-Possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia from Walmart (drug store). Stolen were items valued at $89.83 and confiscated were cocaine and a straw valued at $51.

-Domestic dispute from the 100 block of Lake Terrace (residence, home).

Oct. 24.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle and theft of property third degree from the 100 block of Cedar Grove Parkway (residence, home). Stolen were a GPS valued at $250 and a radar detector valued at $125.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle from the 100 block of Cedar Grove Parkway (residence, home). Damaged was other.

-Burglary third degree from the 1100 block of Eagle Drive (residence, home).

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle and theft of property third degree from the 200 block of Queens Gate (residence, home). Stolen was sports equipment valued at $50, $5 in change and an iPod shuffle valued at $50.

-Leaving the scene of an accident from Thompson Road (highway, street).

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle and criminal mischief from the 200 block of Queens Gate (residence, home). Damaged were a Chevrolet Avalanche in the amount of $150 and a radio holder valued at $80.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle and theft of property third degree from the 100 block of Queens Gate (residence, home). Stolen were music CDs valued at $200.

-Theft of property second degree and unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle from the 300 block of Dogwood Trail (residence, home). Stolen were a firearm valued at $800, a magazine valued at $120 and $400.

-Information only report from the 100 block of Cedar Grove Parkway (residence, home).

-Burglary and criminal mischief from Third Court Southeast (residence, home). Damaged were a couch in the amount of $5,000 and a wheelchair seat

in the amount of $500.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle and theft of property second degree from the 100 block of Chinaberry Lane (residence, home). Stolen were firearms valued at $300, a GPS valued at $125 and reported was a Ford F150.

-Leaving the scene of an accident

from Highway 119 (highway, street). Damaged was a Chevrolet Cobalt in the amount of $500.

-Hospice from the 500 block of Eighth Street Southwest (residence, home).

-Theft of lost property from the 300 block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (department store). Stolen was $60 in cash.

-Domestic violence third degree and harassment from the 900 block of Windsor Court (residence, home).

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle from the 100 block of Maple Street (residence, home). Damaged was a door.

-Information only report and trespassing notice from the 600 block of 11th Avenue Southwest.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle from the 300 block of Golden Meadow Place (residence, home).

-Identity theft from the 400 block of Third Street Northeast (residence, home).

-Stolen were credit cards.

-Property damage from the 1400 block of Simmsville Road (highway, street). Damaged was a Nissan Altima in the amount of $1,500.

-Information only report from the 10000 block of Highway 119 (bank). Recovered was a PNC bag.

-Theft of property from the 100 block of South Colonial Drive (department store). Stolen were fraudulent cash returns valued at $14252.84.

-Theft of property third degree from the 300 block of South Colonial Drive (department store). Stolen and recovered were clothing items valued at $236.53 and clothing items valued at $152.60.

-Harassing communications from the 600 block of Second Street Northeast (commercial).

-Harassment from the 110 block of Plaza Circle (other, unknown).

Oct. 26.

-Domestic violence third degree and harassment from the 200 block of Ninth Avenue Southeast (residence, home).

-Property damage from Simmsville Road (highway, street). Damaged was a fire engine in the amount of $250.

-Criminal mischief third degree from the 200 block of Lacey Avenue (church). Damaged was a Chevrolet Avalanche in the amount of $100.

-Domestic dispute from the 200 block of Smokey Road (residence, home).

-Information only report from Woodbrook Circle (residence, home).

Oct. 27.

-Failure to pay for gasoline from Murphy Oil (service, gas station). Stolen was gas valued at $20.83.

-Property damage from the 2800 block of Smokey Road (highway, street). Damaged was a Toyota 4-Runner in the amount of $100.

-Found dog from the 120 block of Kentwood Lane (residence, home).

-Possession of a controlled substance and possession of marijuana second degree form Lake Forest Park. Confiscated were narcotics.

-Theft of property first degree and possession of a forged instrument second degree from People’s Bank (residence, home). Stolen was $19,933.88 and forged were checks.

