Alabaster

Oct. 10

-Theft of property second degree from the 1400 block of Stadium Drive (residence, home). Stolen were weedeaters valued at $700 and a trimmer valued at $350. -Illegal possession of a credit or debit card from the South Colonial Promenade (department store). Stolen were credit or debit cards.

-Animal complaint from the 1030 block of Ninth Avenue Southwest (highway, street). -Criminal trespass third degree from the 1300 block of West Navajo Drive (resi- dence, home).

-Alias writ of arrest and criminal mischief third degree from CVS Pharmacy (drug store). Damaged was a Ford Crown Victoria in the amount of $300.

-Criminal mischief third degree from CVS Pharmacy (drug store).
-Theft of property third degree from Amy’s Hallmark (department store). Stolen was jewelry valued at $9.99.

-Property damage from Kent Dairy Road (highway, street). Damaged was a Nissan Quest in the amount of $500.
-Public intoxication and possession of

a controlled substance from 13th Avenue Southwest (highway, street). Confiscated were controlled substances.

Oct. 11

-Information only report from the 200 block of Queen’s Gate (residence, home). -Theft of property third degree from Thompson High School. Stolen was an iPhone 5 valued at $300.
-Information only report from the 1700 block of Tahiti Lane (department store). Stolen was a credit card.

-Property damage from the Shelby Baptist Medical Center parking lot (parking lot, garage). Damaged was a Chevrolet Astro in the amount of $500.

-Barking dogs from the 200 block of Fran Drive (residence, home).
-Property damage from the 1000 block of First Street North (parking lot, garage). -Trespassing notice from the 1500 block of Mitch Lane (residence, home). -Information only – counterfeit money from the 800 block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (other, unknown). Recovered was counterfeit currency.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle and theft of property second degree from the 100 block of Long Feather Hill (resi- dence, home). Stolen were a purse valued at $250, a work ID, $50 in U.S. currency, a Wells Fargo debit card, two credit cards and a guitar valued at $600.

-Domestic violence third degree and harassment from Williams Drive (residence, home).
-Information only report from the 200 block of Brentwood Drive (residence, home). Stolen was a cashier’s check in the amount of $4,000.

Oct. 12

-Information only report from the 900 block of Third Avenue North (residence, home).
-Theft of property third degree from B&G Antiques (specialty store). Stolen was a chair valued at $250.

-Hospice death investigation from the 800 block of 12th Street Southwest (residence, home).
-Runaway from the 100 block of Timber Ridge Drive (residence, home). -Information only report from the 1300 block of Royalty Drive (church). -Possession of marijuana second degree and possession of drug paraphernalia from the 100 block of Winterhaven Cove (high- way, street). Confiscated were marijuana and a socket.

-Domestic violence by strangulation or suffocation and domestic violence third degree from the 100 block of Maple Street (residence, home).

Oct. 13

-Domestic dispute from the 100 block of Churchill Drive (residence, home). -Property damage from Gamble Furniture (highway, street). Damaged was a Toyota Scion in the amount of $1,000. -Harassment from the 1200 block of first Street North (bar).

-Using a false identity to obstruct justice from the 200 block of Primrose Drive (highway, street). Stolen was other. -Criminal mischief third degree from the 80 block of Bare Tree Drive (residence, home). Damaged was a Jeep Grand Cherokee in the amount of $250. -Information only from the 2000 block of King Charles Place (residence, home). -Found property from 11th Avenue Southeast at U.S. 31 (service, gas station). Recovered was a wallet valued at $30. -Theft of property third degree from the 600 block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (department store). Stolen was merchan- dise valued at $109.97.

-Property damage from the 90 block of Oak Street (highway, street). Damaged was a Toyota Camry in the amount of $1. -Harassment and domestic dispute from the 1000 block of Henry Drive (residence, home).

Oct. 14

-Theft of property from Montevallo Place Apartments (residence, home). Stolen were a refrigerator valued at $485, a stove valued at $418 and a dishwasher valued at $265. -Criminal littering and criminal trespass third degree from the 500 block of Navajo Trail (residence, home).

-Property damage from Target (depart- ment store). Damaged was a fender in the amount of $150.

-Information only report from Reese Drive (residence, home).
-Illegal possession of prescription drugs from Express Oil Lube (parking lot, garage). Confiscated were drugs.

-Burglary third degree and possession
of burglars tools from Fairway Auto Mart (commercial). Stolen and recovered were radios valued at $100, household goods valued at $90, a shop vac valued at $79.99, a heater valued at $29, hedge clippers valued at $29, a weed eater valued at $100 and damaged was a pickup truck in the amount of $300.

Oct. 15

-Miscellaneous offenses from Sixth Avenue Southwest.
-Domestic violence third degree and harassment from the 1000 block of First Street North (residence, home). -Harassment from the 400 block of Third Street Northeast (residence, home). -Theft of property third degree from Stadium Drive. Stolen were headphones valued at $200.

-Domestic dispute from the 2500 block of Windsor Court (residence, home). -Information only report from the 100 block of Redwood Drive (residence, home). -Domestic dispute from the 700 block of Barkley Circle (residence, home).

