unlawful breaking and entering a motor vehicle from the 12000 block of U.S. 280 West, Chelsea (field/woods). Stolen were a 24 foot fiberglass extension ladder valued at $250, a yellow LED spotlight valued at $40, two steel shackles valued at $200 each, a 6 foot pole jack chain with 1 inch links valued at $300 and a two-way Vertex radio of unknown value. Damages in the amount of $500 were done to a truck mounted tool box and in the amount of $250 were done to a diamond plate toolbox.

-Miscellaneous incident from the 10000 block of Lot 6 of Highway 55, Sterrett (residence/home).

-Theft of property II from the 100 block of Highway 99, Shelby (residence/home). Stolen was an 5 year old English mastiff with tan and black coloring valued at $2,000.

-Domestic violence II, strangulation, and domestic violence III, assault, from the 100 block of Memory Lane, Alabaster (residence/home).

-Unlawful breaking and entering a motor vehicle from Highway 251, Montevallo (field/woods). Stolen were a side window behind driver’s door (quarterglass) valued at $150, a passenger side window valued at $260, a CD radio valued at $100, a Mustang emblem valued at $30 and a front passenger tire valued at $10.

-Death investigation from the 1300 block of Joe White Road, Shelby (residence/home).

-Criminal trespassing I from the 4000 block of Highway 22, Montevallo (residence/home).

-Domestic violence III, harassment, from the 7000 block of Whitetail Cove (residence/home).

-Domestic violence III, harassing communications, from the 700 block of Talon Cove, Birmingham (residence/home).

-Domestic violence III, harassing communications, from the 100 block of Skyline Drive, Pelham (residence/home).

 

Oct. 1

-Theft of property II from the 1500 block of Wilderness Trail, Shelby (residence/home). Stolen was a $1,000 money order.

-Burglary III from the 12800 block of Highway 61, Wilsonville (residence/home). Stolen were a yellow Campbell Hausfield air compressor valued at $250 and $20 in unleaded gasoline.

-Burglary III from the 2200 block of Lullwater Road, Birmingham (residence/home). Stolen were a T-Mobile HTC radar cellphone, a T-Mobile Sumsung Galaxy II tablet, a Sumsung 32 inch LCD HD television, Sumsung 26 inch LED television, a Dell desktop computer and two Wii and X-Box 360 Kinect gaming systems valued at $800.

-Domestic investigation from the 1600 block of U.S. 280, Chelsea (residence/home).

-Criminal mischief II and harassing communications from the 200 block of Shoal Run Trail, Birmingham (parking lot/garage). Damages in the amount of $1,500 were done to a blue four door Oldsmobile Achieva sedan.

-Reckless endangerment from AL 119, Indian Springs (highway/street).

-Harassing communications from the 5600 block of Double Oak Lane, Birmingham (residence/home).

-Criminal mischief III from the 0 block of Pleasant Circle, Montevallo (residence/home). Damage in the amount of $140 were done to a white front entrance door metal door and frame.

-Permitting dogs to run at large from the 300 block of Niven Street, Wilsonville (residence/home).

-Runaway juvenile from the 100 block of Swann Road, Birmingham (residence/home).

-Criminal mischief III from the 1700 block of Highway 99, Shelby (residence/home).
