The Cornerstone Christian Chargers travelled to Eufala to take on the Lakeside Academy Chiefs in an AISA Class A matchup Oct. 17. The Chiefs proved too much for the young Chargers squad, as CCS fell, 38-14.

Both scores came courtesy of a 70-yard run and an 11-yard run by Dustin Wooley. Tim Warren had both two-point conversions.

The loss drops the squad to 1-8 on the season, and 0-5 in region play.

The Chargers will host Restoration Academy Oct. 25.