-Harassing communications from the 100 block of Big Oak Drive (residence, home).

-Information only report from the 1000 block of Ninth Avenue Southwest (residence, home). Recovered was a suitcase valued at $10.

-Domestic violence third degree and harassment from the 400 block of 13th Street Northwest (residence, home).

-Theft of property first degree and criminal mischief third degree from

the 600 block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (parking lot, garage). Stolen was a Chevrolet Impala valued at $13,000 and damaged was a passenger mirror in the amount of $100.

-Criminal tampering second degree form the 400 block of Heathersage Road (residence, home).

-Possession of drug paraphernalia from the 1900 block of Thompson Road (highway, street).

-Possession of a controlled substance and attempt to commit a controlled substance crime from the 9200 block of Highway 119 (supermarket).

-Theft of property third degree from Walmart (residence, home). Stolen was $200.

-Identity theft and theft of property third degree from Rockford, Texas (government, public building). Stolen were identity documents.

-Theft of property third degree from Belk (department store). Confiscated were drugs and stolen were clothes valued at $79.75.

-Criminal mischief first degree from BP (service, gas station). Damaged was a glass door and frame in the amount of $10,000.

-Theft of property third degree from the 200 block of Summer Hill Drive (residence, home). Stolen was an Alabama tag valued at $100.

-Property damage from the 200

block of First Street North (parking lot, garage). Damaged was a structure in the amount of $100 and a cable in the amount of $100.

-Domestic dispute from the 800 block of Old Highway 31 (residence, home).

-Identity theft from possibly Georgia (residence, home). Stolen was other.

-Found property form the 1000 block of Sixth Court Southwest (restaurant). Recovered was a wallet valued at $1.

-Harassment from the 500 block of Smokey Road (residence, home).

-Criminal trespass first degree from the 300 block of Timber Ridge Trail (residence, home).

-Forgery third degree from Walgreens (department store). Counterfeited was money.

-Burglary third degree and theft of property third degree from Waterford Trace (residence/home). Stolen was Percocet valued at $12.

-Burglary third degree and theft of property second degree from the 0 block of Hawthorn Drive (residence/home). Stolen were a Mossberg 12-gauge shotgun valued at $500, a 22-caliber long rifle valued at $1,000, a checkbook valued at $1, a gold and silver watched valued at $600 and an iPhone valued at $100. Damaged was a bedroom window in the amount of $250.

-Theft of property first degree from the 300 block of Shelby County 304 (hotel/ motel). Stolen was a stern holiday detector valued at $5,000.

-Theft of property second degree and burglary third degree from Rossburg Drive (residence/home). Stolen was a Visa debit card.

Oct. 10.

-Unauthorized use of a vehicle, of Montevallo (residence/home). Stolen were a Tow Dolly valued at $1,100.

-Forgery I and theft by deception I from Central State Bank, Calera (bank). Stolen were 17 fraudulent checks written on Central State Bank and $59,141 forged on various stolen checks written on Central Bank.

Oct. 13.

-Domestic violence III, from Highway 25, Montevallo (restaurant).

-Theft of property III from Highway 25, Montevallo (restaurant). Stolen was a white Apple iPhone 4G valued at $200.

Oct. 14.

-Theft of property II from Shelby County Highway 12, Montevallo (construction). Stolen were an air content pressure gauge valued at $1,000, a slump kit valued at $150, an orange wheelbarrow valued at $100, a concrete tamping rod valued at $50 and a concrete scoop valued at $50.

-Theft of property II from Hidden Forest Lane (residence/home). Stolen were two bottles of prescription medication valued at $1 and an unknown quantity of prescription pills valued at $1.

-Theft of property III from Highway 25, Montevallo (supermarket). Stolen was

a charity coin board with approximately $20 in U.S. coinage.

-Theft of property I from CR-12, Montevallo (construction). Stolen were a steel pipe 60 inches in diameter and 16 feet in length valued at $2,700, a steel pipe 54 inches in diameter and 48 inches in length valued at $1,000, 24 she bolts