-Theft of property third degree from TMS. Stolen was an iPhone valued at $100. -Harassing communications from the 300 block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (parking lot, garage).

-Missing person from the 150 block of Chestnut Drive (residence, home). -Domestic violence third degree and assault third degree from the 100 block of Trail Circle (residence, home).

Oct. 16

-Unlawful breaking and entering and theft of property from the 1200 block of Bunting Drive.
-Harassment from the 200 block of Second Street Southwest.

-Theft of property first degree from 16th Street. Stolen was money in the amount of $7,965 (residence/home).

-Burglary third degree and theft of prop- erty first degree from the 1600 block of Shelby County 42 (residence/home). Stolen were a jewelry case with miscellaneous jewelry valued at $4,000 and a jewelry box with miscellaneous costume jewelry valued at $200.

-Recovery of property from the 200 block of Creek Stone Trace (residence/home). Recovered was a Chevrolet Silverado val- ued at $38,000.

-Theft of property third degree from the 700 block of Supercenter Drive (restau- rant). Stolen was $10 in U.S. currency. -Miscellaneous incident from 16th Street (highway/street). -Harassment/intimidation from Kensington Manor Drive (residence/home).

Oct. 11

-Death investigation from 20th Avenue (residence/home).

Oct. 14

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle from Enclave Court (residence/home). -Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle from Enclave Court (residence/home). -Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle from Enclave Court (residence/home). -Harassing communications from the 600 block of Shelby County 67 (residence/ home).

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle and theft of property third degree from Enclave Avenue (residence/home). Stolen were a phone charger valued at $5 and an auxiliary chord valued at $10.

-Criminal mischief from the 400 block of 11th Street (residence/home). Damaged was a Ford Mustang in the amount of $500. -Theft of property first degree and bur- glary third degree from the 9100 block

of U.S. 31 (residence/home). Stolen
were a Toyota Camry valued at $4,000, miscellaneous material valued at $2,000, miscellaneous jewelry valued at $200, miscellaneous tools valued at $2,000 and miscellaneous clothes valued at $500. -Theft of property second degree from the 9100 block of U.S. 31 (residence/home). Stolen were miscellaneous tools valued
at $2,000.

Oct. 15

-Theft of property first degree from the 9000 block of Shelby County 22 (storage facility). Stolen were a trailer valued at $7,000 and miscellaneous hunting and fish- ing items valued at $10,000.

-Death investigation from the 100 block of Daventry Drive (residence/home).
-Theft of property second degree from the 11800 block of Alabama 25 (convenience store). Stolen were 240 gallons of diesel fuel valued at $800.

-Domestic incident from the 800 block of Shelby County 89 (residence/home). -Property damage from the 3000 block of Long Branch Drive (highway/street). Damaged was a Toyota Prius.

-Theft of property third degree from the 5100 block of Supercenter Drive (super- market). Stolen was miscellaneous mer- chandise valued at $353.

Oct. 10

-Domestic violence-strangulation from Kensington Manor Drive (residence/home).

Oct. 16

-Miscellaneous incident from the 200 block of the Heights Drive (highway/street). -Simple assault-family and interference with a domestic violence emergency call from the 100 block of Spring Street (resi- dence/home).

-Theft of property and trespassing III from the 200 block of West College Street, Columbiana (supermarket). Stolen were a bar of soap valued at $2.29, Moore’s Meat Marinade valued at $2.99, three Black Rind Cheese valued at $17.91, two rib eye steaks valued at $33.24 and two Johnsonville Bratwurst valued at $7.98.
-Property damage from the 200 block of McDow Road, Columbiana (parking lot/ garage). Damages in the amount of $1 were done to vehicle hood/front grill.

-Property damage from Interstate 65 North (highway, street). Damaged was a 2003 Dodge Ram in the amount of $400. -Theft of property by deception from Fox Hound Trail (residence, home). Stolen were a gas blower valued at $350, a mower valued at $300 and a weedeater valued

at $230.
-Theft of property from the 2000 block of Royal Court (residence, home). Stolen was a credit card.
-Miscellaneous information from Snellville, Ga. (other, unknown). -Miscellaneous information from the
100 block of Green Park South (other, unknown). Recovered were two check books.

Oct. 10

-Fraudulent use of a credit or debit card

from The Store (service, gas station). Stolen was $404 in U.S. currency. -Domestic violence – harassing commu- nications from the 2000 block of Chandalar Court (residence, home).

Oct. 11

-Recovering stolen property from the 3500 block of Pelham Parkway (department store). Stolen and recovered were sweat- shirts valued at $250, a garbage can valued at $9 and T-shirts valued at $205. -Property damage from Interstate
65 (highway, street). Damaged was a Chevrolet S-10 in the amount of $500.

Oct. 14

-Unlawful possession of a controlled sub- stance from Highway 35 (highway, street). Confiscated was a small bag of cocaine valued at $25.

-Theft of property from Old Montgomery Highway (commercial). Stolen was a chain- saw valued at $475.
-Miscellaneous information from the 2100 block of Salters Court (commercial). -Burglary and theft of property from Pelham Parkway (other, unknown). Damaged was a glass door in the amount of $400 and stolen were smart phones valued at $6,000.
